Stopped by to make an appointment to check out the low pressure indicator on my Honda. They informed me an appointment was not necessary and they would get me in as soon as possible. They were professional, friendly, efficient and resolved the issue (nail), and fixed my tire!! Thank you!! Will be buying my next set of tires at Belle.

Clean, fast and friendly service. Absolutely will go back for future tire repairs!! Waiting room is convenient and clean with comfortable chairs and side tables. I was able to get my vehicle in and out with no appointment needed.

Was on vacation when I noticed a belt on my tire had broke. Took my car to BT. Explained what needed done. After 2 hours waiting, which I was told would be only 45 minutes, I looked out into the bay and they removed the wrong tire. I bought it to their attention. Also they advised putting the new tire on the back. They put it on the front. Jason basically called me a liar, said I refused new tire on back, not true. I get the car back to my families and noticed they put the bad tire back on. So again back to BT. Tire was not fixed and after 3hrs I was done. Took car elsewhere and found each tire had different pressure causing the car to handle a bit rough, plus new tire on front made it more difficult to handle. Not only did they combat me about what I had said, they seem to treat women like we have no knowledge. Allowing male customers to go out into work area, when I ask to look at my tires on the car, they refused. They may be good to some but they were not professional. They were to change passenger side tire.

When I tell you they gotter done, I mean they gotter done, gentlemen said he could get me in and out in a certain time frame and they did just that, put new tires on the rear of my 2008 Srt8 Rwd, giving credit where it is due thanks alot guy......

I appreciate the quality service and courtesy I received at the Terre Haute IN store. My sales associate Kris Anderson was very helpful and patient with my decision making. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them.

We have switched to Belle Tire and left another tire service center simply because the customer service here is phenomenal! They are always professional, research their responses, and make sure they offer you the best solution possible. Grateful for the manager and all that work there!

Jason was respectful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an issue with a worker who was out of line. I spoke with the manager, Logan and that issue was resolved. AMAZING!!! Ray (the manager) found me on the side of the road with a flat tire. He changed it for me. He made sure I safely arrived at the store (I was a LONG way away). His staff stayed over to make sure my car was done properly. They were awesome, too! If they were aggravated about having to stay a little late, I sure didn’t know it. They were just all around good guys. I got a set of 4 tires and an alignment at an UNBELIEVABLE rate just to make sure I was safe. Ray even followed up with me that night and the next day! I’m usually not into “chain stores” but he WON ME OVER!! I will take all 3 of my cars there from now on. Thanks again, Ray!

Staff was respectful but stole break pads off of my car which ruined my rotor. I have had a mechanic look at the damage they did and it shows signs of tampering and that the pads were stollen. All I had brought my car in for was wheel weight checks and a new tire. I have been disrespected by multiple managers at this point when they dodge the question of who worked on my car and a police report is being filed for theft. I would at the very least appreciate an apology along with my pads and rotor to be replaced. Its hard enough getting by I dont need a company with selfish managers not doing their job and making sure their staff doesnt steal.

These guys have rescued me more than once. The last time was purchasing my new battery.One of their guys, Blake, was kind enough to put it in exactly where it was parked- a block away. They could have forced me to pay a tow truck which would have required not just the cost of it but also taken up my entire afternoon.I would highly recommend Belle Tires in general and Blake in particular.

Tried saying my wheel bearings where bad when they wasnt. Refused to do my alignment because of it. Contacted corporate to get it taken care of. After that, customer service was great.

Well. Bell tire lost my business simply because they say they price match. Just to get you in thier shop and refuse to price match once your in there. I switched back to firestone in terre haute they have always done me right on all 5 of my vehicles. They even agreed to priced matched

Tire rotation and alignment done in an hour (including taking off locking lug nuts that I had no key for). Very fair price, and give you a printout of before/after alignment diagnostics. Definitely will go back in the future.

Schedule an appointment on Friday for Saturday @ 5 but they closed at 5 they called me early Saturday morning to let me know they closed at that time and ask if there was a way I could come in earlier. I was very pleased with their service. Definitely will be going back.

My first interaction was over the phone, someone answered on the first ring! Jason was helpful and patient, as I requested a lot of things being done to the car. When coming in to drop off my keys, Jason helped me choose the best tires and rims for my vehicle. Jason was patient and didnt try to sell me to the most expensive item either.Fast forward I was that annoying customer who called for an update every day. Each person was nice and patient and gave me a update. When I called for the third day in a row, Jason remembered my name and remained patient and was kind. 10/10 recommend.

