Timmy Wright at Verizon Cellular Sales was an awesome customer service rep. He was very down to earth, asked me what i needed in a phone and what all i used it for. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the product he was presenting and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend going to him for all of your needs.

Went in not knowing quite what to expect because we had so much going on and had never used this retailer before. They were able to combine our two accounts into one and do two additional upgrades seemlessly. The manager and his staff are very lighthearted and laid back but very knowledgeable and can answer any question you can think of. When they didnt know an answer they were quick to admit and find us the correct answer. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my Verizon needs.

Timmy was an amazing representative, him and his coworkers Kenny and Bryon (on his day off) made sure that my experience was top tier. I went to the store in front of the mall and they gave me a number and sent me on my way, they helped me fix my screen, get the new iPhone 11 pro and a new iPad. I highly recommend coming to this store and making purchases.

Stopped by this location inside the mall to get my phone looked at. I had pop up adds constantly. The representative who greeted me was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem immediately and then proceeded to look into my account for any savings. He found a promotion that would buy the rest of my agreement off and get me a new phone. I scheduled an appointment with him for the future! Awesome experience!

We both agreed that Julys Matt Norris oiled up in a bikini washing a car was good but I particularly liked the October Rob VanWey in the sexy devil costume! Was very happy with Verizon until now. I felt when I went in on black Friday the sales rep didnt care much for his customer and was focused solely on commission and making the sale. I told him I was trying to do away with one of my phone lines, and when he found out I couldnt, he took advantage of that and offered a free tablet. I was never told this free tablet was tying me into a 24 month contract with line I told him I had planned on doing away with. In fact, I was told I could do away with it later after I payed off what I owed on it. I pay 40$ a month for this line. That free tablet just became a 960$ deal over the course of 24 months. I should have asked, but I dont appreciate being lied to or taken advantage of. Im now debating canceling my recent upgrade and going with a competitor who has more concern for the customer. I will be in soon on buyers remorse to straighten this miscommunication out!

I was waiting for my family in the mall and decided to stop here to see if the could correct problems I was experiencing with my Motorola phone. What a great experience. The young man knew all about the issues I was having and made corrections for all. Glad I didnt have to wait until getting back to Columbus, Ohio to have this fixed. You guys were awesome. I’m from out of town near the Vincennes area, and stopped at the corporate store outside of honey creek mall and they were rude and didn’t have time for me. Walked out, came to the cellular sales location inside the mall and was greeted by sales rep Timmy Wright and he was very kind. He showed me all the promotions I was eligible for and got me a good deal. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.

She knew of this Verizon store in the mall, and so I hightailed it up to Terre Haute to see if they could help --- or barring that, getting another phone (Saturday, October 12, around 6:00 pm).I explained the situation, in tears because I needed that phone to stay in the loop with all the other family who came for the funeral weekend. Both young men were kind and courteous and treated me gently as they set about trying to discover the problem.BLAKE H. disengaged the LifeProof cover, and checked it out, noting that my iphone 6 was in pristine condition. KEVIN A. came over and, using his magic fingers, pushed the buttons on the side and voila! My phone was resurrected. Who knew THAT would happen?! Kevin did. He explained what he did and I wrote it down just in case it ever happens again.BLAKE H. and KEVIN A. could have taken me down the garden path of a new iphone for hundreds of dollars, but they were ethical and showed integrity by doing a simple (to them) button-pushing trick.These are the kind of people we need in place in all service industries. They knew how to do their job --- their skills were top-notch and their customer service was incredible.If there is any way to reward BLAKE H. and KEVIN A. for this outstanding interaction with an older woman with no tech skills, please do so! I think a Caribbean cruise or trip to Europe would be nice, although I realize those rewards most likely will not happen. (Smile.)Thank you again for helping me in a desperate situation.

If youve gone to the store out front of the mall or on highway 46, chances are youve had a bad experience there. Stop doing that to yourself and get to know the representatives at this store!

I would like to share my experience with Verizon Cellular Sales located in Honey Creek Mall Terre Haute Indiana. After being advised by a salesman at the Verizon Corporate store​ on 3rd Street Terre Haute that there was nothing they could do to retrieve my information on my cell phone I stopped in the Cellular Sales store and was helped by in if there Wireless Experts, Jared Melcho. Jared was able to show me a new phone that served my purpose as well as additional hardware to use on my Mac. He was able to transfer all of the information from my old phone. I have been a customer with Verizion for 10 plus years and this is the first time anyone took the time to make me feel confident with my phone. Thank you Jared and Cellular Sales..
