Definitely the best experience I’ve had so far. Dan in the quick lane is extremely professional and helpful with everything I needed.They were all very accommodating and updated me every step of the way. I wouldn’t want anything else to happen to my vehicle but if something does I can say I would actually look forward to working with them again and have another smooth, effortless process like this one has been.

I rarely give 5 stars but Ive been A ford fanatic for years and I have worked as an ASE certified technician for a Ford dealership in the past and I must say I was given over and above treatment here at the quick lane in Temple Texas.I broke down last night on the side of the highway a long way from home. I was able to get my truck in early on Saturday morning and have them fix the problem. Not only did they fix my problems, they took care of some other issues on the truck Ive hadThey were kind, and courteous, and finished in a relatively short time.Courtesy goes a long way in my book.-JR

Love that place. They include you every step of the way, including what will be needing replacement on the next visit. And it is usually a short visit. Dont have to hang around all day getting the work done.

Marcus Thomas was professional, friendly and assuring from the very start of our long day. I was given a ride to work and picked up afterward promptly. My driver, forgot name unfortunately, was friendly, welcoming and had easy conversation during drive. The work became more extensive than previously thought, but I was kept informed of everything and it was finished by end of day. Honest and fair, and seemed to be a good working environment. I will be going back for my oil changes from now on as well.

Waiting time was a lot longer than normal with little work in the bays everything was moving really slow today so customers had to wait a lot longer not goo6for me today.

I just moved here from out of state and needed to find a Ford dealership to service my F150. Quality work, good people running around working hard. Clean facilities and fair prices.But don’t let the name “Quick Lane” fool you. There was nothing quick about it for me. I was there literally for 2 hours and 40 minutes for a basic oil change/service, and they patched a tire and then put the spare back underneath. And yes it was busy but not packed. It took my entire afternoon. I should have just made an appointment and dropped my truck off.They did order a part for me that was still under warranty free of charge.I will most likely be back but now I know how SLOW this place is. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Highly recommend service from this company. Had an oil change done and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Dan was my personal advisor, but I was helped by Shane and Vincent while waiting as well. I have sent friends there for service and will continue to do so.

Stripped or lost, all but two fasteners that held the plastic panel under the engine. I had to go with over sized sheet metal screws to repair. Oil had not been change by any one else in last 5 years.

Fast friendly service.

Had my 2014 explorer oil changed as usual at this location. First time using the new quick lane facility. It was really nice. Guys were goofing off in back as you can clearly see the bay area. Unfortunately they chipped the chrome on my glove box and didnt reinstall the tether cord on the glove box. Filled out review for call back with the dealer, SURPRISE. They never followed up. Dont trust these guys, A high school mechanic shop is more professional.

Serviced my F150 quickly

Went on a saturday . Per google hours stated open . Got there 2.15pm to find out they closed shop at 2pm. Deove there with a flat and worker outside stated he would ask if he could still service me quick. Worker never came back outside . Waited 10min and drove to Cruz tire shop in belton. Thankfully there service is available Saturday all day. Take notes Ford Quick Shop. My next vehicle might not be a Ford with a Bad service like this!