Coming straight off of I70 with a flat tire in the rain, I stopped here. I was soaking wet and grumpy but Jason was so kind and thoughtful. Even though they could not fix my tire and I had to buy a new one they made the transaction easy. I now have a friend in the tire business!

This location got my car in right away for a rotation a tire pressure check! They were quick which I did not expect since I called that same morning to see if they could get it done same day (last minute). It was a Saturday.I dropped car off to give them time.They called me back in less than hour to come back and pick up car.Excellent customer service and the guys working there had great attitudes! Very attentive.Overall excellent experience!

My review is a few weeks late due to i wanted to be calm for the review .first time i had to wait for 2 tires to come from other store because of some problem with ordering. they did try apologize but that was all. then went back to have tires rotated i had a 4 pm time to have done watched 3 walk in get fixed before then waited till 445 when i had to go to another appointment. asked for my keys and said to cancel. 2 hrs later was called and they asked where my keys where . then the manager lied and said it was not in computer. i was told i spoke to chris the manager first he was very good about trying to help. then logan another manager was not helpful and said we are to busy . there needs to be one manager . i know that this wont be helped because i am only one ex customer but i do know i will not recommend them to anyone and will pay another group to rotate my tires .big companys do not care about repeat work because 20 others will take my spot

I had two tires repaired and they found an issue with one of my wheels and notified me of the issue and fixed it! I am very happy with the service, staff, and the facility! I would definitely recommend going here for your tire and tire repair needs!

I bought some tubes and took my riding lawnmower tires in to have installed. Wow these guys are awesome. They installed them no charge. I offered to pay, but they refused. You don’t see this very often now a days. Great place...highly recommend!

I ran over something in the road and was near Belle Tire. Made it to their store and they got me in and fixed the tire. They brought me my keys when finished and said, no charge. I was just grateful I wasn’t stranded and would have paid whatever they asked for. I definitely was impressed by their professionalism and good will. I will go there for new tires in the near future.

I came here in early February about getting a flat tire fixed on my front passenger side. When i got to the shop i believe Nicolas was the one who “helped” me. my car is AWD. They told me that they cannot repair one tire without replacing all 4 tires. Any other tire place i have been to has had no problem replacing one tire. I don’t know if they were trying to get more money out of me since i’m a younger college student and they just assume i don’t know what i’m talking about but i had no choice but to get all 4 tires replaced because i was heading out of town the very next day and every other place was closed. Fast forward to May 10th and i come back to the shop because my front passenger tire they replaced kept losing air although no nail or screw was in the tire. Now this time i use my tire protection plan to get my bad tire replaced and they have ZERO problem just replacing one tire this time.... Doesn’t really make any sense but i will never be coming back here ever again. I’ve rarely been upset enough with a company to ever leave a review but this place is pathetic. I would NOT recommend ever coming here. UPDATE: I just picked up my car from getting my tire fixed and had 78 cents in my coin holder from getting mcdonald’s before dropping my car off. 3 quarters and 3 pennies. I save all my change seeing i’m a college student. I get my keys back and head to my car to find my quarters missing but the 3 pennies are still there... The quarters aren’t anywhere to be found around my car. It’s 75 cents so whatever but i don’t know if the mechanics are being so underpaid that they have to steal quarters from cars or what but this is ridiculous. The absolute most unprofessional business i’ve ever witnessed. this is the only time i’ve ever had to leave a review for any place. Please Jenn would you like to explain this?? Also Jenn i would love to speak to you if you would leave your number below. I will make sure to go out of my way to keep anyone i know from making the same mistake i did by going to get my tires fixed here.

I feel ripped off

My mom took her car in for new tires. They had it done pretty quickly. She then decided that she wanted to buy new rims. They were able to get her car right back in the bay and had new rims on it in less than an hour. Very friendly staff. So friendly that I am going to start taking my car here, as well.

Careful here.Got new tires a couple weeks back and they did not replace the valve stems or even check them! Turns out the old stems which they left were leaking so i had to spend another morning driving here to get them diagnosed and fixed. At first they told me $68/stem to replace the TPMS stems. Then i was told i had a bad tie rod and fixing it for $200 would get me a discount on the valve stems. They changed their tune on the stems to $40/stem (after i checked part costs on my phone) and then they said they didn’t need to replace the whole stem & sensor...just a new stem for $5/stem. After discussing that they inconvenienced me, i got them down to free stems.So careful with these guys. In the end, they took care of the issue (i hope), but they were ready to take me for almost a $500 ride if I hadn’t pressed them.2 stars for getting it corrected but minus 3 for being shady.

