Amazing customer service. They repaired our daughters car and did such a good job that I took my car there as well. Stopped in today to ask about another issue and they fixed a blinker on my spare car just to keep me safe on the road. Highly recommend!

They helped me through the logistics of what to expect from my insurance company. When you have an accident the most stressful thing is the unknown ...they let me know what I should due and how it works. They were so kind and helpful. Their customer service was spot on. I dealt with Michael personally and was impressed by his knowledge and dedication to his craftsmanship. Went up there to get a free estimate, never heard back from guy even after calling about my car twice. Poor service.

Walked in with my softest speaking voice asked a question and was met with attitude and rudeness. Gave him many opportunities to be nice and got nothing but short rude answersEdit: I was told I need to be on insurance or registration and was never told about a paper I can sign and get notorized to get it out. Also was quoted $480 to get the vehicle out that day and my sister the next day got the car out for $470.Also he was rude with short answers complaining that he told somebody the price yesterday

I was in a car accident and called Big Johns and they showed up really quickly and took great care of my car and me. I wont call anyone else and highly recommend them to everyone.

Very rude and unprofessional. They only have one tow truck and told me 30 minutes and after an hour I called then they decided to tell me they have a contact with Temple Police and got a call from them so I was put on hold. They should have explained when I payed and hired them. Instead he told me.to come get a refund and my keys and that they was denying me service with not so much as an apology but only attitude.
