Love my nails! Elle took her time with the detailed lines and did a very good job. This place was recommended to me by my coworkers. Nothing was done sloppy and she listened to what I wanted 🙂

They always do a great job with acrylics! A bit pricier, but very worth it! Staff are super nice, offer you water or a drink, and do an excellent job! My acrylics always last weeks when I go here !

Having to find a new nail salon after moving always suck. I tried two other salons before this one and the service was okay but not what I was accustomed to. I came to Estelle Nail Salon and been coming ever since. Kathy is my go to for my nails. I get the dipping powder and EVERY SINGLE time I get my nails done I get compliments on it regardless of the color! The quality is superb.

Had my nails done by Gwen and she did amazing. My nails have typically grown out with a full set of gel and within two weeks they were still going strong.

My spouse and I come here every two weeks to get pedicures. They just recently went up on their prices but it was just a few dollars but we honestly dont mind. The service is amazing! I get my nails done with the dip every two weeks by Kathy the owner and she does an amazing job every time and when I request a certain nail shape or anything she is always on it. I have been coming here since they opened and I dont regret it one bit. Kathy is very personable and pays attention to detail! I love Estelle Nail!

Nail tech named MY was too rushed, sloppy, and hurt my finger. She clearly doesnt take pride in her work since she couldnt clean my nails after applying powder. She was so messy the powder was under my fingers. She worked like her next appt was more important than her current customer.

I loved everyone that has done my nails except for gwen she was extremely rough with my nails for no reason. she didn’t put enough glue on my nails. i know this because everyone else that has done my nails even the manager of the place put way more glue then gwen did.

Did an awesome job on my daughters nails! This was her first time getting nails on and they girl upfront was very informative and helpful helping my daughter decide. Plus they have a 2 week warranty, if anything happens to them you can go back and theyll fix it.

Pedicure was well done and my technician was friendly and showed care and cleanliness in giving me a pedicure. Check in was friendly. After my pedicure, the manager told my technician that he would do my manicure--mistake. It was rushed, his work station was not clean, and he was distracted the entire time. He left during my service multiple times and did not provide the longer manicure I selected. This was my first time at this salon and I chose it based on the star rating and website--unwise. It was very crowded and not at all the peaceful and clean surroundings pitched on their website. I left a generous tip for the technician who did my pedicure--hope she at least got that.

Went in for a eyebrow wax and came out with bad wax burns. Yes they did refund my money. But that’s not the point. They brushed it off saying it happens all the time!! I’ve never had this happen to me!!

I got a pedicure and manicure, both were fantastic! David did my pedicure and made the experience so fun- plus he made my feet look amazing!I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my manicure but she did a wonderful job as well :)

I have come here a few times and the people are always nice. Today my technician was Ella, she was sweet and very good at her job. The atmosphere is nice. They are a busy shop and I understand why!

Very nice place they work with u. I had been getting my nails done since February. The lady suggested to me its me its time to take them off and redo. Im glad she did because my nails underneath were super long sensitive thin she gave him a good trim and a new start and my hands feel way better. The pedicures are the bomb

Normally, the service is amazing and I’m greeted and feel welcomed and I want to note I’ve been coming to this same place since they opened. Today I went in on a Tuesday afternoon & was told “ we do not do walk ins on busy days” granted it was a Tuesday, not a weekend. This is a establishment I use very often and for the first time was denied service not given a wait time or anything but just plain and simple no we can’t see you. I then asked for a manager and was told “ managers only work on the weekends “ which is absurd for any establishment not to have a manager or someone in a manager position to handle complaints or issues during the week.

THE WORST. I was really hoping for a good manicure since it was my first time there and I’ve heard nothing but good things.IT WAS VERY RUSHED AND THE LADY CUT MY FINGER. THERE WAS ALSO HAIR AND AIR BUBBLES IN MY GEL AND SHE DIDNT CARE. I still tipped but only to be polite! Definitely not going back!

There absolutely great They have the ability to do all the Louis Vuitton nails and everything just like I like the only bad thing is it’s hard to book a date and a time that I need given the fact that I work so much. But I guess that’s because they’re so good.

This is, by far, the best nail place in the area. They are all so kind and so thorough, they stay busy but make it work, they are clean, and they take extra care. They offer and honor a 2-week guarantee on their work. Seriously, such a good place!!

This place was way too crowded. Even by pre-Covid standards it was too crowded. The customer service was not friendly, dismissively telling me to do this and that when Id never been there before and had no idea what she was talking about. The website and the sign in front says they take walk-ins, but on the phone I was told they didnt. Yet I watched them accommodate walk-ins. I didnt get what I wanted done with my nails because between the noise and the technicians accent, we apparently werent understanding each other. I didnt stop her when I realized what she was doing because at that point I just wanted out of there. Ended up spending $25 more than anticipated because of this, but thats on me, I accept that. I dont want to dissuade anyone from going here, the quality of the work was excellent. But for a first-time customer having her first nail experience, it was off-putting enough that I wont return.

