I walked in for a pedicure today, and I was serviced right away, they don’t speak much but I don’t mind. I chose white gel polish. An older lady helped me today. I worked in a salon for three years so I was checking everything out the whole time (cleanliness, sanitation, atmosphere) everything look very sanitary. She put my feet in and the water was the perfect temp (for me). I just asked for a pedicure so I had no idea what to expect. She never went over prices or if they offered different types of pedicures. She was doing so good at first, she clipped my nails (without asking how I like my length but that’s no big deal. I personally would’ve left them longer) she filed and scrubbed my feet very good, she also put hot towels on my legs and rubbed my feet with a hot stone, than she started to apply the polish. The base coat for gel is clear so I didn’t notice any thing yet but when she started to put in my white gel there was polish everywhere. She had it on the sides of my toes and my cuticles. She appeared to try to scrape some off with her finger nail and than proceeded to cure it. (Still a mess btw and the edges were lifting) she just continued like nothing was wrong with the polish and gave it a second coat. After that cured she did a top coat and than left. I sat for a few minutes and when she came back she must’ve noticed they looked funny. She than chose to drill the edges of my already top coated and cured gel polish and than repainted them (only on my big toes) she never attempted to fix the little toes. Some of the paint is uneven and there is subtle texture in some toes. Usually gel is very smooth. I still had tons of lipping on my small toes and I have to go home and clean them up. I will provide a picture but take into thought that this is after I already attempted to fix them. Again they’re not terrible I’ve just had a lot better and smoother. I don’t expect these to last very long. I know that water is going to get under the lipping quickly and they will fall off sooner. Just seems sloppy. I don’t like confrontation so I just paid my bill, said thank you and left.

I spent $40 last Monday for a fill and by Saturday i had 3 broken nails and 3 more with multiple cracks. I have had solar nails for over 15 years and know when powders are cheap, they do not give you what you pay for. I went in to get them fixed after traveling an hour and they would not even fix the broken ones and said that because they did a fill, they are not responsible for any cracks or breaks. They ground my nails down too thin and lied to get out of fixing them. The wife of the owner has, on several occasions, had a terrible attitude and does not understand how to respect people. I would suggest you DO NOT go to this place!!!

I PAID 45$ for a 2 min massage from a little girl. My kids do a better job. Where can I find A GOOD NAIL TECH?!!!!

Do not recommend!! they’re are very hard on your nails when doing acrylics and i got cut w the sander. they made my nails look chunky and they price their services too high.

This is a great place, went with my friend, she has been going there for a long time. Very friendly family and they do excellent work.

Lynn was unprofessional in her clinical practice, she did not follow practices noted in other salons..She was unprofessional in her dress (hygiene) & customer service.

I’m not impressed at all. I came here last Thursday with some friends and got a pedicure and a full set, both with gel polish. My polish on my toe nails is already peeling off, not to mention the lady made my toe bleed by cutting off too much of my cuticle. My full set aren’t even remotely straight lines, nor do they even have a coffin shape like I asked. My polish is super patchy and is coming off on the ends. They also had 2 children who seemed to be school age (not even out of high school) working for them I’m sorry but I will not return, I even traveled over an hour to come here. I WASTED OVER $100 at this place. Super disappointed

I had to wait a little bit but it was worth it. They have their kids working and they do such a good job for only being in high school.

Terrible customer service! And they use acrylic powder and call it solar. Do not go here if you want quality service and products!

Went in for a pedicure after the state stay at home order was eased. I chose this place because they stated appointment only; and they took walk in customer while I was there. The pedicure quality was not great as they rushed me through (even though there’s nobody else waiting) and spend total of less than 10 minutes working on my toes.

We were in before 4 or 5 people and they did others before my sister ever got seated. Then I chose a color based on the fact that they said I could get a design. They finished my nails and never got me my design, which means I would have chosen the other color I picked. Then my sister got a man who was too busy watching his phone to pay attention to her nails. She was cut, he painted her nails wrong and had to fix them several times, he did designs he was not capable of, and he was rudely stating his political views without knowing her views. It was not worth the time it took. We will not be going back. I would give them zero if I could, mostly just based on my sisters nails.

Lyn and Michael have always been very professional. They stay up with current trends. Most notable dipping powder method for your nails. I have been a client of both of them for over ten years. I highly recommend Show Hand Nails

Love the pedicures! I also get eye lash extensions done here. She is great at them. Love them every time I get them done. Very clean salon, & friendly staff.

I went here for years .. I love the owners . My nails always looked wonderful and if I ever had a problem with them it was fixed right away but I may have had a hand full in almost 7 years . I only left because I left for California and could not find anyone who did my nails as well as the place and I could walk in as she knew just how I liked them and I never had her say tell me that she did not do them like that !! Cant wait to see her again ... Im coming back to Indiana really soon !!!

If I could i would give zero stars! I got my nails filled there almost two weeks ago and the woman who did them cut me multiple times with a file head and the chrome polish has pealed off my thumb I thought for paying $38 plus tip it would be a nice place no! I wouldnt recommend them!!!

Would give it a higher rating because they did pretty good on my nails but not on my moms nails

The ladies you have working there are rude! They should not talk about the people they are working on! Some people know more than 1 language, Made an appointment for 2 people drove an hour to get there and still had to wait 25 minutes! Not satisfied at all! To top it off both nails jobs looked like a 5 yr old done it. This is whats wrong with the world! Rude, dishonest people not worth the price or the drive we wont be back 75 dollar lesson thanks for the awful experience

When I went in they barely spoke to me. They only had 2 people working. They never spoke to any of the customers and they frankly werent very nice or friendly. I am not from here but am visiting my daughter. I would never come here again. I think know they said about 5 words to me and that included its $20 for today

Very rude experience!!! The young son told his father that he didnt want to service me. I just moved back to the area and needed a new nail salon! I will NEVER go back or recommend this nail salon to anyone!

My pedicure was very nice, left me feet soft for weeks. I have never had to wait at this salon which is an added bonus!
