After 3 phone calls, they finally admitted they had our trailer impounded. I had even called the police, and I should not have to do that just to retrieve our property. I really feel that the city of Temple should take them out of towing rotation, and there is no need to act so unprofessionally. They will be reported to texas department of licensing and regulation.

After verifying with local authorities that Temple Towing impounded our company vehicle, called them to find out what it would cost to release the vehicle. They were insistive that they had no such vehicle in the lot or any paperwork on even towing our company vehicle. After 3 calls, they finally found the paperwork and was hung up on. Very unprofessional and unorganized... Especially as they got more rude with every call about us trying to figure out what was going on. Dont recommend this company, if you can avoid using them... Steer clear of them.

We had Riley as our tow truck driver. My husbands car had sat for a week in our driveway while we were out of town and came back to the wires eaten by a rat. We called temple towing, and the gentlemen (Riley) showed up. Young guy, great listener and paid close attention to the details of loading the car.

I will definitely never use there service again. I had used them a couple times before but today they left me stranded on the side of the highway for 4 hours before someone I know that works there told me they cancelled the truck and said that I could figure it out.Edit: after leaving this review I received a request for me to contact them, they apologized about the confusion and then quoted me an even higher price.

So incredibly thankful for this company and all they did for my family! They were so prompt, thoughtful and caring of my kiddos and our situation! Ensuring we made it to the hotel and to the tire center! Very thankful for them and the piece of mind they gave me during such a trying situation!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Bruce and his team went above and beyond to help me get back on the road after a blow out on the hwy .. to top it off my lug nuts were stripped and would not come off. They towed me in and called the auto shop to get some new ones for my car .... super grateful that these folks took time out of their evening to help me get home !!! Please call this group if you are ever in trouble and need a tow ... they are simply amazing !!!!

Extremely pricy. not sure if the prices are cheaper for other towing companies that confiscate the publics vehicles and force the owners to pay their gangster taxes, but it seems to me that for a less than 10 mile tow and 3 day storage fee, it could definitely be less than three hundred to be allowed to regain access to your own property. The ladies answering phones are very helpful and do their diligence to assure that you know what documents are required as well as the precise cost for pickup so that when you are able to retrieve your property without any extra hassle. They also taped up my window that doesnt roll all the way up, which does well preventing the elements from making their way in.

Ira of Temple Towing stopped Wednesday morning to help after he saw my little Miata spun out of control. He was terrific and was able to you the car a few blocks back to my house.Today another driver, whose name I neglected to get came by to pick up the car to tow it in for repairs. I appreciated how careful she was with the carThey were both friendly and helpful and professional and I strongly recommend Temple Towing.

My issue is to have a tow truck company, literally 15 minutes away from my daughter’s destination and not show up until two hours later to assist in replacing a flat tire. Makes absolutely no sense, two hours and your actual business is stationed 15 minutes from my daughter location?24 hours service provided, and did it take you this long because you only have one tow truck? Still perplexed!Extremely poor service on dispatching, but as for the driver I actually appreciate his service.Thank you Brandon for your quick and diligent service provided to my daughter.

I sure do wish I remembered the drivers name. He was such a nice guy. Not only did he arrive earlier than expected (broke down about 12 miles out of town) but when he got to me he diagnosed the problem (correctly) and gave suggestions of different possible things I could do. He dropped me off at the repair shop and was just so kind, quick, professional and obviously had a lot of experience. I hope i never need them again but if I do break down in Temple this is the company Ill call.

After spending the weekend in Austin, my daughter was traveling back to Dallas and had a flat tire in Temple. Temple Towing responded quickly and had her back on the road in no time!

The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and the service was prompt and professional. This is the 4th different tow service I have used in this area and some are better than others. I would rate Temple Towing as the best.

We have an older fleet of trucks, so we also seem to have a break down from time to time. Sometimes we break down locally; sometimes we break down hours away. No problem. We know whom to call. We know that were going to be taking care of, whether its one of our smaller vans, or one of our bigger bobtail trucks, whether the truck is empty or whether its loaded. Temple Towing has towed our trucks for 15 years, and not a single time have we had an issue with their service.

