Debbie Hill is an amazing realtor! My husband and I were first time sellers and we were very nervous as we were unsure about what to expect. Debbie walked us through the whole process and communicated everything we would need to know. She is very responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. Honestly, she made the process so much better and we couldnt have done it without her. We also purchased a new home during our selling process and we couldnt be more excited to start this new chapter. Thank you Debbie for your professionalism, kindness, and most importantly, your patience with us!

My husband and I faced some horrible ups and downs in 2020, and while about 9 months ago I would have given a better review, Im extremely unhappy with the service I received from Cathy & Connie.Unfortunately I bought a house with them in April 2020, and only 6 months later I lost my job and was forced to relocate (as I wouldnt make a similar salary in Terre Haute). We didnt want to sell the home, but it was the best option for our family. My friend recommended Cathy & Connie, and there were a few minor bumps in buying the house, but selling the house was my worst nightmare and Ill tell you why:1. There was an EXTREME lack of communication, to the point that my father even got involved in trying to help as I had just started a new job and I was treated like it was my responsibility to drop the phone whenever they needed me. FYI I work as an ANESTHESIA RVT, this means I cannot just DROP what Im doing because I literally have peoples pets lives as my responsibility while I am working. I also work 12 hour shifts, and while I know this can be inconvenient, I did communicate this to both of them.2. There was 0 convenience in this selling process. I cant tell you how many times I asked for esign WHENEVER possible (I also realize not all forms can be esigned), but whenever the buyer is esigning and Im being forced to print, sign, scan because my realtors wont send me edocs to sign, it doesnt make me happy.3. The home that I bought was amazing and going to be off the market so quick, but when it came to sell I was told things like its too cluttered, no one in here will like the paint, your kitchen will never get this sold (also the kitchen was in the same condition I bought it in, and yes I did plan to remodel but I didnt come up with the funds in 6 months). Also on this note, I was originally told my house would sell at ~120k (I wanted to go with 115K as I bought it for 105K and did a few minor renovations, and also figured room for negotiation, they also both SAW these updates IN PERSON before offering me that number). Only a few days later I was told 115K was a ridiculous price and it needed to be 110K or less, even though their initial recommendation stated otherwise. I was also blamed for hindering the sale when we reduced the price a week later. I thought realtors were supposed to know how to negotiate???4. There was an issue with the home appraisal, and this wasnt caught until 2 days before closing. This also DELAYED the home closing, which further DELAYED the home I was planning to buy. Also I wasnt told I would be bringing money to closing until about a day in advance, and it created all kinds of WONDERFUL issues for my home buying process, and because of this the home I wanted to buy was delayed 2 weeks in closing, which was real inconvenient considering the holidays.SO, TLDR; Dont even bother with Cathy and Connie, and its questionable about Coldwell Banker in general. I would recommend finding another realty place, and hopefully youll never have an experience like I have because it was SO stressful, created SO much anxiety for me (and I already have anxiety), and honestly, I wonder if I could have sold the house myself because I felt like my husband and I were pulling all the weight. Theres better out there; there has to be, right? (I know there is for Indy which is where I relocated, but unfortunately these are the only realtors I dealt with in TH.)Ivan & Brittany Rdz Rivera

They did a great job selling our house. Then only time we went to the office was the closing where we had to sign the paperwork. They have a nice conference room and waiting area, as you would expect. I will say, working with a realtor that is part of a professional office is the best way to go and I am glad we did.

Jessica Sullivan is a great realtor. We knew our house would take a special couple. Several times we had all but given up, but she encourage us to be patient. She was quick to return calls and went above and beyond to sell our house. Thank you so much Jessica!Sincerely,The Paytons

I dont ever usually do this, but those who know me can attest I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to getting things done. I have very high expectations and expect honesty and a hard working, dedicated individual for whom I hire to do things. I believe if ur being paid you should always perform the highest level of customer satisfaction and quick, efficient responses and solutions. I have learned overtime that realtors listing or selling agents are not always what you expect or hope for, but this woman is a diamond in the rough, she went above and beyond my expectations and not once lied, gave false pretenses or let us to believe anything other than the truth even when she didnt get anything out of it. I urge anyone who is looking to buy or sell near Terre haute to give this spectacular woman a call for ur home, u will be nothing short of amazed at the work and dedication this realtor will provide. Thank you Tracey Symon and God bless you!

Debbie Hill was horrible to deal with. She was sellers agent but did not handle sell well at all. Sellers keep turning off power. Appraisal could not be completed because of this and had to get rescheduled. This was not a high priced listed and it showed in way she represented it.

I rarely write reviews, but to keep gems in hiding is harm done. I recently moved to Terre Haute, IN and the team, particularly Ms. Ravinder Kuki Singh went out and beyond to help me find a house, which became my home now. She spent her time and energy in talking to me and my wife to understand our concerns and needs and addressed them properly. Ms. Singh made sure that the service being provided is met till the closing date and beyond by bringing her mentor/associate Ms. Arlene Manwaring on board. And, both as a team guided me and my wife in finding the right people to do business and everyone of them were excellent. Kudos to the team and will again do business and recommend my family and friends to them.
