Beautiful and inviting salon! Clean, comfortable, best head wash I have ever received! I almost fell asleep! I definitely recommend this salon- My stylist was Maddy and she was great :)

Maddy is a sweet and wonderful stylist. She took her time to listen to what I wanted and did a marvelous job.

This place was very nice. Very clean. The chairs are very comfortable and the girls all seemed very friendly. Maddy did my hair though, and eyebrows. She was so nice and very gentle. Did exactly what i wanted, didnt try to push any extra services or products. Will definitely go back to her. Also went to her after calling all over terre haute looking to go from black to blonde.. everyone else said they wouldnt even touch my hair. She was confident and did an amazing job.

I had a cut and color with an eyebrow wax at the end. Ashley E. did my hair and she knocked it out of the park!The salon is beautiful, they sanitize your hands, and provide a mask for you when you come in.If youre looking for a great experience I would recommend this salon!

Nice employees. Some are more experienced than others, but they are all skilled. The interior has a rustic, but clean appearance. They cut, color and style hair. They also wax and do some other stuff. Very relaxing shampoo with scalp massage.

I have curly hair, had it chopped by a regular stylist and it was good, but I wondered how it would work when I got home. The next morning I decided to get a few spots fixed and they took me in right away. The owner is super kind and really helpful! She took care of the few adjustments with no problem!! I would definitely go back!!

We love Serendipity Salon! Its so relaxing, the stylists are knowledgeable and friendly, and its by far the best salon in town. Cheryl is amazing with cut and color, and has done my hair both short and long, and helped me transition gracefully between the two. Definitely the best salon in town.

I booked a trial for hair and makeup over a month in advance which would have been over 60 days before my wedding. They informed me that there was no one else booked on the day of my wedding and that I didnt need to pay a deposit till my trial and they would call me if someone wanted to book that same day. Well day of my trial they tell me they over booked for my wedding day(which is only now a month away) and the other bride paid her deposit. I am highly disappointed because they told me not to pay it till I came for my trial had I known this would have happened I would have happily paid the deposit if given the option. Now I am having to rush around to find someone else for hair and makeup.

I had a military ball that day two hours away and I had an appointment for a hair style for the occasion. I had a super nice stylist BUT it seemed like she didn’t know how to do hair. I was so disappointed and it seemed no matter how I tried to tell her to fix it, it just looked really bad. I was in a rush and didn’t have much spare time to keep on having her fix it. At the end of the experience it looked almost NOTHING like the picture I showed her. Not only did it look bad, it was so uncomfortable... I left accepting my hair didn’t look good because of the rush I was in but I noted when I got into the car, half the bobby pins from by bun fell out of my hair. By the time I got to my apartment, the rest of the bobby pins fell out and my hair was ruined. I had to hurry to a hair cutters on the way to the ball and pay another $40 somewhere else to try to fix it. I tried calling the place a few times for the next few days during their business hours in hopes to get a refund but never got any answer. I would stop in the salon but I don’t live in TH.

I asked for a trim on the layers around my face and she cut off a good 5 inches and it looks AWFUL. I HATE the way my hair looks right now. I couldn’t believe it when I looked at the floor and saw that she cut off that much, and now I can’t do anything with my hair. Never will I go back!!!

Great friendly staff but really wasnt good at their job. I paid $110 dollars for low lights of black and blonde and ended up having half black hair and half orange hair. Went in for a second time to fix it and it really looked no different than the first time. Very dissatisfied. Another salon fixed my hair exactly the way I wanted it starting completely over. What took them 2 days and still not accomplished took the other salon 45 minutes. The only thing right was the cut.
