We needed a small trailer and were able to reserve what we needed online. Pickup was easy although we couldnt get the signals to work. The lady who was working with us tried to repair the cable without success. We even tried a new cable with no success. She asked permission to check the fuses. Sure enough, the fuse was bad. She went into her office and returned with a box filled with fuses and swapped ours out. Success! We thank her for helping us get on the road with the trailer. It would be wonderful if every business would offer great customer service like this. Did I mention that it was a very, very hot day?

I had a great experience, i cant remember the guys name but he helped me hooked up the plug in and hitch to my escalade and made sure all the lights worked on the auto transport. Before i bought the items to ensure i didnt waste money. He was very helpful. My rental went great I would highly recommend using this location.

I reserved dollys three weeks in advance. When I got there they told me there weren’t any and it was up to me to call their other locations to find one. Their email told me to have the truck/keys back promptly at 8:45 am the next morning and when we got there, the employee was standing outside and told me they don’t open til 9 am. We were also told we weren’t owed a refund but on our contract we were emailed it said they issued a $30 check we have yet to receive. It was also the general manager that was part of this horrible experience!!

Best U-Haul location in the area. Fast service and they always have what you need. My only slight problem is their rates for truck rentals, but that’s a corporate issue.

Worst experience with U-Haul this time!!It had everything to do with the drop off location the manager is EXTREMELY rude and acts like she is put out that you dared to return their equipment, it interrupted her CELL phone game she was playing at the counter after we had sat in the line for 35 minutes she literally sat there at her desk playing on her cell phone. I had to walk into the building to ask her to come out. Keep in mind we were the ONLY customers there. We were there on time she is the reason it was 40 minutes late being checked in.She tried to charge us for it being after 8?!?!She was the reason!!!!Per their signs, don’t get out of the equipment someone will come out to check it in.I’m sorry but she was mad because, I called her out about sitting there for 35 minutes on her phone while we waited. If she had been on the company phone helping a customer that would have been different.She was playing a game, I saw it when I walked in to to ask her to get up and come check the equipment in.After a lot of arguing and threatening to call the company she finally agreed to take off that extra charge she informed me she was the manager.that’s scary I don’t believe the owner knows how this woman acts.

I was very unsatisfied and didnt rent a truck at all. The lady was very rude too. She asked for my phone number and call my phone. I was connecting to WiFi when she was calling and my phone didnt ring so she told me that I couldnt rent a truck because she didnt hear my phone ring.

They debited my account before the truck was returned which is opposite of what the contract states and what they tell you... AND..... THEY DEBITED IT TWICE!!! Y-E-P2 TIMES!

Waited today a hour because someone was late opening. That was kinda okay things happen. She didn’t ask who was first took another customer in front of me, when I told her I was first and had been waiting because I had a trailer attached to my truck! Been traveling all night and she wants to explain to me how she’s doing the company a favor. Ok that’s cool ijs be considerate and ASK who was waiting first 🤷🏽‍♀️ BUT HEY WHO AM I????

I came in to check on some prices while I was there an employee goes to smoking a cigar and, me I am highly allergic I couldnt believe what was happening so I walked...

I visited this location today to purchase covers for my furniture. There was only one associate and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone the entire time on what appeared to be a personal call. I stood in front of her for what felt like at least 5 minutes (could have been less, but when someone is ignoring you 30 seconds can feel like forever). And she never acknowledge my presence. Not even a finger to say 1 minute. She just kept chatting and laughing. I finally got tired of waiting and left. I spoke with the area president, who was empathetic and said he would have someone follow up...no one has. Dont use this location, you will leave upset.

The so called owner was rude and snooty. She told us that what we needed would be available the next morning so we got a hotel across the street BC our vehicle had broken down. That place was a dump as well. Upon returning the next morning, she tells us that she cant help us. Blah blah blah. So we took our money to the best Bubba Greens!!!

We had a very stressful experience with U-Haul/U-Box at Texarkana. First, we were supposed to get our container at our house in Arkansas on a Saturday. However, the container never arrived and no one called us to let us know. After calling various departments at U-Haul, we finally learned on Monday that our container would arrive on Wednesday. We got the container on Wednesday and, as the container was being dropped off at our house, we learned that we would only have a few hours (instead of days) to pack our container, because it had to be taken back to Texarkana that same day. We managed to frantically pack most of our stuff, though of course we forgot some things because of the rush. Then, on our way to Boston, we got an e-mail that we were going to receive our container in Boston a week late. Again, after being on hold at various U-Haul departments, we learned that the e-mail was sent in error, and our container would still arrive at the Boston facility on Friday or Saturday, so that we could get it delivered to our house that Monday. That Monday morning, we received a call from our moving helper person, who was on his way to the facility and who said our container was not there. Once more, we called U-Haul and eventually learned that the container was JUST being delivered to the facility--barely on time for our moving helper to pick it up and bring to our house, and at least two days late. In the end, we did get our container on our originally scheduled date in Boston, but the whole process was extremely stressful, and we spent hours on the phone, getting different answers from different people (apparently, their Arkansas office was moved and our reservation got lost?) and not knowing until the last day if we would get our stuff on time. We were very disappointed with U-Haul and are unlikely to use their service again--though I will say that the people we spoke with on the phone were professional and as helpful as they could be. Also, we were told that we would get a discount because we got our container in Arkansas several days late, but we were charged the original price.

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL... Rent from one of the local businesses that rent out UHaul trailers like Bubba Greens towing. I rented a trailer for 6 hours and returned it the same day. I was charged for two days. Contacted them and they connected me to customer service. Customer service took my complaint and said it could take 3 days to process. Customer service was very helpful, they said that the the idividuals at this location should have given me a receipt for turn in instead of saying “you’re good to go.” Complete garbage and unprofessional. Use someone else.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had!

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL... I rented a dolly for 12 hours and returned it the same day. I was charged for 3 days they used my credit card without autorotation to charge me 2 times and when I call back to talk to the manager EMYLI BRYANT WAS ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and refused to refund my money back!

Give us a reserve on a truck and een we got there wrong. No truck for us. Someone made a big mistake at my expense. SoI decided to just rent a pickup truck and move. Was not able to get everything but I guess thats the way for U-Haul.

Initial reservation was perfect. Store personnel could use customer service training.