We had a great experience. It is a very nice new place! The entire staff was nice! My daughter, sister and my self all got pedicures and dip on our nails and they did a great job. It has been 2 weeks and they still look great! We will definitely go back. The pedicure chairs are very nice and they have a ton of polishes to chose from.

My daughter, mother and myself have been coming here since moving to Temple last year and the service is normally great but... I arrived for my appointment Saturday greeted the receptionist and requested my manicure be done while my feet soaked. After being seated my technician offered me a drink vanished for ten minutes came back and started my pedicure. When I stated manicure was to be done as well he smiled and nod. To make a horrible experience short...my service was to include a neck pillow it did not. One guy did my pedicure had to wait 20 minutes for another tech to do nail art asked for the Pride rainbow all dark colors selected and done by tech. At the register told the check out person and he acted like he didnt speak or understand English. My family and I will NOT be back!

I got dip powder nails and they turned out beautiful. Everyone was very nice! and offered drinks. The salon is very welcoming and clean.

Not a fan of this place. They rush everything probably because they overbook appointments. I waited 30 mins for my pedicure when I booked an appointment 3 weeks prior. Got a manicure and because the lady was in such a rush, she didnt even ask me what kind of manicure I wanted. Very disappointing for a salon who charges so much.

10 stars !! Let’s just start off by saying how completely satisfied I was from the time I walked into the door. With the greetings and the warm welcome. Never have I had a pedicure before. Craazy I know but I’m sooo glad this was the place to have my first one. Clean clean clean place great GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone laughed and joked and made you feel very comfortable. Queen did my husbands pedicure and Theresa did mines. We got the Summer Soul pedicure package which included lavender and Cucumber wrap And I also got gel polish. Amazing place and if you haven’t been you are definitely missing out! And this is a must GO ! I will be having a stand in apt every month. Congrats to these owners for have a great establishment and Great people working there.

I have been going to this place for a while now which is why it really bothers me to leave a review like this, but my past two experiences have not been the best. Today I went in and got a fresh set of acrylic nails. My lady was extremely sweet (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) but it seemed super rushed. So rushed that she in fact filed my finger open. She was very apologetic about it, which I appreciate, but I did not appreciate spending $50 to have rushed nails and a bloody finger.

I went with a friend to get a manicure and pedicure, my tech was Mai and she was the absolute best. I had a great experience the whole time.

Warning do not book appointment online. I booked online, come the day of show up 15 minutes early and my appointment was never received. The front desk was very nice but the manager needs to get it together between the program they choose to run their online booking and how it communicate to the actual person who puts the appointment onto their paper appointment book. I am very disappointed in this process.

So far my experiences have been great. Started going when the State started reopening from COVID-19 and will keep going. Guyen (not sure if I have the name right) is awesome!!

Even before the pandemic they have always upheld a level of cleanliness, promptness and quality. Since reopening Im glad th6e have kept masks a requirement for service in place. As a recovering COVID patient this makes me even more secure when receiving services there.

I went to Estelles and have been for a while. Normally I go to whoever, but Ive had Hannah a few times and she is my ABSOLUTE favorite!!! She always goes above and beyond! When she does the scrub on my legs to the hot stone massage even the regular massage!!!! I love getting my toes and nails done and she gives the best quality, but I mainly go for stress relief cause Im on my feet all day and I use my hands ALOT. Im just so grateful that Hannah is there to help my needs!!!! Thank you Hannah I will try to book ahead of time so I can just continue coming to you!!!

Went in for an ombre dip. It didnt look like the nail sample but I still like the way the color looks.

Horrible they filled my nails didnt listen to me when I said I wanted black glitter sprinkled over my nail and they refused wanted to do it with black nail polish so I stick with one color red and a hour after I left I reached in my purse and my thumb nail fell off . Will never go back two days later my other thumb nail fell off . Smh wont be going back

So I went in with a nail design of my own which I knew wasnt that hard because I had done it on my self once at home. We were there pretty late and I asked the receptionist if they could do what I wanted on my toes and she said yes. However when I got to the chair the ladies doing my nails argued with me and wouldnt have a conversation with me about any options. . Finally I gave up and the lady doing my nailsdidnt even do the colors I wanted. I wanted pink and blue but she game pink and gold. I paid and left. Less Then A Week Later... the pink had completely disappeared and the gold left my nails looking ugly and faded. Very dissatisfied and wont ever be coming back

