I will only come to this salon to get my nails done! Nancy is very nice and she’s professional with everything she does!

My 3 daughters and I went in to get our nails a done for a girls day since my usual place was closed. The service was fast and we didn’t wait long even though they were very busy. Now the problems the one guy cut my daughter’s nail and made it bleed. Then I was quoted a price to do 3 colors in ombre on my nails, he only ended up doing 2 but still charged me for 3. When went to pay I asked him why I was being charged for the 3 colors if he only did two he told me that was the price. My older daughter got 2 colors and designs and hers was cheaper. I paid I was told my total was $101; $66 for mine, $25 for my 14 year old and $10 for my 6 year old, but when I checked my card today I was actually charged $111. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so it’s my word against theirs but I definitely will not go back!

Nancy did such a good and professional job at removing acrylic nails. Other and places in town don’t soak the nails in acetone and try to painfully pry them off. This place deserves a higher rating. I definitely recommend if you’re in town.

I went for a pedicure as I was attending a wedding the next day. The pedicure process was fine however the polish must have been bad because it never dried! Shouldn’t take 2 days for polish to dry! I was very disappointed that I couldn’t wear my open toed sandals that went with my dress with polish smeared all over my toenails. I believe they should have change the polish at no cost but when I called to complain the lady said she warned me that the polish was slow to dry. It cost $10 more for gel nails polish. I’m retired & on a fixed income and had already spent $40 on this pedicure. When I asked about returning and paying the extra $10 for the gel nails the lady told me it would cost me $15!! That’s a bunch of bull. I will never go back there again.

This salon is the cleanest nail salon in Terre Haute. As I was having my pedicure done today I watched 2 of the staff dismantle all the work stations and clean them. Before I sat in my chair the cushions were flipped up and cleaned. Eric gives a fabulous pedicure!

I love Nancy and Eric! Nancy is very professional at manicures and pleases her customers! Eric gives awesome pedicures and takes his time. They are a awesome couple! You will leave this place wanting to come back over and over again!

I love that the environment was very welcoming and the people was so nice. They took their time and listened to what I wanted. I was so happy with the service, prices, and my nails. I will be a returning customer! ❤

I only gave a star because i wanted the chance to speak. I called and asked if they were busy and was told no to cone on. I got there and was told at 5:49 that they had an appt for 6:15 and couldnt do my nails...lol funny but i will Never go there again and i will ask that everyone i know doesnt either.

Eric did a wonderful job on my nails! I hadnt had a manicure done in a very long time so I was very pleased with the outcome. I dont mind a little bit of a wait for quality nail care.

Service was ok. Maybe I need to price around.. was $10 extra for Gel polish. and they push you to get Gel on toes and hands. So Basic mani and pedi with Gel and $5 for design on both big toes. . .total bill $75.. for me, not impressed enough to return.

Worst service ever. The lady that run business very rude. Snapped and complained about doing my services. Very loud and inconsiderate towards patrons and extremely impatient. My fingers were almost bleeding she was so careless. Complained about having to paint decorations on my nails. Did sloppy painting on my nails. She was snapping at the other guests as well. There was a mother and daughter that came in and she was snapping at them too. The little girl was being ordered around like she was being scolded or something. Everyone in there was giving her looks of shame. Horrible service! Last time I went the other girl who works there buffed my feet so hard that my toe began to bleed and she didnt even realize it until I got her attention, which was difficult because she was not paying any attention to her job, only talking to the other woman who works there. After several attempts to get her attention I told her my foot was bleeding! As she was scrubbing as hard as she could. I will never go here again!

I have never had such a nice shellac manicure done, and I couldnt believe how cheap it was! He took such care to clean up my nails before he even started painting them; My hands have never looked greater. I cant wait to come back!

I always enjoy going to Lv nails for all my needs unless they are to busy then I may go somewhere else. However no other place has made me as happy with my nails as LV nails. Excellent people and excellent service.

Took forever & cut my finger, which wouldnt stop bleeding during the mani process. Staff spoke in another language, which I thought was rude and made me wonder if they were talking about me & other customers.

Easily my favorite place to get a pedicure. They take their time and I have never been disappointed with their service.

I asked for design and they didnt do it.

Owner asked me to pay before getting my nails done so she could close the register “this was 30 min before closing time” I asked what if I don’t like it? She said “don’t come back again”How rude!!!
