Great French tips for my girlfriend and a 5 start deluxe pedi for me.

They did my nails quickly and they did a fantastic job. My nails look so good.

I do not recommend going here. The gentleman was rough and my nails are “finished”, but have speckles of filed off acrylics that can not be washed off.

I took my wife to LT Royal Nails and Spa earlier today and had the most unpleasant experience ever!she cried when we got in our car to leave!the guy that was going to do her fingernails got very impatient with her because her finger nails require a little additional buffing to make the acrylic tips lay properly.He ripped her tips off and said he wouldnt do her nails.Her nails still had glue on them and looked horrible.I stopped another customer outside and ask her for references to another salon and we will not be back to that place!I was so upset with the unprofessional behavior, I politely left a $10 tip but Im leaving a genuine experience here for all to see!I will Never be back !!!!However LA Nails in the mall was 5 star and I will give Mike a 10 for customer satisfaction!!Thank you guys so much for working late to get my wifes nails done so beautifully!! Do not get your nails done here! I got a manicure and gel nails with a design. I was cut twice during my manicure. It took three different workers to paint my nails. Why? Also, I told them there was a small hair stuck in the paint THREE times and they just would either ignore me or just file my nails over and over. Then when they finally saw it they just painted over it. Finally when it came to the design I picked a very simple one. The design was just three lines. They couldnt even do that correctly, and I even had a photo to show them. I told the worker that I wanted a lighter color of blue for the design and they ignored me again until I said it another THREE times. It was an awful experience.

This was my first time going to La Nails. Its a big salon and looks really clean. I was taken to get my nails removed almost instantly. I was really feeling the vibe and thinking that I would have to come back for a pedicure, but no, I wont be back.The guys just seemed rushed and they didnt have a lot of people in there. The last guy to file and smooth my nails wasnt even looking at my hands and didnt do a good job smoothing them down.He was very messy with how he was doing my nails . Once I got to my car I filed my nails and trimmed them up. I was really disappointed with this business.

They messed my nails up so bad I just cried like I will never go back there. I was super embarrassed.

This was my first time trying this place. I took my daughter here and the experience was great. Advices to give, is to call first to see if appointment is needed. They were very busy when we went on a Sunday and had to make an appointment for 2 hrs later to come back. Staff was very friendly.

Horrible place. Didnt do nails as requested and wouldnt refund my money. Messed up my daughters too. Made us wait 1/2 hours and then rushed because it was getting closing time. And they were rude!

Absolutely awful. They were super busy and the guy wasn’t happy that he was asked to come start my pedicure. It was also the most painful experience at a salon. 5 of my toes were bleeding and one is now infected, he bruised my shin during the “massage” part, pressured me into tipping him, and the gel polish came off not even 24 hours later! I used to like this place but I’m definitely done with them.

Most expensive place Ive been and they did a horrible job on my nails. I have psoriasis and all they did was stare and talk about it to each other.

Very Poor experience. I am new to town and came to LA Nails. I asked for ombre nails. Light pink at the bottom faded to glitter which I said twice. I did not receive that color.After telling the man what I wanted he seemed as though no one in there knew how to do ombre so I said ok I can pick another color and just do one color. He said no I can do it.And the horrible result was 2.5 hours long, he was extremely rough and squeezed my fingers super hard, extremely thick nails because of all the coats he put on, the sides arnt even covered with dip polish but some how my skin around has clear polish on it, and also seemed super annoyed when I asked if my three year old could use their restroom.Im very disappointed with this. I was only charged $35 instead of the $50 he was originally going to charge me but I am still unhappy that my nails look the way they do and I had to pay for it.I wish I could have my money back.

I wanted to start off my 2020 New Year and pamper myself since i worked for it. I went to get my nails done and LA Nails in the Mall cause they were close to home and cause I wanna stop biting my own nails and I came out with what I wanted. A feemale did my nails today, normally I get the males, she was suuuper nice and went soft with my hands. Price was $38.50 for full set and gel which I chose black.-- Not sure how the negative comments like happen but i guess each ones experience is different so i cant judge, its like a hit or miss type but my money was well spent today.

Terrible customer service and unsanitary. Nail tech that did my nails was very rude. I will not be returning.

