This is the second time I have been turned away for a haircut more than 15 minutes before closing time. No customers waiting! Lady sits behind desk as I walk in the salon at 6:44pm, and says she is closing for the night... I said mam please Im a male and just want a simple cut, usually takes ten minutes, but she refused still. I even OFFERED TO TIP GENEROUSLY!. This is just not right!

Went to get my hair cut and I showed up around a half hour until closed. The lady didnt come greet us for atleast 20 to 30 minutes and told us that she couldnt cut my hair because she didnt have time. Thank you for waisting my time!!

My haircut was perfect. Its funny that a simple haircut can be so difficult. But the talented young lady aced it on her first try.

I always take my son here to get his hair done. Today I wasnt pleased with one of the workers, very rude and lazy. We get there at noon, not one other person there. I tell her my son needs a cut. She checks us in and says it will be about 5 min. Another man comes in a few min after us, checks in also. She goes to the backroom (doing something) and about 15 min later comes out and takes him first. 30 min goes by, another worker returns from her break (or whatever) and I ask if that man had an apt. The rude girl says to me no he didnt but we have to stay in order and you wasnt my turn. A gentleman with 2 boys comes in after, seeing that she has finished with her customer and asked why she was on her phone and not helping his son, she again replied to him that they had to stay in order and it wasnt her turn. The girl who finally cut my sons hair was great and very nice. She has helped us in the past and even apologized for what happened. I understand they probably rotate because of tips but when you have multiple ppl waiting, just take care of them and worry about that later. I should not have to stand there and wait 30 min just because someone is on break and its her turn next.

Totally did not get the haircut I wanted even though I had a picture of the of the haircut I wanted I will never never go back to this place again the girls name was Christina and had no idea how to cut my hair the way I wanted it even with a picture in front of her total totally disappointing going in with long hair coming out with boys haircut think before you go here and all they said was Im sorry you dont have to pay for your haircut Im sorry doesnt put the long hair back on my head or the haircut I wanted
