Ive rented from Shelly and she has been the best land lord ever. Any time I had a problem she immediately sent her maittence crew out to solve the problem. Hey prices are reasonable and her service is the best!

Shelly has treated me and my son just like family when times is rough and I couldnt make the payment she made sure we still had a place to live.When I have a problem I can go to any of the ladies down there and they will all make sure whatever the problem is it gets Taking care of... We did a rent to own home a while back ago with them didnt know we was moving into a house that had so much big problems that they wouldnt fix we ended up fixing flooring and water heater and a dish washer while heat was still not working it was in January when we moved in with 1 and a hafe year old and instead of fixing the heat asap they wanted us to put heaters threw out the house then we started stay somewhere else because we was tired of fighting with them on fixing the heat and they tryed to sew us for the work we did they tryed saying the house wasnt in bad conduction when we moved in well I shut them up in court and won they didnt have any rights to the house they was saling and I couldve took my money back but I figured they might need it more they are nothing but crocks I would advise nobody to buy from them

The ladies here are very pleasant to work with reasonable no doubt. I didnt have to go through a bank and be told some bs.

They have a great business going here that helps people even with less than perfect credit get on the road to home ownership I cant say enough good about Shelly

BEWARE!! We rented a house from shelly last year. First impression they seem kind and willing to do anything to help, however this is not the case. The house we rented had several issues that we were promised would be resolved prior to our move in, but because we were moving in rather quickly, we understood if some of it did not get taken care of right away. As soon as they had our money in hand and we were moved in, they did nothing for us. Our exhaust fan broke in the bathroom, the wiring to the lighting was faulty and the lights would routinely shut off during a shower, which they never fixed for us outside of telling us to replace light bulbs. We had a leak in the ceiling for the entire time we rented that they claimed to have fixed multiple times and accused me of making the leak up whenever I called. There was also a garage Im the back that was falling over that we were promised would be knocked down and removed, however they did not knock it down before we moved in and still to this day have not knocked it down. That garage was a safety hazard to us and the neighborhood! Not to mention that we paid our rent in full in advance and moved out early, giving them permission to try and rent the house early, in hopes of getting some of our rent back. Not only did they rent the house out and NOT tell us that they had done so but they refuse to refund us money for the rest of our lease and forced us to pay utilities while other people lived there. Complete slum lord! Not to mention, Im a military spouse who only needed to rent to complete my degree. Apparently they dont care about our service members or their families.

Shelly has been great to work with. My husband and I were just starting over and she gave us a chance to restart our life with our 6 kids. Thank you Shelly, you are such an amazing Landlord, always right on top of any issues that might occur.

We were in need of a nice family home and Shelly and her staff knew our precise needs and found us the perfect home. They were professional and courteous and we highly recommend them.

I lived in one of their houses for 2 years and always had problems no heat in winter no ac in summer water pipes burst wires burning out in the walls and had to wait weeks if not a month to even get a response to my issues to which the usual response was they werent going to help these people are slumlords who dont care about their houses or tenants

Shelly is an amazing landlord. Her staff is always there for me if I have any issues, and is quick to resolve any maintenance issues that arise. I highly recommend her if you are looking to rent or even buy.