Ive used Temple Towing for years and absolutely love this local company. Theyve done multiple tows for me and they offer services most people (probably just us women) dont know or think about. I had a flat when I went outside to leave for work one morning and there was no way I could crawl on the ground and lower the spare by myself, as its mounted underneath and the tires are huge. I called TT to come tow it to a tire shop and come to find out, they offer tire changing services! The driver showed up in under 30 mins, changed my tire in about 15-20 mins and I was off for the day. Was able to drive my spare without further hindering my work schedule the rest of the week until I could take it to the tire shop on Saturday. A few years later, I ran over a massive bolt in an intersection near my house. The tow driver came at the scheduled time and she had my car hooked up in under 10 mins and we were off to the tire shop. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and she worked very quickly and had me on my way in no time! Awesome local company!!

I can’t say enough about Danny at Temple Towing. He really saved the day. On the way to Austin, I had a tire blow out on an off ramp of 35S. It was getting late, the rim was shot and I was stranded with my husband and 2 small kids with trucks flying by just a foot away - walls on both sides. We couldn’t even walk the kids down the road to a safer location. It would be too dangerous. Danny saw us stranded and offered to help - free of charge. He towed us to a lot where we could wait for AAA. Hours later, after the towing company sent by AAA still hadn’t arrived, I called them and asked if we could use Temple Towing to get us to Austin. Twenty minutes later, Danny was back smiling and reassuring us that everything would be okay. He brought our car to the dealership in Austin for repairs and even dropped us at the hotel afterwards. It was a long, hard night but Danny was our guardian angel and he got us through it.

Accepted the tow from the autoclub when 121 towing refused, I know the only tow service I will be requesting in the future.

I lost a tire on the highway and was stranded two hours from home, my insurance roadside assistance was giving me the run around and took my money twice without having dispatched anyone out to me for hours. Finally looked up local tow companies and Temple Towing was the closest. I informed them my truck needed to be towed along with a trailer and I had four passengers, they said it was no problem and dispatched a truck promptly. Danny made it to us within a half hour and got us on our way. The best tow company I have dealt with by far

Needing a tow truck is never a fun thing but this tow truck service was the BEST. I needed a Silverado towed from Temple to Harker Heights. Only twenty minutes passed from the time I called their dispatcher to the time the tow truck driver arrived. I didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly and professional. I feel the service was very good and the price was not expensive at all. Would definitely recommend.

The only towing I use for any auto problems

They were nice and helpful. The only thing that I didnt like is the fact that they close at 4pm. It would be better if they stayed open until 5 or 6. Giving people time to get off work.

Needed a tow ASAP to get my Durango from Temple to Holland. Arrived in less than 20 minutes and moving 10 minutes later. Polite dispatcher and tow operator. To top it, only 115 bucks. Other places wanted easily double that. If I ever need another tow, no questions where Im going for help.

He was early! Never in my life has a tow truck driver showed up before the estimated time! I’ve come to expect to have to sit on the side of the road in Texas summer heat an hour or more waiting for a tow. I am very impressed and will use Temple Towing from now on.

How would I go pick up a letter from the post office or be home in the middle of the day. I gotta work to pay the storage bill right??

After our truck broke down on a trip to Temple they made sure we were takin care of as quick as possible. We were trying to make a wedding and the guy who came to get us did everything he could to help us get there as soon as we could. He also tried to help us drop the truck off somewhere so we wouldnt have to pay an additional towing fee the next day! He was great! I wish I wouldve got his name but in all the craziness I didnt. I would recommend them to anyone. They were also about $75 cheaper than other towing places we call.

My experience with temple towing was bad, they lied to my face. They told me AAA did not cover towing if you were more than 10 feet from the road, this is not true because I called and they said that they wont cover towing if they have to call for more equipment or bring extra equipment out. These people will lie to your face and screw you over, do not use them.