I have been to LA Nails several times because with them being in the mall it’s convenient but every time I go in there it has been horrible. I had enough and ended up walking out this past time. They have you sign in and they don’t go down the list. Whoever is making eye contact when a chair is open is who they tell to come sit in a chair. They sat me right next to a woman this last time to the point it looked like I was with her and told me I’d go after her while they took people who came in way after me in other chairs. There is no type of social distancing in their seating area, and they don’t wipe down anything. They rush you out of chairs when you finally do get time to get your nails done. I recommend anywhere else.

I only wish they had more color options.

Diana, booth #8, is thorough, efficient, and does WONDERFUL work! I recommend her. Actually, with the exception of one guy (Jason?- hes on his phone the whole time) All the nail techs are great. I love this place

Boyfriend and I went here and were impressed! I decided to go with a clear powder with gel top coat instead --- which Im glad i went with. They worked VERY hard and even though, I was in a hurry they managed to satisfy my needs precisely. Everything is very clean AND modern. Def will recommend this place. Great selection of colors.

La Nails the best manicure experience. I removed a set of acrylic and the technician served me exceptionally softly and thoughtfully - and left a thin layer of acrylic on my nails to keep the surface even and firm. The atmosphere is wild and lovely.

I went to get a fill today. This is my 2nd time coming. Last time a male tech need my nails and they were amazing.This time the young female tech has my nails all different lengths....extremely noticeable. She started “fixing them” but was only making them worse. She already has them super short when I came in they were decent length. I just told her to paint them so I could leave. She had a male come finish them. Terrible experience and I won’t return.Very disappointing after my experience 2 weeks ago!

Didn’t really want to give me what I wanted and a different guy had to go back under my acrylics to fix them but they did turn out beautiful!

Ive visited this salon 5+ times now and have had different technicians work on my nails, all of which have been great! Gel manicures, regular manicures, and pedicures have all been great experiences for me here, and I recommend checking this place out. It seems to be a little more expensive than Ive paid for at other salons, but Im fine with paying for it based on the quality of work and the atmosphere.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. This business establishment is completely unprofessional, inconsiderate of customers time, and cannot accurately calculate wait times. I came in with the intention to have a basic gel color change, I was told the wait will be 15 minutes but ended up waiting 40 minutes and then was told by a 15 year old employee to walk around the mall because she could not give an accurate estimate of wait time.

I was in town for a conference and needed my nails done, so I walked to this place. They were very welcoming as well! . Come here! They are so good at what they do! Every time I leave, I leave highly satisfied. Always keep a good relationship with this salon.

I went to get my nails filled. Charges me 30 dollars which is definitely over priced. Basically meaning I shouldve just waited and got a full set again for 10 more dollars. They are robbing people. And my nails are uneven, not filed, and not the same size. Im very disappointed. I went with my cousin and they were completely unprofessional and rude just because how long it was taking. Dont recommend coming here and we will not be back ever.

Mellow atmosphere. The ladies here are amazing at what they do. Also, they are very friendly, we had a good conversation and she was very easy to talk to. Thanks again, I know I will be back.

They are fast friendly and the price is reasonable. I drive an hour past many other shops to go to them

Waited 2hrs with appt

Thursday, September 19, 2019, went to have my nails done for my mothers visitation/funeral. Asked for gel polish, French manicure. Not sure what exactly what I got. By 12:47 am (IL time) on Friday, September 20, two of my nails had white paint chipped off of them. All I did was pick my husband up at the Indy Airport and put leftovers in Tupperware containers. $35 plus dollars later and it is too late to have them fixed. I wont be back to La Nails.

Anyone else notice the price chart by the sign in page? Gel manicure says its $28. However I was charged more. And apparently so was another lady. She let them know she wasnt happy with the way the change the price. I was listening to what the guy told her and he said It costs more for shaping and filing. I went to school for hair and nails. And I can most definitely assure you ladies out there that the filing and shaping process is a part of a manicure. Not just the message or the removal of the cuticle. I was already almost through with mine and I already expected to pay about $40 when I saw that it said $28 make sure to ask before you let them do your nails. If they tell you its more for shaping, go somewhere else. Youre being swindled. Shaping and filing is always apart of it ladies!!!! I wont go back.

