I will say this about dealership. Please be careful when buying a car. I had the worst experience of my life and yes I did buy a warranty 36 months, and warranty company said it was damaged when I purchased the car. Asked to speak with owner of dealership and was denied. As is, was not even on the car and when I reached out to the news Channel 25, no return call at all. Sales representative was good but there is only so much they can do for you. I still have problems but working it all out myself.Be careful

Unfortunately, Timing prevented me from being able to purchase at Mac Haik. But I wanted to write a review to highlight the outstanding service I received from Adrien Cortez and Chris Waddington. Their hard work created an outstanding offer on the perfect vehicle, and when I had to turn the offer down their kindness and understanding was refreshing and appreciated. My husband and I spent seven hours at Mac Haik today while our incredible representative, Joe Lopez, did everything he could to get us into a Jeep that we love, and we had such a great afternoon and evening with Joe! Finances were tricky for us but Joe and Chris, the finance manager, took excellent care of us. They made sure we had water, snacks, coffee, you name it. We test-drove three vehicles and we are extremely happy with the one we drove home. Joe promised that he wouldn’t give up until we got to leave with a Jeep we loved, and he kept his promise! We couldn’t possibly be happier, even after spending half the day at the dealership, because the whole crew took care of us and kept us laughing all day long. We miss you already, Joe! I shared on FB as well but figured here would be seen. I knew what I wanted and called to ask if it was there, tell me how all day they offered me the LOWEST on my trade from any other dealership around and then when I went back still wouldn’t work with me and asked to pull my credit (I have excellent credit) the sales man Adrien was nice and would’ve gotten the sale if his sales manager would have negotiated quickly and thoroughly. It’s all good now though. Drove up to Nyle Maxwell and came home with what I wanted at the higher trim level with 3k over what the offered on my trade. Their loss.

I was on my way to San Antonio from DFW and noticed after getting gas that my cars oil change light was on. I came here to get my oil changed and the service was spectacular and fast. I usually pay $90 but here the oil change was $65. The gentleman Caleb was very sweet and answered my questions because this was my first time out of my city and I was stressing a bit and he made me feel comfortable! I would highly recommend anyone to come here.

Took in our used car in that we just bought. We told the service guy Kyle, that we wanted the brakes fixed and check out the transmission. We paid $150 to have the car diagnosed. He wasn’t listening to us and we had to repeat ourselves that we didn’t want anything fixed until we knew it was worth repairing. Kyle called back and said the transmission was dirty and needed flushed and the brakes needed to be fixed.There were other things that needed to be done but nothing bad enough to keep us from keeping the car. After spending $1000, I drove it off the lot and the same transmission issues were still happening.When I called Kyle back he was very defensive. I hung up on him I don’t tolerate defensive service workers.My husband called him back, he then tells us he doesn’t know if the transmission was bad or not it would have to be looked at… WE PAID for it to be looked at and give us a detail report of what it needed.Adam the manager said to bring it back and he would look at it again. We took it back only to find out the transmission is bad and it would cost an additional $5000! Had they done their job in the first place we wouldn’t have worked on thr car and known it wasn’t worth salvaging.I called the manager Adam back 2 times and he never answered my call.What a waste of money and time. Sad that’s the way they run their business.@machaik

Check engine light came on the day I bought the truck it was used and I understand that, but the code was cleared and they sold it. This truck will not pass inspection. I called the dealership and they said they would take care of it and kept it for 2 weeks. Then made excuses and said they sold it too cheap and wont stand by it. This is the 3rd truck I have bought in a 2 year period, 2 new diesels and this used hemi. It will be the last.

Kobe the service tech was friendly at 1st, waited 6 hours on day 1 no determination on what was causing my engine light to come on, had to reschedule another appointment. Had to order a new coil it arrived at 07:30, at 11:30 I went & asked the mechanic whats the status of the truck the mechanic said he was waiting for the coil, I said the coil arrived at 07:30 the mechanic was never informed. He pointed behind him & said he was working on another vehicle until the coil came in to do another diagnostic check; waited 4 hours for nothing. I went to speak with Kobe & asked him what the problem was I said I spoke with the mechanic & the didnt know anything, would you like to go ask the mechanic Kobe said yes like I was lying so I said lets go, the mechanic confirmed my story so I went to get the service manager I think his name was Allan. He was very professional & waived my diagnostic fee which was great but Kobe sucks so I dont recommend their service unless Kobe is replaced! Because Kobe thought I was lying but Kobe never even informed the mechanic.

