My husband and I live two hours away, and still will not take our dogs or cats to another vet. Dr. Murray is caring and wonderful at what he does. The rest of the staff is so kind and really loves all the animals. We love Westridge.

My fur-babies Dr. is very knowledgeable of my breed, she provides me with suggestions prior to/outside of questions I may or may not have during their visits. She is VERY responsive and follows up with information that was discussed during their visits and goes ABOVE and BEYOND (Ex: during their visit I voiced a concern on the brand of dog food I use for them has had a shortage in production, she provided me with other alternatives, but also knew that Ive used the brand for more than 2 years and stated WE WILL CALL THE COMPANY AND ASK THEM DIRECTLY WHAT ALTERNATIVES THEY RECOMMEND SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THEY GET THE PROPER NUTRITION, AND WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE FIND OUT. This was absolutely awesome for me because I knew as a provider they would be able to get a quicker answer compared to if I was to call, she didnt have to do this, BUT SHE DID! Thank you Dr. Morgan for EVERYTHING YOU DO...AND NOT TO FORGET ALL STAFF ON BOARD IN ANY WAY BECAUSE ALL OF YOU KEEP THAT PLACE RUNNING COLLECTIVELY...WESTRIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT!!!!THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!WITH MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT,SHENA,SIR COACH,AND SIR SHADWELL

We are so impressed by this animal hospital! We adopted our fur baby Sophie in Texarkana in early December. The adoption fee included the costs of the spay and microchip procedures, but the procedures were scheduled at the local Westridge Animal Hospital.We live just outside of Little Rock, and so we traveled down early this past Thursday and we were met outside by a lovely young assistant with outstanding customer service and compassion. I had seen good reviews about Westridge and so this was heartening. It was not easy to give our sweet Sophie to someone and someplace that we didnt know.When we picked her up later in the afternoon, the same assistant brought our girl out to the car and she spent several minutes explaining next steps and patiently answering all of our questions. They even quartered-up her pain medication for us. It is obvious to me that they care for all of their furry customers! Outstanding service. If we lived closer, Westridge would absolutely be our go-to place for our pets. Thank you Westridge Animal Hospital for taking such great care of our baby!

Had taken one of my cats to another vet and he wasnt getting any better. Took him to Westridge. They did test and found out what was wrong. Much better than guessing whats wrong.

From the moment she was mine until the last breath of her life, cut short by a genetic disease, the staff at Westridge cared for and loved my Xan. When she was well, she was well loved at home. When she was sick, it was clear they exhausted every effort to make her more comfortable and improve what little time she would be with us. They were there when I needed them most and the caring staff of doctors and vet techs really made our familys very difficult loss a little easier.

Westridge is the best animal hospital anywhere near Texarkana! It’s not the cheapest but certainly get what you pay for! PRIME CARE!

We LOVE Dr. Morgan and Westridge Animal Hospital. They are always prompt in getting us in at our scheduled time and Dr. Morgan spends all the time we need in getting our questions answered. With 3 dogs, there is always a lot of questions.

We went to the Groomer side which is different from the animal hospital. Make sure to have an appointment. It is fun to watch the animals enjoy there visit as they put on the brakes before going to the back. Pluto must have talked wrong to the cartel after they snipped his toung.

We love Westridge! As a pretty owner of five dogs and many others throughout the last 25 yrs they always take wonderful care of our babies. All the vets are very thorough, make sure to explain everything and talk to your babies like people.

Took my dog in for surgery to remove a cyst on his leg after 5 trips back and forth and spending almost 500 dollars had to take him to an emergency clinic and spend another 500 dollars because leg was infected just like I had told Dr Burns who told me swelling was do from surgery and smell was from sweating under bandage.we have used this vet for over 4 years with no problem but will never use them again for any of my 4 dogs they almost caused my pup his leg and could have ccost him his life do to their neglegence.

Awesome, compassionate people. Excellent service. We had to put our sweet baby of 18 years to sleep in July. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to him. When we got our Avery in September, there was no question about who would take care of her. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

We made our 1st Visit to Westridge Animal Hospital July 17th, 2020. We brought our Shih Tzu in for a ultrasound and our Snorkie in for skin allergies. The nurses and Dr Morgan were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning to Dr Morgan for any future services.

