I wanted a fresh set of nails and made an appointment, during the appointment, the nail tech talked me out of a new set even though my natural nail is LIFTING from the false tips I have on, the nail tech told me that the false tips look fine and that the acrylic would adhere to my natural nails with the old tips still on. That appointment was June 5, it is now June 14th and the acrylic did in fact NOT adhere to my natural nail, and the nails are about to break off.

This was the cutest little nail shop with the kindest staff! Ultra clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back!!

Jeni does a great job and is so friendly. She is currently the only technician, but that means you are able to build a relationship with her. Unlike other technicians I have seen, she will actually start a conversation with you! She enjoys what she does and you can really see that in her personality.

I love jeni I go to her all the time shes very professional idk what the last persons experience was but shes always polite and professional shes very fast paste but not sloppy. Shes the best nail tech in terre haute Ive been to different locations including the honey creek mall and theyre rude there! The only Downfall is jeni doesnt have too many colors to choose from but aside from that I love her Ill miss her when I leave here !Jeni if you read this, I am the girl who comes in there all the time with my own color with the dark complexion girl we love you !!!!Ps any. Nail salon you go to it is always going to cost extra to get your tips done its considered a design

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER DEALT WITH IM MY LIFE ! THE LADY THAT OWNS THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went to get my nails done and a spa pedicure . I came in with a gift card of 60 dollars which my husband came in the night before and told her he needed a gift certificate that would completely cover the cost of a full set of nails with whatever type of designs she wanted and also a spa-pedicure. She told him 60 dollars would cover that . When i arrived she told me it would be a full set with one color, so I picked out a color told her I only wanted the tips painted and with a design on my thumbs. Tjen then told me that would cost more money . I said how is that ? She said your husband said full set gel nails which meant painting my whole nail and putting gel on it and that was it. I told her that was incorrect and thats not what i wanted, he explained exactly what I wanted and She told him exactly how much would cover that. But still said more money I was like how is that possible, She said your husband said one color gel no design .. i asked her whats the gel she told me its so you dont have to wait for it to dry.. So i told her I dont want the gel I want designs. She said ok took gel off of the 60 and with one design on both thumbs ended up being a dollar over so I was going to pay the dollar. So she started painting my nail and i stoped her again telling her I only wanted the tips painted not the whole nail, again she said more money by that time i was getting frustrated I said so its more money to paint less of my nail then it is to paint the whole thing ? Yes was her answer because tips are a part part of a design .. So using more nail polish and less time to paint all of it cost more than just tips ??? I was upset by then . She said with taking the gel away I would be able to get tips and one design on each thumb. I said whatever just do it ... So i explained to her put a white line under tips and a blsck design on the sides, and asked her to put white lines under all the tips just no designs like my thumbs . Once again she said more money I said how much is it she said 5 dollars for 8 more lines I was just gonna pay the difference because it looked horrible & uneven without them, so already i was 6 dollars over my gift card when it was supposed to be included. Now thats not even the worst part. Now it was time for my spa-Pedi .. By this time she was in a rush because her daughter had to be somewhere so I sat in the chair, put my feet in water like 2 seconds she dried them off, used a buffer briefly on the bottom of my feet and painted my toe nails I said does my big toes get design and again more money I literally wanted to punch her at this point ..basically I sat in chair for not even 5 mins and she was done. (mind you Ive never had a pedicure and she knew that cuz we talked about it so?she thought she could rip me off ) I got to looking at my heels they still had calluses on them and they were still rough. All she did was give my feet a bath and painted my toe nails for more than 25 dollars! I was furious I told her I know i a never had one but Im not stupid and I know that was not a pedicure . I then tried to ask for my money back on just my feet and she refused . I told her nicely i would call the cops if she didnt do my feet right or just give my money back. She said she had somewhere to be, but according to her posted hours her store was open another 5 hours and Still refused to fix my feet. So I decided to sit down and stay inside her store so she couldnt leave thinking she would make it right but instead The cops were called. While waiting on the cops she recorded me in her store on the phone the whole time until cops arrived . Unfourunetly in the state of Indiana its called a civil matter & have to sue her ! Unbelievable! So my husband spent 60 dollars for me to have arelaxing day that turned into a nightmare! Never will i ever go there again !! Highly recommend anyone to not go here ! Most rude, unprofessional nail salon Ive ever been to !!!!!