Great place to get a oil change Just dont like that you cant make a appointment and sometimes a waiting time is a little long. They do have a courtesy shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need to go within 20 miles and pick you back up.

Im happy with my new truck but they rush you on the survey once you get out the door when they really arent really done. My tags were registered in the wrong county. I see how things really are there now that I asked them to clear that up. They spent more time trying prove to me this was my responsibility to chase down than making a little effort to reach the DMV and fix the issue. Lots of bad information given in an effort to avoid doing the right thing. Ill have to be guarded everytime I have to deal them now and thats disappointing. Shady like the others, Ringler and Garland Shelton.

This dealership is the terrible. They have had our truck after it was stolen for three months. Every time they say that it will be ready its just another delay or excuse that they had to order another part or the service guy was not in to fix it yet. We love our dodge and jeep vehicles but we will never purchase from this dealership or take our vehicles in to be service even it means driving to another town. Ask to talk to management and we are still waiting for that phone call!!!!!

Great customer service. Our insurance did not offer Mak Haik in Temple as an option for repairs, but its where we chose to take my Durango after I hit a deer. EVERY Wednesday Kristine called me with an update on my vehicle. My husband was in for the service center on a Tuesday and checked in on my car while he waited. I assumed that I wouldnt get my weekly call since he was there in person. However, like clockwork, I still got my call. I HIGHLY recommend this collision center. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to take my vehicle in. The car looks and drives amazingly. I cannot say enough positive things about the level of service.

I have a lot of good things to say about this dealership, but in the interest of time, I’ll sum up my two main points briefly:1. Purchasing my Jeep here was painless; they worked with me to make sure I got exactly the Jeep I wanted; Chris in sales was great; the agreed-upon price was honored upon delivery of the Jeep (it was a factory order); the price was reasonable and they didn’t try to tack on any dealer specials that no one asked for.2. Post-delivery service has been excellent- they’ve completed warranty work and recall work quickly and effectively. The Jeep is now in better condition than when I took delivery thanks to a clutch recall and a PCM flash, both accomplished quickly by this dealer. The service department is excellent.What more can you ask for in a dealership?I know that CDJR / FCA dealers across the country consistently score low on customer satisfaction. This one bucks the trend. Everyone should come here and buy a Jeep or a Dodge with a big ol’ V8 under the hood.Edit (May of 2021): I’m sadly moving out of the area after over two years of bringing my jeep to Mac Haik CDJR in Temple. They always took care of me through multiple recalls and TSBs. Even though the jeep hasn’t been perfect from the factory, the service team here has tried to make it right. This is the absolute WORST service department. Charles and Adam are completely incompetent with any type of follow up or follow through. I will NEVER use this service department again. They continued to call my ex-boyfriend giving him updates even though his name is nowhere on my account and refused to keep me updated on my vehicle for over a month.This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience, and unfortunately, it seems to be the common practice here.Mr. Blackburn has since reached out to me and will hopefully correct these issues in future.

Bought my car from here and immediately had problems. I have brought it here over 6 times over the past 2 years and they kept circling around with what the issue was. They will lie to keep getting your money. I probably spent almost what I bought the car for in repairs and STILL never had it fixed. I was supposed to be given a new engine when they finally admitted they sold me a lemon. And then they just kept changing what I needed to do to get it. I wish there was a lower rating.

They were suppose to perform 3 recalls. On my vehicle and only performed 2 of the 3. They blamed my vehicle for the reason their equipment would not work. As mechanic, I know my vehicle did not have the problems stated by their mechanic previous to going into their shop. I checked out problem as soon as I had arrived at home and what they said did not add up. My recall was for spontaneous air bag deployment. They sent me home with a unsafe vehicle for my family and I instead of performing that recall.

I’ll keep it short. I brought my truck in for recalls and was told that they did not have a loaner while I was without my truck. I rented a car for four days($248). I got a call from the service department that my truck was ready. I took my rental car back and Uber to the service department to pick up my truck. I drove my truck back to Killeen where I started to vacuum my interior at a car wash. I realized I was leaking fluid at a high rate so I jumped in my vehicle and started to drive back to the service department. I called on the way and let them know what was going on and Caleb tells me OK but we close at 6. I get there with two minutes to spare. The service advisor I had tends to tell me that he doesn’t smell anything or see anything out of the ordinary. I showed him pictures of the puddling and he said it was condensation. I told him my AC was off and he backed up the truck and we smelt diesel. He finally recognized that there was a problem and telling me he couldn’t “smell anything” because he wears a mask all day. The smell was very strong. I asked for something to drive because the car rental place closed at 6 also. He said he couldn’t help me. I asked if the sales department could help me. They said they couldn’t help me. Basically I was left in the service department drive after hours and told sorry about your luck. Customer service at its best right?

