Great to work with. Reasonable, reliable and good communication. They were very helpful and understanding when helping with an estate auction.

These people take advantage and are the worst to work with. They add on all kinds of fees not in the contract. They sold stuff for dirt cheap to themselves so they could turn around and sell it higher but not give their clients the money. Be warned do not use them.