Couldn’t have been more helpful. They fixed my tire in less than 20min on their busiest day of the week. Their prices are shockingly low too. Their reception area is clean, has lots of comfortable seats, and has strong WiFi.

I was returning from a family vacation when we got a flat tire. After switching it out I went to Belle’s and was greeted by Jason. He was extremely professional and courteous. He informed me that they do not charge for repairs. Upon inspection of the interior of the tire they found additional damage that was due to faulty installation by the manufacturer. They made the needed repairs and got us back on the road with a usable spare. They even remounted my spare tire under my truck. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this company’s friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so very much Belle’s and the fine people who work there!

Had tires put on last month. Replaced all the TPS units. Pressure warning light on my dash never shut off. Took it back to Belle and they reprogrammed and relearned the monitors without issue. Great follow-up service after a minimal problem with the original work. No complaints and Very pleased with how they cared for me and my truck. Will be back with my other vehicles!

Great place to buy tires

I went in for just an oil change. Techs were super nice, not pushy in trying to sell anything else. Explained the differences with the oil changes....got me in within 10 mins of being there. Definitely would go back to them!!

Didnt bother to check tire pressure after purchase

I called in around 2pm for a simple patch. Jason answered the phone saying something similar to good morning thanks for calling bell tire. Then he started talking to someone standing next to him before I could speak. I waited for him to finally stop speaking to someone else when he then yelled HELLO THANKS FOR CALLING BELL TIRE as if I was taking his time. I never had a chance to say hello. So yeah dont deal with Jason. On my way to Tire Barn now. Its sad because it looked like they did good work.

Honestly Im only reading this review because of Nicholas. That man a gift, very understanding of my strict budget and gave me the best options. I probably would have not gone with Belle Tire if it werent for him. They squeezed me in at 6 and had it done by 8:30 will changing all four of my tires, tire ties, and doing an alignment.

I took my daughters car in to have it put into alignment. After they put on the control arm on the back of the car the worker found the undercarriage completely rusted. Jake who works the front counter stated his guys should of caught it before they did all the work. Jake did not charge me anything for the work or the alignment after they had done all the work because he said it wasn’t going to fix my problems. This was $360 and Jake stated he wasn’t going to rip me off because that’s now how they do business. Jake got me as a customer the next time I need work or tires on my vehicles.

Belle tire went above and beyond to help me for 2 days. Thursday December 17th i had called to schedule an appointment for new tires, they had to order 2 of my tires and i made my appointment for Friday night. About 30 minutes in to my appointment they let me know the 2 tires they ordered didnt come in yet and they were going to upgrade me to the next best tires for the same price. After my tires were done, i did receive some very bad news about my truck. I needed to replace the upper and lower ball joints in the front and the idler arm. They gave me a quote of $763 and my heart sunk and i had an anxiety attack and busted into tears instantly. They guys were nice and adjusted the quote all the way down to $212. As a single mom of 2 toddlers that was still a big chunk for me but it needed done. They let me drop my truck off Saturday December 19th in the early morning and about 1pm Saturday afternoon my truck was finished. When i went in to pick up my truck there was a comment that said do the right thing. Merry Christmas and they next thing i knew the guys were telling me it was taken care of and to take care of my kids and have a merry Christmas. I was not expecting that and i walked out in tears i was so overwhelmed. BELLE TIRE is amazing, and i truly appreciate it and so do my children. Thank you guys so very much!- cheyanne nicholson

I baught tires there for my Chevy 3500HD, but was having trouble getting my rebate for them. They took the time To fill out the rebate infromation for me on the computer, the store is clean, and they do great work, they have the waiting room set up for social distancing and the employees wear there mask. I will be taking all my vehicles there for new tires, or to be fixed.

I am used to good service from Belle in Indy. However, I was in a different vehicle traveling through Terre Haute and got into an emergency situation with my back tire. I walked in and a rep named Logan immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained what happened to the tire and he dropped everything and went right to work on the tire. It took Logan less than 10 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it. I would definitely recommend everyone on Terre Haute to use Belle.

Went in for a tire fix, quoted on the phone for a half hour wait and waited an hour to get back into my car and find coffee spilled into my passenger seat (not leather, soaked right in.) Wasnt mentioned, wasnt cleaned, immediately noticeable because it stained some papers brown. Extremely unprofessional and if they wont mention that, what else will go unmentioned?

I liked the place and all and the people were nice but I gave it a two star review because it took us almost 4 hours just for them to change our truck ties.