Radiator was leaking I called the Dodge dealer in Waco and they told me it would be 2 days b4 they diagnosed my car issues so called Mac Haik a d they told me a day so I had my car towed from Robinson to Temple and the next day around noon (not even a day later) Mac Haik was calling me telling me what was wrong. They found a few other issues I completely forgot about or did not even know about and we got all those fixed and my car back to me in a reasonable time! My only thing is it was a bit hard to get them on the phone throughout this process but they still did a damn good job and in a timely manner! THANK YOU MAC HAIK!!

Tried to rip me off to fix an issue they werent even sure what the problem was. Trying to charge me $2000 to fix what they suspected was a rocker arm issue. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they check the code and took a stethoscope to it and didnt hear any ticks that would indicate issue an issue with the rocker arm. They diagnosed it for free vs Mac Haik $145 which I was charged twice. So i basically paid them $652 to change my tire( that was a side issue that needed to be done) and waste time not actually figuring out the issue. Rocker arms for my engine are between $15-$30. How you get to $2k is beyond me. even with labor...

Seems to be an issue every time I bring my Ram in for an oil change on the master tech oil change policy I purchased, but I can have my dad bring the truck in for an oil change and there is no problem....I figure its one of two things 1 they really dont want to service vehicles that purchased the oil change package. 2 they think because Im a FEMALE I dont know any better they can get away with giving me a BS story. 🤔 It could be a combination of the 2. At any rate I will find another dealer to service my Ram. My family and I have purchased 3 vehicles from them however we will no longer be Mac Haik customers.

Awful experience with Caitlin, the buyer for the store. I had my vehicle for sale on Facebook Marketplace, and she offered me the exact pay off amount for the loan I had left on the car. Got off work 2 hours early to meet her since 6:00 wasn’t good enough, drove 30 minutes to the store, and then she lowered the offer after seeing my car “due to things I didn’t disclose” mind you this woman came onto my post, didn’t ask for any details, made an offer, and then took it away once I got to her. How about not wasting people’s time and getting all of the info you need from them before making an offer. I got way more from Carmax and wish I didn’t waste my time here. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I dropped my car off here after a minor accident (there was no damage done to the body but i was told other things had been damaged mechanically), my car was kept for 22 days then i received a call saying nothing had been done the entire time my car was there. I was told that my vehicle had been in the service center but instead it was suppose to be in the collisions center. Mind you the whole 22 days I was paying for a rental car. After my car was finally switched over to the collisions center to begin the work it needed, it was kept for an addition month. I called numerous times throughout the time my car was there to speak to a manager and was given the run around. The first 3 weeks that my car was there in service, getting no work done I called occasionally and was being updated by advisors saying that certain things had been done to my vehicle & also that it was almost ready for pick up. Ever since I have picked my car up I have been having several problems. The brakes squeak very loud, i brought it back for the issue and was told that they did not hear any squeaking so my problem was not resolved and it never squeaked before. Also when i got my vehicle back I was told that i needed a oil change & addition things done when the car was brand new and I only had it for a week. My Audio screen had bubbles in it that was not there before going into to the shop so i mentioned that and they said a new radio is ordered and that it could take up to 3 months to come in. The tire pressure light comes on every couple of hours after filling the tire up with air. When i gave them a call I was told the sensor was having problems & had been replaced but now it has been over a month so if the sensor was replaced why is it still having issues. I was given my vehicle back with supposedly brand new tires. So i’m not sure why the tire keeps going flat. It was having these issues from the day i picked up my car. so it hadn’t been driven anywhere yet to even cause new problems.Overall had a bad experience. Poor communication. Had other ongoing issues. Still waiting on things to be resolved.

After being told by another dealership that it was not possible to get what I was looking for Mac Haik stepped in and had me setup with exactly what I was looking for in no time. Collision center personnel are very unprofessional and unwelcoming, a bunch of scam artists. They never answer the phone after days of calling. My sons truck wasnt properly fixed. I do not recommend them at all.

