He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about products that best suited my needs and at better pricing I obtained from other companies. Was extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years. I asked them to cancel my automatic draft because I wanted to remove a vehicle. They drafted it anyway. after that i bought a new car and entered all the information on their website and never received a call. When I called complaining about the situation the agent explained they cant be responsible for computer errors. I am with a new agent and am much happier

5/21/2020 Update: Cancelled Policy as of 5/1/20. Still no refund received. Only to find out they mailed it to my old address and not my current address which was the insured location. To make matters worse, they misspelled my old address and so of course, no refund. Now I am told it will take possibly two weeks to Receive. The policy was paid in full for the entire year which I need to turn around and pay to my new home insurance company. This is not ACCEPTABLE.**************************************************+++When I first I signed up for my home insurance, online, I was very impressed until I dealt with this agency. One individual in particular was very rude and was very offensive when speaking with me about my policy even before we moved into our new home. All this over the phone. She practically accused me of withholding info on my policy. They received all documents before we even closed on our home. I understand miscommunication does happen and gladly would have done what needed to be done to correct any error on my part... but what I will not accept is to be talked down to like either I was not smart enough to understand what she was telling me or that I PURPOSELY withheld any information from them. Maybe it’s bc this was over the phone and perception can get skewed... not realizing that I speak very good English (with a bit of an accent) and am a very well educated person without a criminal bone in my body. I finally let her know that the way she was speaking to me was offensive.That’s when everything got worse. She “Demanded’” to know how she had offended me. Over and over. Either she was having a bad day or this is her way of treating people. I don’t know and I don’t really care. She finally apologized but she had already left a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to find another insurance carrier but the whole COVID-19 thing started up and life got crazy. But, I never forgot how was treated. It took one person for Allstate to lose my business and loyalty. I was with my former home ins carrier for 18 years. Not one claim filed. Never treated this way. Only reason I chose Allstate with our new home was bc I felt change is good every so often. Just because I have had some time to shop around, now I’m moving on.
Look no further for an agent -- I switched to Chris Hatfield at Allstate after being a long-time Progressive customer. A couple of the reasons I switched are: Allstate offered consistent, top-notch customer service (an immediate response from a human being -- Thomas, the account manager in his office, is awesome) and they beat the competition in pricing. I hope to never have to file a claim, but I feel confident that if I do, I will receive the same level of customer care.

Took two weeks to respond to me, after I had to call the office two times...which resulted in a spike in my premium, followed by incorrect information given to me by staff. I switched offices. Never been so disappointed and disgusted with services. Once they take your money, you’re no longer a priority and they will be full of excuses.
Youre in good hands when theyre taking your money but Its the complete opposite when you need help.

Have been out of town a few times and forgot vehicle insurance and was trying to rent a car. Chris was a phone call away and sent over a copy immediately so I could rent it!