What I liked most about it is I called ahead of time to book my appointment. They were friendly and very focusedI could wear these for one month and they still look fresh. Best place to get my nails done!

Though the lady who did my nails seemed very nice, I don’t believe she understood a single word of English, my Gel isn’t even nor the right color, and the gentleman who did my nails seemed very nice but again did not get the gel even and did not know what oval shaped nails were. I paid $75 for both mani and petty. And the quality doesn’t even compare to that price.

Ive always had a good experience here, the service is quick and rarely has to wait to be seated. These are my nails that grew out in three weeks without chipping or lifting. I will go back to La Nails whenever I want to get a manicure!

Only place I get my nails done

I have never posted a negative review before, but I felt I needed to share. My ombre nails are more smoky than ombre. They arent blended at all. The centers are very dark. Theres white at the top of one nail and a dark spot on the white part. One index finger is almost entirely white. I understand some colors dont blend well. But this was the color they had on their ombre display nails. One that they had done before and displayed for customers to pick. While filing he cut 4 fingers open. I kept pulling my hand back and he would apologize, move to the next and do it again. Then while using the drimmel file he cut the top of my finger open. I will never be back. I paid $55 for a manicure Im embarrassed of. Ive never had anyone do such a bad job.

You will leave there with exactly what you asked for. . . at least I did! I give them 5 stars for quality. Ill surely be back!!

Just save yourself the time and money and don’t come here. The customer service alone is enough to run this business in the ground. The technician doing my nails laughed in my face and Questioned why I even wanted my nails done because I asked him to shorten my acrylics, and then continued to talk about me to his coworker and laugh. I am a paying customer and should never feel bullied by someone who is providing me a service. Especially when the request wasn’t unheard of. Incredibly rude and over priced for the service that was given.

I took 2 of my daughters here today and they were slammed! I knew I would be there for at least 3 hours BUT I was shocked when I was out of there in less than an hour! 2 full sets done EXACTLY the way I asked the first time! $52 total! AMAZING!

Ethan was more interested in helping other customers than doing my nails. I have pictures. I am leaving town with half painted nails and polish on my fingers.

Not friendly and WAY overpriced!! I was told $25 for a regular pedicure. Decided while I was getting it done that I wanted gel (it’s supposed to last longer and dry quicker, I didn’t have sandals on) after he was done he told me $40 when he ran my card he charged me $40.50. I won’t go back there

The guy who done my nails, wasnt friendly at all, he barely said anything to me, and when I asked for a certain color of polish, he kept trying to get me to change the color. In the middle of doing my nails, he swapped seats with the girl next to me and she finished for him. I asked for gel polish on my finger and toe nails. I was jst having them painted, ( not acrylic nails) Unaware that it was gonna be an additional $30 extra, I couldnt believe it.. def not worth $65 to get that kind of treatment. They totally ripped me off.

They was over priced and didnt even do my or my sister nails right my are a red color and its see through almost and color already coming off and I got it done Friday and it Sunday and my sister got like a bubble on her nail where they put to much acrylic and they dipped her nails without asking if she wanted that and her color coming off too!!! Very over priced. The service was not friendly at all. When we walked in we were not greeted just asked what we wanted and then told to sit down(pedicures). The lady was so rough on my cousin she left scratches on her legs. And the pedicure itself was painful for her when she was digging at her cuticles. My person was polite but would stop to check his phone while doing my pedicure. Just not very professional at all. Will not be going back.

I went there and when I got my manicure, the gel manicure was supposed to stay on for 2 weeks or more and it only stayed on for like a day, so that’s my main problem. Also the man that was trimming and filing my nails, didn’t make my thumb nail even so it’s at a slant. And my mother also got her nails done and she got a fake nail and they did not even put the fake nail on the whole fingernail🤦🏽‍♀️

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars to write this I could. I hate my nails. They were supposed to be 26 but they decided to charge you over 10$ more for a different shape other than square. They’re rude and could care less about your nails. My nails look horrific. My nail beds are screaming.