Dr.Murry has taken care of all my animals over the past 25years. Weather it was a crate full of lab puppies, my big Mastiffs, or a $15 bunny rabbit, he never let me down. He may look at me like what have you brought in here now...🤦🏼‍♀️. They are wonderful staff of vets, highly recommend!!!

We carry all 3 of our dogs to Westridge. The newest addition to our family is Chunk Norris, who is a 5 month old pitbull. They have been absolutely great with him! Dr. Burns gives him a ton of treats, and they even replaced his shot record and rabies certificate after he decides to eat it. He just went for his last puppy shots and one of our other babies comes Monday to get fixed. The entire staff is amazing!

Westridge Animal Hospital is the only place within a five hundred mile radius to take your fur babies! The staff is so willing to help in anyway they can, and they are so knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge in a way that you can understand! I will never be on the market for another pet clinic, because this one has never, and I am confident that they will never let me down!

My dog buddy seems to have gotten hit by a car. Severe nerve damage. Surgery will cost $1,000. They were so nice and compassionate. They didnt even charge me for the visit. People have called in money to help with the surgery. They r wonderful. I will never, ever, go anywhere else.

Front desk always has a smile and kind word. The vets are amazing! They really care and they show they care. The vets aids are so sweet as well. They will give you ideas on how to help with your animals. For cats the visit is $75, that is with blood work, stool, and yearly shots included. Im not sure about dogs since i dont have one. But 5 stars for sure

We were travelling home to Ontario, Canada when our little senior dog started into seizures. I looked up where we could go for assistance and this clinic came up.Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our little girl.We can’t say enough about the immediate care, thorough and detailed attention, and compassion that we received from all of the staff and in particular DVM. Everyone is so friendly. They treated my fur baby with love. Peanut was 15 and blind. He had lynphoma and was starting to suffer so we agreed it was time to put him down, a few months later I received a thank you note, the vet gave a contribution in peanuts name to help other animals.I recommend this vet!!!

Our furbabies are patients and always get the best of care. We started using Westridge at least 16 yrs ago. We have no preference of vet as all three are very compassionant,well educated and give quality care.The staff are friendly. And the wait times are short if you have an appointment.

I was in search of a clinic that does 3 yr vaccinations. I was quite specific when calling and would have been happy to continue my search if they didnt do them. After being put on hold she she could confirm they were offered I made an appointment. I arrived on time and waited for just over an hour to get nothing more than shots. Only to discover they only do 3 yr on Rabies. I refused to pay a tech $50 to give my dog a $7. shot and was charged $25. for just a rabies, twice what everyone else charges. I only came to this clinic because I was assured they offered the 3 yr for all vaccinations. It was more than an hour of driving to get to the clinic and certainly had better things to do with my afternoon than to waste 3 hrs for an overpriced Rabies shot. It was a total scam. To get the 3 yr you have to do the annual package which is well over $100. and included nothing that I needed. The vet was snippy, staff doesnt know what they do and dont offer and certainly didnt know what they charged. If the tech hadnt taken the paper work from last years shots I would have just walked out. Something I thought about doing many times during the 1 hr wait! Dont waste your time or money, find a clinic that actually wants new business.

Called after hours a while back and they said someone would call me back in about 20 minutes. They called me back in a timely manner and had me bring my dog up to the office. If it wasnt for them my dog would be dead right now. She has fully recovered more than I thought she would with the severity of the damage done. You cant tell anything happened to her now. Will definitely use them again.

Very good Vets Lisa Morgan is Great. Could use a little more detail on keeping their waiting room clean, but other than that very good bet experience.

They were punctual and very polite. The staff were patient and kind and the atmosphere was relaxing.

If you are looking for a good vet that you can afford, this is the one. I took two dogs and one cat in to get looked at. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. Just to have two dogs and one cat looked at, plus shots for all three pets and medicine for one of the dogs costed under $300.

Walk in patient only had to wait about an hour, low cost vaccines and heartworm treatment. Staff was so sweet. One nurse even insited on cuddling my kitten. (cant blame her my kitten is adorable ) will be returning to them again and I even recommend them to my sister.
