We called ahead and ask if an appointment was needed. She said no just be here by 6:30. We arrived at 5:30 and was told they were too busy to take another vehicle. We explained the call ahead and that we drove 50 minutesto get there and they refused to provide service.

Im sorry to say but Id rather pay more somewhere else then come back here. I need two new tires put on my car. The staff, while nice, were unprofessional at points and managed to lose a different customers car keys. Ive already been waiting for over 2 1/2 hours and theres a couple before me who have been waiting nearly 3 for 1 new tire. Walmart may be cheaper then other garages but at least they could get me in and out in an hour or less for this work.

Dishonest practices. I went for an oil change, and they offered me a $35 standard option and a $45 dollar high performance option. I chose the cheaper one because why would I need anything more. After waiting an hour because they didnt page me when it was done, I found that they had charged me $45 dollars because they were out of the cheaper materials. They didnt apologize and didnt offer to pay the difference for their mistake, although its hard to think that it was a mistake because who runs an oil change service with two options and doesnt know that one option is unavailable? If you can, go somewhere else with some actual motivation to keep customers.

They did my oil change on my vehicle in a satisfactory time frame. But they were out of stock for the air filter, so I had to go get one at another location.

7 AM walking in with a flat; fixed and on my way to work in about an hour. Great service from Nate G. I will return!

I am unfortunately dissatisfied with the services provided at this location. I went in for an oil change and the lube tech failed to recognize or research the oil recommended for the make and model. This happened two times! Granted if I read the owners manual to begin with I would have been able to inform them on what type of oil to use. Although I feel it’s not my responsibility being that it’s not my profession. It frustrates me that they assumed. Now I am here for a second time to get it done right and by no means is it speedy service. Only one person working in the shop on a Monday morning.

Had oil change and tire rotation. Tech found issue with car and reported it to me, just a bit pricey

We had good service at Walmart Auto Care. But we ordered our tires online to be shipped to Walmart Auto Care center and they where not the right tire even though the web page said it fit our car.

On a trip and had a blown out tire replaced at another location. Stopped in here to have the lug bolts checked/tightened and received quick service

Ive had better and more friendly service at this location than Ive had at any other repair service besides one back in Indy

Seriously have the worst time with cars. I have an even worse time with repairmen. South Walmart Tire and Lube has never done me wrong. They are quick, cheapest place around, and very nice.

They were so understanding and able to get our diesel truck oil changed with a trailer :)

Extremely understaffed. 3 hour wait for an oil change. No one available to do oil changes over an hour.

I came in at 7:15 PM and was told they were no longer taking any new tickets for the night because they were booked up. Not very good customer service. I was told I could come back in the morning in which I responded I work during the day. He again told me if I could come back in the morning they could get me in. Before we drove 30 minutes to get to this tire & lube express we looked on the Internet and the website says for this particular store it is open until 11:59 PM.

The guys went way beyond my expectations.

3 hour wait to get a tire changed. Aint nobody got time for that.