I’m really not one to leave a bad review but I just want to share my experience for the next girl!10/10 wouldn’t go back. This was my first time getting a dip manicure so I didn’t know what to expect, but after talking to a few ladies they confirmed this wasn’t right. At least half of my cuticles were left red and cut from the sander. She didn’t soak my nails to clear the skin and cuticles first, I had to ask her to and then she did it dry which didn’t feel the greatest, and they look the same as before I came in. The tech was kind and sweet but it felt very rushed and not like a “spa” whatsoever. One of my nails isn’t fully glossy so i’m not even sure what was messed up with that. And finally, I assume this wasn’t normal, but i was left was all the dip powder and sticky polish stuck under my nails when I left.

My nails are already starting to pull off, it looks like I already need a fill (I even pushed my cuticles down before my appointment but I don’t think the tech applied the acrylic close enough to my nail bed) and the polish is starting the chip off. It’s only been 8 days since I paid almost $60 for them. I’m going to have to remove them so water doesn’t get caught underneath them. I’m super disappointed

This place is very clean and follows the CDC guidelines very strictly. So make sure to bring a mask. I did feel that the pedicure was rushed and they were very busy. I suggest making an appointment.

Wax burns really bad and they claim it happens all the time. SMH. Yes they refunded my money but that’s not the point. They need to look into why this happened.

We made appts for nails and pedicures which the work was poor than when it was time for our pedicures they told us we didn’t have a time to get them done while paying we made a appt for pedicures elsewhere even though I know I made the appointments It looked like they overbooked themselves and we’re having to cut people because they all showed up

My experience started out weird, but ended wonderfully. It was very packed and the most unpleasant part was peoples kids running around making messes the busy staff could hardly keep up with. Love my nails, though!!! They far exceeded my expectations. 😍

Nails turned out okay, but i had to come back to have them finish my nails because they forgot some steps that i noticed after i left. It was really annoying and the lady that did them was not gentle and rushed through it.

My wifes French manicure with gel coating started chipping off in 2 days and now its been 10 days and looks so bad she had to remove yesterday.

My nail technician Ella is remarkable. She’s always upfront about pricing and the work being performed before we get started. She always makes sure I have a drink and some good conversation. On top of that I love her work she does. Every place has some good and bad technicians but I was happy with the recommendation for her!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now I’ve had good experiences with ken also victor they do amazing work also John who does my pedicures that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars and bad experiences due to over booking sending me away multiples times also speaking in there language trying to make up lies on why they couldn’t do my nails when I had a scheduled appointment! . Every time the owners are there the staff is super friendly and welcoming but everytime the owners are gone it’s like they don’t know what there doing the nail techs become very lazy and rude don’t wanna do my nails because they said they can’t “live up to my standards” how is that when you specialize in acrylic I tip very good I always try to refer people because I get so many compliments on the work they do but lately this hasn’t been a good experience for me .

I took my coworker friend here that never has had a pedicure. Based on ratings and location. I chose this place. Really disappointed. They didnt really do anything with my callouses. My friend was done like 30 minutes before me and I have nail polish all over my toes. Im not a picky person but I honestly felt bad suggesting this place to my friend.

My experience at Estelle Nail Spa was phenomenal, definitely a five star spa. I scheduled an appointment online and to my surprise, it was quick and so easy! The service was amazing! All the technicians were very professional in all aspects. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. I would give the spa a five out of five on the environment. Also, the quality of the nails was incredible. Tons of color options and styles to pick from! Choosing a fairly difficult style, the gold sparkly acrylics, I was nervous on how real they would look and how flush to my nails they were! They ended up better than I expected and from now on will come here all the time!! I would give them a quality rating of five out of five stars. Lastly, the price for the nails was at a reasonable amount. Highly recommend going to Estelle Nail Spa for all your beauty needs.

I had a bad experience unfortunately. I had someone who obviously was new. It took her two hours for dipping powderFull set. And once I though I was finally finished she put top coat on my nails and put me under the nail dryer it clearly was the wrong polish for dipping powder my nails were sticky because they didnt adhere to this material. I had to have another technician take all that off and re polish them with the right polish for dipping powder. I was so exhausted 😩 I wont return here after that experience.