Where do I start? We had a decent, not great, but ok enough experience at first... We went in 3 weeks ago to purchase a new truck, did so with a spray in bed liner and a remote start being added to the truck. Our sales man, Chris, said he’d order the part the day we purchased the truck and it would be in by the next week. The following Monday he called and said he could get us in to do both items on that Friday. We dropped the truck off (we live 45 mins away) and came back that night when they said it was done to find out they only did the Bed liner. Since then NO ONE to include sales managers, parts department, and service managers couldn’t tell us what the heck was going on with our truck... and couldn’t get updates from anyone either. our truck has now sat at their dealership for 11 days... GM says it’ll be done tomorrow. If it isn’t done they say they have to issue a refund because they have no idea when the part will be there. WHO DOES BUSINESS THIS WAY?! Terrible.

Lack of communication was my biggest determination when giving this rating. I dropped my truck off early Saturday and I knew it was going to take a few days to repair. My service advisor assured me he would be in contact with me by close of business.. I had also asked about a rental and he told me that I could get one and that he would let me know when I received an update on my truck. No updates were received. I returned to the dealer tight before closing not realizing that the service department closes a few hours before the show room. I spoke with the receptionist and she told me that she would get me an update and I went outside to wait. At this time 30-40 minutes had passed. I walked back inside and inquired if they had anything for me and I received a “no one came and found you?” At this point I had wasted enough of my time so I left. My truck was done a few days later and the service provided there was fine and repairs were completed.Due to the lack of communication and care on the service department side I will not be returning to them nor while I purchase a new vehicle from them.

Had a excellent experience with the service depart! We are not from the Temple area just passing through, heading to Wolfe’s Cave. When my husband’s truck had a check engine light and a service message to see a dealer popped up! We are hauling our Jeep Wrangler and had another truck and trailer following us. We just knew we were going to be out some money for what it was going to cost us to fix the truck, and not to mention the time we were about to spend at a busy dealership. Upon arrival we were greeted and got the ball rolling. The whole service team worked with us as they seen stopping here was not in our agenda. We were prepared for the worst price around 1600-2000. Our service advisor Dennis was awesome to work with us and to explain all their payment plans. Just as we were discussing our options the service manager Kris Teller told us he had a better price with a faster time to get us back on the road! They put us up in another vehicle for our whole crew to grab lunch while the worked on our truck! They had us back on our way in no time! My husband and I could not be more thankful for their service! Couldn’t ask for a more honest and humble dealership!

My check engine light came on, even though my car was driving perfectly. To be on the safe side, I took it to the dealer. An engine cylinder head needed to be replaced and was covered by warranty. They ordered the part. While the engine was apart, they suggested several routine maintenance services my car needed so I agreed for them to perform engine tune up, cooling system flush, wheel alignment, fuel injection service, and transmission service. The warranty part was back ordered. The dealer kept my car for eight weeks!! I made multiple phone calls trying to get updates or to get my car back. When I finally received my car, there was a horrible gas smell inside my car that did not go away, but got worse by the fourth time I drove my car. There was also grease on the interior drivers side door when I picked up my car. The steering wheel shook and the car pulled to the right as I drove off from the dealership. My car had never driven so badly. The service bill stated there were no warranties. I called my service advisor at this dealership and was told to bring it back. I asked for a loaner car and was told they didnt think they had any. I had already gone eight weeks without a car and no offer of a loaner. She said they could call Enterprise for me. I was not guanteed they would fix what they had messed up at their expense. Needless to say, I took my car to a trusted mechanic outside this dealership to have everything fixed so my car runs like new. I will never return to Mac Haik in Temple! We previously bought two new vehicles from them and loved the salespeople and the vehicles. We will never trust their service department again or buy more cars there.

Their staff works so well as a team and they interact with one another like they are family. Service request for my car was not logged. I called there and was told the only thing showing about my car is scratched paint. I am not sure who is running the service department in TEMPLE but apparently the employees are not doing their job. Drove from Waco to Temple for no reason. Will never recommend. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I take my jeep here on a regular basis for service. This may be the last time. The wait was tremendously long. I had a 10:30AM appointment, didnt pick up my jeep until closing which is around 5PM. If you bring your jeep in for an oil change, i would plan to drop it off and come back to pick it up later. The shuttle can be hit or miss. I waited a long time the first time I took the shuttle, and ended up walking to the shop (15 min or so walk). The last driver they had was available but seemed stressed and not very friendly. He stated to me that he didnt even get a lunch.Actually, I think Ive had only one positive experience here! The technician (Kevin Wood) was very helpful in finding the issue I was having with my jeep. He even recommended I leave it there until it was fixed due to safety reasons. Unfortunately for me, I was leaving out of town the next day and had to take an Uber to the Airport.