I had two trips here. First one to get a my toe nails and fake acrylic nails done had fun with my friend.. but they were rough with my hands, and were a bit rude. Second one was awful! I came to get my fake nails off and I was told they were going to be soaked off and pop off with no pain. Instead they literally RIPPED OFF MY FAKE NAILS it was extremely painful. Then when I asked for my real nails to be done the man cut my nails so short which I didnt want. And then damaged my nails and made them paper thin. My fingers still hurt.

The people in there were weird and the setting bags weird vibes. i went in there to get acrylics and all they did was glue on the nails and cut them without filing, cutting, or tending to my real nails first. they cut the acrylics without asking what length i wanted. it has been a week and they have started to come off and are separating from my real nails.

Disgusted by the customer service offered here. Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty other options in town.

Very bad, they trimmed my nails without asking me I waited months to grow them. They also didn’t end up putting on the color that I wanted. Don’t go there if you read this.

My nail tech was great but my daughters was slow and didnt do her nails right.

Went in to get my acrylics ( done somewhere elese) removed. Was told it would cost $10. As I sat down to have them removed, first, he cut the majority of the length off with clippers, which due to the thickness of my nails, hurt, he then ground the gel polish off and pulled out two nail tips. I was very confused but didn’t say anything. He proceded to use the nail tips to vigorously pop off the acrylic with the nail tip, I was almost in tears but didn’t say anything because I knew the reputation they have for being even more rough if you complain. After that he used the rotating tool to grind down any left over acrylic and whatever layer of nail he missed the first time. By the end my nails were throbbing and tender to the touch. Then as I was signing my reciept (leaving no tip for him) I noticed he also charged me $10.50.

When I went there for a simple fill in no design. They charged me $35 dollars . Extremely over priced . When he started painting my nails I told him that I didnt like the polish BEFORE he was even done he shouted OMG the said hurry and pick a color . The whole time he was talking about me point. && when I was drying my nails he picked up a bowl of food up and started to eat ! Unprofessional

I got acrylic nails put on a week and half ago and I just took them off tonight and they were the HARDEST to get off!! Any other place I get acrylics at I never have a problem getting them off! Also the fake nail broke my real in half! Plus the service was bad. Never going there again.

Horrible! Terrible customer service skills, felt very rushed even with only three or four customers, was very rough with nails and skin, left with three Bleeding cuts on cuticle. With about 15 other nails salons in the area, DONT waste your time on this place.

I did not like my experience here. When i walked in, there was already a bad vibe. nobody was smiling and welcoming. And when i got my nails done, they would excessively tug my hand. The nails ended up falling off and chipping after a few hours. I had to spend $40 on them.

Gel manicure turned out alright but over priced. Nail technician was rude. You can forget about a massage with your mani, I just got some lotion put on my arms. There are way better nail salons in Terre Haute (Nancys, Kays).

Not planning on going back.. got a mani pedi, and the lady doing my pedi couldnt ask me herself what all I wanted, she had other people ask for her. I decided I wanted a simple zig zag design and I couldve done a better job than they did. Im honestly embarrassed of my toes. Then once I told them I wanted just a clear coat on my fingers they kept asking me if I wanted a full set. I dont know how many times I told them I wanted just a clear coat on my nails. Only to end my night with my thumb bleeding because they were too much in a rush. Didnt even apologize until I said something about it. Not going back.

Worst experience ever owner can not do nails and is very rude when he señt me to another person cause he did awful job crooked square nails different sizes and the other guy tryed fix and couldnt other workers was looking at them to and the owner guy wants to try and grab at my wrist/arm very rude and say im take um off he was ruff to start with i told him no dont touch me shouldnt of had to pay at all wanted them fixed but clearly not by him .but no and then they act they cant hear or understand u after saying and pointing out how upset and disapointed i was .. I went during graduation time. They hurried my nails and my nails looked as if I did them myself. They just try to do as many people as possible. The guy cut my hands so many times and its way overpriced.

Horrible. The worst acrylic nails experience. While getting my nails done they were obviously rushing, he was rushing so much that he cut my finger tips 3 times with the spinning tool they use, my nails also turned out a few different sizes and all slanted and uneven. Ill never go back.

This place sucks! I got the cat eye gel polish and it wasnt even 24 hrs the polish started to peel off. I went back in to have it fixed and it did the same thing the next day.

Have been twice now, always so rude (throw the color options at you, no speaking) and always so painful, was cut both times
