I had Supreme put in two faucets for me. One in the kitchen and one in the bath. When I called to schedule a visit they were able to get someone right out. Darin did the work for us. He was at our house on time. He was very nice and cleaned up when he was done. He looked at another plumbing issue we are having and gave us a number of options to resolve it. We will use Supreme for all our plumbing needs!

Absolutely awesome people I called with a pretty major plumbing issue and not knowing anything about my situation they basically in short told me that I didnt need them that it was something I could fix on my own and proceeded to explain to me exactly how to do what I needed to do to get it figured out and it worked save me several hundred dollars if not more Im sure 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Darren, Jordan, and Brandon came to do a complete replacement of all the plumbing for the whole house. They added vents to the plumbingsystem and replaced the cast iron sewer pipe. They did so much work that I cant name it all here but they work hard and smart. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐came our newly purchased home had nproblems with the shower, sinks, and toilets. We are very impressed with these fellow and believe that Supreme Plumbing deserves all five stars.

After playing phone tag with other plumbers, I called Supreme; Darren was able to come in just a couple of hours and did and excellent an professional job on several overdue plumbing tasks. Nice person, happy to have him in the house.

There was no sewage to be cleaned up nor was there a flooded crawl space. We called another plumbing company and they came right out and fixed the pipe. No problems. We were told by your man. That came out that he did heating and cooling. So no wonder what he said was all incorrect.

We bought an older home with older heating and cooling units in it and wanted to replace and update them. We paid Supreme $14995 to do this in a 2500 square foot home. They undersized it and it wouldnt keep the home warm once it reached 25 degrees outside. we complained to them but they just kept trying to make what they put in work instead of fixing the problem. They never said well get it right, it was like they just wanted us to go away. No apologies, nothing. I should have filed a lawsuit right then but I dont like to do that type of thing, although looking back I should have. I went back to them a few years later only because they knew what they had installed and asked them if there was anything we could do to get this heating unit to work in colder weather. After paying them another $3495 they installed a heat pack. The heat pack did warm the house up but I havent made it through a fall service or during the winter where an element didnt burn up or a wire didnt burn up because of the high heat temperatures in the unit itself. I also paid them $417 a year to come out and service the heating and cooling each spring and fall. Now that is just to make sure everything looks good and is working which in each trip takes about 30 minutes at the most. Anything else like a burnt wire even though you have paid them this much you have to pay to have the wire repaired. So Im spending $417 for them to service the system that takes them an hour each year. Pretty good mark up! I have since found another company that handles the type of heating and cooling unit I have that is so much more professional and easy to work with, their rates are reasonable and their service is great. They were also amazed at the money I had put out through this whole process.I would not recommend this company for anything, they are all about the money and nothing else, and the owner obviously doesnt know how to accurately put in the right size heating unit. If he did, I would have all this grief.Rick Louderback

My experience with Supreme Heating and Cooling has been very satisfactory.. The service people are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide great service. The service technician, Logan, was exceptionally helpful during my recent service call. My garage door wasn’t working so I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Unfortunately, the garage door service couldn’t schedule me until the following week. Logan manually raised the door so I could move my car outside. I am very pleased with their service and technicians.

I bought a house and they quickly came out to inspect and clean my heating and cooling equipment. The technician that came out explained all kinds of stuff to me. Its my 1st home purchase so now the responsibility is mine to keep these things going..if I have any problems, these will be my go to people..👍

Great service, as promised!! Was referred by Micheal, he said they would do a good job.... and the guy did. Brandon showed up on time and did a excellent job installing my gas stove. He double checked everything to make sure it worked and was safe.

The technician that came to my house was nice. He came out to fix an electrical issue with my central air and got it working. After he left my airconditioner stopped working after 20 min. I had to call him back and he came out the next day and fixed it again. This cycles 3 times until after the 3rd day it finally worked. He told me that I would not be charged for multiple visits because it was a simple electrical issue and he failed to fix it properly each time. I was then billed for almost 800 dollars, yes charged fully for each visit and all the man hours. I went and talked to the owner who was extremely rude and told me nothing in life is free bud. I told them I will pay this bill but you will never see another dollar from me. I hope word of mouth goes a long way.

