They have a great variety of items. Staff is mostly friendly. Would definitely shop here again.

I am giving the store a one star because of the deplorable air conditioner condition of this store. The poor workers were absolutely dripping with sweat and wiping their faces yesterday afternoon. I was in there for 10 minutes and felt like I needed to go home and bathe because it was extremely hot in there. The store should be shut down until they can get the air fixed. Thats not right to make employees work in those condions. If the air worked then surely they would feel like stocking the shelves more and keeping it picked up.

Great store friendly staff very big store

Store can be messy at times because of people picking through things. They have unusual products at times that other stores dont have. I always look here before I go to Walmart.

Dollar Tree on Richmond Road is the worst one in the Texarkana/Arkansas area, there is no air its always hot no matter when you go in morning noon or night, I give one star because the team is great but overall as a whole DOLLAR TREE as a company is terrible.

All christmas stuff is .25 cents...

Somehow they always have a line backed up to the back of the store. However, its dollar tree so I dont expect much. This one is the best in texarkana, in my opinion, and there are 3. It has a bigger chance of name brand and expensive stuff, full size food, better quality toys, etc.. its because its PGs market, and they know it. Its USUALLY clean, a lot cleaner than arkansas side one, just a lot smaller too.

The Dollar Tree on Richmond Road is my favorite store, unlike the one on Seventh Street. Those people are so unfriendly and treat the customers as if they are being bothersome. If youre having a rough day or dont like your job, please dont take it out on us. But again, kudos to Richmond Road Dollar Tree. 👍

Cheap prices on some items. Have to always watch dollar stores. May have different smaller packages so you end up paying more. Staff friendly and always helpful when finding products. Did not give five stars as store always kind of messy aisles blocked with products waiting to be put away

Long lines

Busy and junk everywhere, difficult to get around the store and find items.

Steaks for $1.00. Ice cream $1.00. Household items $1.00. Holiday decorations $1.00. Toys $1.00. Car phone chargers &1.00. Ear buds $1.00. Most of these items are more than $1.00 @ other stores. This shows that this company cares about the customers wallets. No bathroom but the store is a good place to shop. Check it out.

I went in to grab a couple of things and was shocked at the mess this store was in. I’m not one to write reviews but whoever manages this store should be ashamed. It looks like Black Friday threw up. There was nothing put together. I wish I’d taken pictures to show just how bad it was. I couldn’t find what i was looking for but who knows it could’ve been there hidden in the horrific mess. I love shopping at dollar trees because i feel they are always so nice and kept up but this one was a disgrace. This is a beautiful store but a complete wreck.

GPS kept taking me in a circle. The dollar tree wasn’t even in the circle. It was actually a little far down. I just turned GPS off and winged it. No help in finding the store.
