It was OK I filed online and customer service really didnt know what documents they needed from me and also they did not really know how to guide me on how to use the online version of filing other than that it was easy !

Called stateline office made an appointment . Arrive they are closed My appointment was at a different location but they didnt tell me this. I had to back track 3 miles and call to find out where to go. Aggravated but they are very good.

Under new ownership. Went in and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Had some concerns from past experiences but was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be returning for anything else I need done
