I am from out of town. I went here on Monday and by Wednesday the dip nails were chipping. I knew they didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. The process was missing steps and never have I ever cured them under a UV lamp. These were dip not gel. Today I look down and my nail is snapped off.

They are absolutely amazing!!! This is the ONLY place I will ever go to get my nails done! They are all super nice and they are amazing at nail art! Hands down the BEST in Terre Haute!!!

I went here for my very first set of nails. Im highly disappointed the person that did mine had no patience nor did she care of how they looked. Most of mine are crooked they are different lengths. My sister went with me for a fill and color change they charged her the same price they charge me which was 50. All over I dont believe Ill be going back. I know theyre not ever going to get it perfect but the first is what I wanted and the second is what I got.

Well for starters I got there with my family and they barely said a word to redirect us. ( family being my mom, sister, and I). Then once they did we waited for about 1-2 hours jus to get a pedicure. We were in our chairs in about 45 minutes. When getting the pedicure there was a choice for sea salt and they don’t tell you that the sea salt costs extra. When the pedicure was over I was directed to a table to get my acrylics done and my sister was right next to me. She was supposed to work at 2 and we didn’t get home till about 3:30 and we got to the salon at about 10 that morning. Once I was in my seat I waited for about 30-45 minutes just to get started on. Then i was directed to move tables. I don’t know why, I just was. Then my nails took about 45 minutes to and hour and when I went to pay it ended up being 85 dollars which is way over priced for the nails I got. Not to mention the nail tech my sister had was rude towards her. I will not be going back.

Kay is the absolute best! People complaining about the amount of time it takes - but you have to understand, theres a reason shes so busy. BECAUSE SHE IS GOOD. Plan accordingly and dont try to squeeze in a quick fill or mani/pedi. I wont let anyone else touch my nails.

My girlfriend went in and even gave them picture reference for the nails she wanted. They ended up cutting the nails too short (even though she asked for long nails), and rounded the tips (she wanted them stiletto). Then they charged her 90 bucks despite the design mistakes. If you want acrylics or any kind of design, dont go here.

Turned out really nice, only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the workers cut my cuticle a little and it was a little pricey, around $65. Other than that they look nice and the staff is friendly, they can be hard to understand sometimes though.

May is absolutely an artist. You can go anywhere and get an okay set with plain paint or no designs but you come here when you want the best of the best when it comes to the designs and longevity of your nails. They are up to speed with all nail options and can truly give you the nails you desire. They are a tad more expensive but the quality for the price is on point!

This was a last minute trip for me, and I am so glad I went. Very professional place. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted, and she delivered this stunning outcome. I travel for work, and I wish this place was closer to me. Yes, I recommend this nail shop.

* DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!* i went here because i’ve heard really good things about this place. i won’t deny that kay is good with her designs on nails, but it’s not somewhere i recommend going. the place was packed, the wait was long for the people that came in after me, which is understandable to a point. first, a male filed down my natural nails and did not seem like he knew what he was doing and cut me with the tool he was using. then, he made me move chairs so he could do the same thing to another girl. next, kay came and did the acrylics and did absolutely horrible on them. they were uneven, my pinky nail is literally pointing upwards, she wasn’t even looking down at my nails half the time, she was rushing right through it, and was just not very professional. THEN, some other girl painted my nails and i think that was the only nice part of the entire experience. kay did the design on them, and that was the only thing that made me somewhat happier with her behavior. she also charged me $62 and i just rounded it to $70 for a tip. which would be understandable, IF she didn’t just charge the customer based on how she knew them. the woman beside me was apparently a regular and got so much more done to her nails than i did and she barely charged her anything. i understand it could be because she’s a regular, but then she began to charge different girls different prices, when some had more done than others and it was cheaper. she basically makes up her own prices lol. not happy with this experience and won’t be going back.

Absolutely love this nail salon! I am always seen right away, several colors to choose from, and the staff is so patient...even if you accidentally bump your nail in the curing light. I drive 50 minutes just to get my nails done, and it’s always worth it. Kay remembers me every time, and all the things we talk about when I visit! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

It started out ok but after they got other clients coming in they started rushing, its most definitely not the place for arching eyebrows, very sloppy job, customer svs was good, they also cut my fiancés toes four times. I will not be going back for the price I paid it was not worth it.

