This move was so great for my mom. John and his staff were so helpful and respectful. My mom had just finally got settled in at cannon inn and then they announced they were closing. So the move to sycamore manor was so good. So helpful in getting her moved in and they all were kind. Definitely remember them if needed in the future and will refer any chance I can.

John and his staff were excellent. They did a great job planning the move and had everything in place when we arrived at the new apartment. Only step left was to hang the pictures! The moving team from Caring Transitions was outstanding in moving my mother at Westminster Village. They were very respectful of this difficult time for her and made her feel a part of the move. They paid close attention to the instructions we gave them and were thorough in getting all her things put in the right places and even hanging pictures. From front to back, Caring Transitions was top notch. We needed to sell our deceased moms house contents, and the standard method of an estate auction had a couple of months wait due to COVID. CTs online auction was a perfect solution to our problem.John Morris met with all of us, described the process, and we signed up. In a couple of weeks, they came in, photographed the contents and set up an online auction. They had one day where the winning bidders could pick up their items. The unsold items either were donated to charity or disposed of.After the auction was done, they literally vacuumed the entire house, patched the nail holes, and left it looking brand new. John followed up with the paperwork and our check within a week. Truly a professional experience.Throughout this process, John was very responsive to emails, phone calls, or texts when we had any questions. I highly recommend this company for your consideration.