Natural gas line NOT installed to code and also leaked into our home!!Weve used Supreme many times before for plumbing, boiler repairs, and a gas line for a new dryer. But this time was a disaster! We had to call the Vectren Gas Company after we initially received no response, 30 minutes after the first (of the 2) calls, I made to Supremes emergency after hours call service. Vectren (who arrived within 10 minutes of my call at 11 PM on a Friday night) quickly found the leak. It was coming from where Supreme had connected their flex line directly to the water heaters shut off valve. The Vectren person also noted that there SHOULD have been a T and drip pipe installed which was not there. (see attached photo of his report). Vectren was required to Red tag us, shut us off at the main, and even locked it (see pic) until Supreme could return to fix it. Once repaired, Vectren had to return on Saturday to inspect Supremes work and restore our gas service.We have a Gold Service contract with Supreme, and when we received our bill today (which was not even itemized as to what was parts and what was labor) we were surprised to see that they had charged us $1395 to install a $699 tankless heater that we had provided. (see pic of bill) On top of that there was no indication that a discount to the work had been credited. When we called Wes at Supreme we were told that while their service plan does have a 20% discount on plumbing service, that does NOT include the plumbing used during our installation because is was a conversion from a conventional tank heater to a tankless one and that their (top of the line, mind you) Gold Service Agreement only covers existing plumbing NOT new installations--which we found to be very misleading given how the brochure was worded. (See brochure pic).

I called Supreme because there was a leak in what turned out to be the A/C coil. Wes gave us quotes to replace just the coil or the whole A/C unit, which was 18 years old. We decided to replace the whole A/C. I also called another company that weve used before to get quotes, but did not receive a call back, so we went with Supreme.Logan and Nick installed the new Amana A/C. They were punctual and professional and took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat.Supreme charged exactly the quoted amount, which either included or waived the initial visit about the leak. A good experience working with Supreme, well use them again!

Water heater required a replacement control valve. The part was a warranty replacement that came in about noon and they were here and installed it about 3:00 that afternoon. Quick service, professional and respectful.

We had an old boiler heating system in our house that had completely died. Supreme Heating and cooling was tremendous to work with. They provided a comprehensive evaluation of our needs, then went to great lengths to find a system to meet our needs very quickly. Plus they gave us a great price for the entire system. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They removed our old system and replaced it with a new unit and connections in about 5 hours. They were courteous and friendly and they made sure the system was working properly before leaving the residence. We went from no heat to perfect heat throughout the entire house. Thanks Supreme! I would highly recommend Supreme for any problems with your heating, cooling, or plumbing systems.

My ac unit broke today. They had a serviceman out within the hour. The price was well under what other local companies quoted me. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned the unit and checked the filter. He was very polite and kind to my xl dog. Most people fear her. I was very happy with my service and very happy with the price.

I am greatly disappointed in the way my 85 year old mother was treated by Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning. My mother said the technician that actually did the work was very polite and professional. However, she was shocked to receive a bill for well over $600. A call to the office resulted in a conversation with a very rude man. My mother was so intimidated by his rudeness that she let me know about it (which is unusual). I drove over 900 miles to speak with the man who told me he was the owner. I was shocked by his arrogance and rudeness. Being a rental property owner and manager for nearly 30 years I have worked with a lot of companies. I have only worked with one other company that had a person with as bad of customer service skills. He refused to give me a breakdown of the charges. He said a computer program did that and he did not have to give me the information. I asked a few questions and was amazed at how easy he lied to me 3 times in less than 10 minutes. I told him that I was accustomed of a company giving a customer like my mother an estimate of the work to be done and that his company should have gotten her consent that she agreed to pay that much for the service. He just told me that it was not required and it did not make any difference. It is hard for me to believe this company is still in business.

Recently I had to call the fire department when we had a smoke detector alert us. When it was discovered that the problem was the furnace blower motor, Supreme sent a technician who arrived within hours and quickly repaired the furnace.

I paid over $6,000 for a new furnace and central air unit. After it was installed, I had to call several times due to leaks. After never returning my call but yet coming to my home when I was at work, they assumed they fixed the issue with a new flange. Yet again I had to call again. The previous owners of my home had some things rigged that this company DID NOT fix when they installed the new unit. Now I have to change the rigged items that should have been fixed for the price I paid. Never again will I use this company or recommend them for anything! Absolutely horrible customer service.