I had a poor experience here. The manager started working on my nails and had someone else finish the job. They were looking good until the lady came to finish them. I came back due to the discoloring of my nails a couple days later. The manager was extremely rude and angry I wanted to get my nails fixed. But I definitely paid way too much to have them look bad and discolor two days later. $50 for my nails! I’ve never been to a nail salon this expensive before. Will not be back.

I called and told them I wanted regular nail polish fill and when I came in they asked me what color I told them white and then they did my nails and charged me 36 dollars for gel WHEN I ASKED for regular and they said well it’s too late because it’s on your nails and you have to pay. So I had to pay 11 extra dollars for THEIR mistake. The two ladies were extremely disrespectful and yelling at me when I was proving my point that i asked for regular and the guy working the desk even told them I asked for regular.

Terrible place, terrible people. These guys are thieves, they told her one price then charged her double once it was finished her friend and daughter went with her they all got the same thing they charged her friend and daughter 75 and charged my wife 90. When I called the manager wouldnt even talk with me about how they took advantage of my wife and was extremely rude when I asked for the owner.

I love the staff. They pay attention to your nails and take their time, doesnt matter if they are busy I feel like they want to do a good job. You leave feeling like they know who you are. And the hand massage at the end is just amazing!

I always get dip on my finger nails whenever I go to the nail salon and it can usually last for about 2-3 weeks. The last time I was here, my dip didn’t even last me a week. Also, they upcharged everything. $60 dollars for my dip nails and a polish change on my toes. Will never be going back here.

Went there with my 2 daughters and 2 grand daughters, staff was nice. Manager was rude, we were there before many others. Pushed my eyebrows my granddaughter nails just painted aside to take care of others who came in after us. Manager kept insisting I had shaved my eyebrow, atleast the right one. First off none of her business if I had, but I was in a car wreck and the right one grows back strange. She treated us like we were not important, when others came in. Tried to charge me to much. I wont go back ever. Spent lots of money to get treated like this. Not happy with my nails either rush job. So wasted 25 dollars and she didnt even get my eyebrows clean either. Poor poor service and attitude

I was a walk in to get a nail service. The woman that did my nails was texting during the service and made it seem like I was very unwanted. It was an awkward experience, but my nails look good!

My granddaughter got her nails done there very good job . I got my eye brails done there great got . Not expensive at all.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. That is the worst experience I have ever had ata salon. The polish I uneven, bumpy, nasty looking. I didnt get the color I wanted because this color look better for you. And on top of that she was on her phone the entire time.

Not impressed. Nails are filed wonky and polish slopped on. Its all over my nail bed and was even on the sides of my fingers when I left. The polish was glopped on thick and bubbled when cured. Ill find another place.

Only reason for the one star is cause i couldn’t leave a review without doin that, but for the record, it’s 0 stars from me,I just left this place like a half hour ago and Kay is the RUDEST person i have ever met, first off all i had my grand-daughters nails painted and one got smudged before we left, and she had the nerve to look at my daughter and say, see Mom, u should’ve held her hands 😡 and acted so frustrated that she had to touch it up, then when i got my change i was counting it to make sure i got the right amount back and shes like OMG! Really?? And as we was walking out she was talking to the next customer about me! Needless to say i will never go bak there again nor will i refer a soul to that place! And to ask for a tip🤣🤣. NEVER. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Just moved from Chicago. Rode past this place n decided to get ny nails done. Requested dip gel n pedi. N they didnt offer dip gel/acrylic. But okay received a gel manicure. I liked the hot towel service, BUT pedi was rushed n half done. Requested my gel color to match my toe color. Of course they do not match at all. Kay could use a class on professional service, especially with new customers. She was definitely more friendly n patient with old customers. She missed out, because I tip well and I get my nails done faithfully every two weeks. She should also upgrade her products. They left a lot to be desired.

I’ve tried this place 3 times and was disappointed each time. If you have natural nails and want a real manicure, this isn’t the place to go. They rush through the whole procedure, don’t trim your nails even and barely touch the cuticles. My pedicure wasn’t much better!
