Towed my RV Motorhome Class A. I was stuck at an intersection broken down. The police arrived to direct traffic and were satisfied to hear that I called Wards towing and were on their way.Driver was professional and safety conscious. He helped me get my rig going at a very reasonable price. He went the extra mile (literally) by following me a couple miles to my destination to ensure I didnt have any further issues.Highly recommend for your roadside service needs, especially big RVs!

If i could give less than one start would be great. My truck got stolen when the police found it in someones yard they called ward to pick it up. They are charging me 407$ for the tow and one day of storage. On top of that 75$ for them to bring it out of there gate because you cannot go in the gate and get it. They guy was very rude, did not want to let me look at the condition of the truck or permit me to get any possessions out of it. Very very bad people..and i do believe they are in bed with the sheriff or judge or something along those lines.

Teach your drivers, HOW TO DRIVE PLEASE. Thank you.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! My tire completely blew out on I-35 and I learned the hard way that my car didn’t come equipped with a spare (but a complete fix-a-flat kit where the spare should have been, which was very helpful on a completely gutted tire. Thanks, Chevy🙄). I was referred to Ward’s from a different towing company that was booked a few hours out. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, quoted me a very fair price to get me and my car back into Waco and had a truck sent out in no time. I’m relatively new to Texas, so I’m not great with directions and I was also realizing I didn’t know a lot about my own car. The tow truck driver was so friendly and so patient with me and made what could have been a pretty stressful situation pretty dang seamless. I hope I won’t need a wrecker anytime in the near future, but I feel much better having a reliable number to call! Thank you guys so much!

You never want to need a wrecker, but I assure you if I ever do these guys would be first on my list. Ronald was fantastic.

Called the number on line so that I could get personal belongings out of eight totaled vehicle and release the vehicle. And the man who answered the phone told me I can only do this during normal business hours. And hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and rude

So even though I had to drive all the way to Temple (which is like a little over 2 hours for me) to get my car out of the tow yard, they were very nice and explained to me everything that I needed and how much it was going to be. It was very fast...in and out, hand them the info that they needed, pay the fee, get the car and get gone lol.

Very ride. Prices and company policies vary by employee and their moods. Was quoted a price for us to pick up bike by 12 noon the next day. After 12 noon would be additional $50. On our way at 11am he informs me the $50 was already added. No apology for either homself or tje other employee lying.

Wards Towing is great. Elior showed up very quickly, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I think any reviews on here less than 5 stars are by those impounded per law or people who cant be pleased. When needing a tow, sometimes its a stressful time. Wards are the super heroes of towing. We couldnt have had a better experience. Thanks Elior, you deserve a raise. We will call Wards for our future towing.

These guys are Straight crooks. I know it must be owned by the judges or mayor of Bell county. Because they like to tow cars from private property and claim traffic violations.

Had a good experience today with these guys.Sent out to me a friendly and professional driver. Tow Rate was pretty decent, actually reasonable compared to some scam artists out there. Once the tow service was completed, the driver went out of his way to make sure i was gonna be ok. Since he towed me to the dealerships empty lot, which had no stores or hotels at a walking distance, he then took me to go get food and something to drink. I will definitely give these guys a call if i ever need a tow again.Wish more a..hole tow companies would follow their example.Thanks again guys, God Bless

You never want to need a towing company but Wards was there to help us out. From the crash scene to picking up all our belongings at the yard...Excellent Customer Service!

Mr. Ward and every member of his team has always been professional and more than willing to go beyond the call of duty on many occasions for us.... hes gone out in the rain to look at one of our trucks that was stuck in the mud... then took one of his big rigs out there, worked for what seemed like hours, and didnt charge us because he couldnt really help... our septic pump truck was buried to the frame on in an old country driveway.... (wasnt raining when we got there)....

They towed my sons Infiniti from Temple to Colleyville. Both the gentleman on the phone and the driver were courteous and answered all of my questions. When the driver was 30 minutes out he gave us a call so we could meet him at the body shop. The driver was very polite and the way he whipped that tow truck around and unloaded in such a tight space was amazing. Glad they got the call and very thankful that they were willing to go out of their service area for us. Highly recommend them.

The man (Ronald) gave me a receipt amount different than the cash amount I handed him. When I wrote on my personal fb page about my experience the owners wife called me the next morning to tell me that the same gentle men would be returning to my home to return my ten dollars that was unaccounted for on ym receipt and then before she hung up in my face told me to have a good day in the ghetto! Definitely not professional in any manner. Wont b spending anymore of my money on this ghetto place!!!!

Jack did a fantastic job! My water pump blew and he got to me quick and got me exactly where I needed to be in an super quick amount of time. If you get towed by wards ask for Jack!!

Wards towing bent over backwards to ensure we were able to get our possessions out of a wrecked rental once it had been towed (we were on a tight timeline). The gentleman was extremely courteous and professional. This is the towing company you want on your side.

The guy I spoke with was pleasant and help us get the car started, but pray I dont have to deal with them again.

Said I couldnt get my brothers truck first day waited until it cost almost $400.00 then let me. Total b.s. absolutely feel ripped off

HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I had my jeep stuck on a hill literally 5 minutes away from their shop and it took them 45 minutes to get to me. But thats not the bad part, all he did was lift my jeep up and let it roll off of the hill and still charged $75. Whatever you do DO NOT use this towing service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman arrived within the hour took my money then refused service. I a paying customer asked if it would be possible for him to tow it to Temple he said yes, gave me an $89 estimate then refused. I know that is well within his right but dont make an offer and take a cigarette break. Called Temple Towing doing it for $14 cheaper.