A little disappointed and sad to be leaving a review like this ! This has been my go-to spot for years. I used to use max and holly (both extremely great perfectionists!) and they both seem to not be there anymore. The time before last I used Ella, She was mediocre at best. The nails did last but the shape was awful and a little thick and her attitude was rude when I asked for the shape to be different. Last time I got Vanny and my nails started lifting in the first few days and I was able to pop them all off by day 8 and there was fungus under 6 of my nails (will add pictures) this has never happened in my whole life of getting nails. My guess is vanny did not sanitize the drill because she did just put me down right after she took the last person Out. Very disappointed and now with ugly green nails. They last handful of times hasnt been the greatest but not as bad as with past time with Vanny. I probably wont be back this salon has gone down hill recently

First experience with Victor was awesome. Nails turned out great and no surprises when I went to pay. Was charged exactly what was told price would be. Second visit for fill was awful. Was told my fill would be $35. Verified price when I got my nails done as well as when I made my appointment. To my surprise though I was charged $50. Didn’t ask for nail color change or anything different. No justification in charge. Asked to speak to owner. He didn’t honor price I was told. Why would anyone pay more for a fill than paid for fresh set of nails. Owner offered me $5.00 off but I won’t be back!!!

Can’t sing enough praises about this place!! Almost want to keep it a secret. ;)My and Kevin are absolutely amazing and do beautiful work. Kevin did my engagement nails, and he has such a delicate touch when applying acrylics. Typically the next day my nails are very sore and painful. I had absolutely no soreness the next day! My made sure my nails were beautiful and shaped perfectly for my wedding photos. I was somewhat unsure of my color pairing but she told me that the main color was one of their most popular colors and that it would match with many different things!! As long as I live in the Temple area I will only be using Estelle! The rewards program and student discount are great.

I have been coming here for over a year. Even during the pandemic, when they were able to open, they opened safely and made us feel so secure. They make great recommendations and are fairly priced.

Although I couldn’t understand my nail tech I was very satisfied with my nails. Had an amazing pedicure! Very new to the area. I’ll definitely be back.

Visited this nail spa for the first time since moving to the area. I would ask people around the city who did their nice nails. Each time they would tell me Estelle Nails. I must say my initial experience was great! Nice and friendly professional staff and my nails were done how I like them by the 1st nail tech, which is why I gave the 3 star rating. However, this nail salon does not prep the nails in terms of using primer to keep the nails from lifting. My nails started lifting the next day. I returned the next day and another nail tech did them. I asked numerous times before sitting again to have them redone if they use nail primer, which is very important in the nail prepping process to prevent lifting. No one really answered my question so the 2nd nail tech assured me he would do them so that they did not lift. Well, he also did not use primer but assured me they would not lift because he would prep them so that lifting wouldnt happen. Well, guess what??? They lifted again within 2 days; this time worse than the first. Ive decided that I would not be returning, even if offered to return to fix because there is no point in going back when it is clear they do not use primer during the nail prepping process. Ive been getting my nails done for close to 25 years and Ive never visited a nail salon that skips the priming process before installing any type of nail set. Maybe its because they want their customers to return more frequently, I dont know, but I will not waste my money for any service that will have me returning sooner than I should.

My first time here and I loved it. The nail techs didnt pressure me to talk about my personal life, so that was a plus. The service was great! She explained everything she was going to do and when the tech needed to switch she told me, while introducing the next tech. I appreciated that! Ive had nail techs at other salons just get up and send someone else in the middle of doing my nails because their appointment came in. Said nothing to me, just got up and left. So, when she needed to switch out and told me so, went along way with me! I definitely will be going back!

Went to get a pedicure for the first time since this whole pandemic started and being 8 1/2 months pregnant I was a little scared to go out. I was very impressed at the safety precautions and health measures that they are doing here! 10/10 for sure. Highly recommend this place

Went here for a pedicure. The prices are a tad steep but still within industry standard. I paid $25 for a basic pedicure which included a $10 foot massage. The staff was friendly and they had a good selection of colors. So far, my pedicure has lasted with no chips or flaking and my nails are growing healthy!

1st time ever doing my nails. When I walked in the receptionist was really nice and showed me where i could choose the colors specifically for dip powder. Then after choosing a design an employee nicely explained that it would be cheaper to do acrylic but i chose to keep dip powder but changed the design to an ombre. The technician named My did an amazing job. Not only did she do my nails she also did my eyebrows that also turned out great. Considering this was my first time ever going to a nail salon I would definitely recommend going here if youre unsure on where to go. You definitely get your moneys worth.

I dont get my nails done often. When I got there they asked me if I wanted to get them dipped. I told him know I just wanted acrylic. They asked me about two more times. I kept telling them no. When I got them done she stared dipping them. Smh. When it was time to pay... Way more than I expected. Disappointed on that part. Service was fast tho.

Estelle Nail Spa is the best salon in the area, hands down! All of the techs are very efficient, considerate, and professional. Ive never seen a more clean and orderly salon. You should give it a try, you will not regret it!

THEY HAVE A REWARDS SYSTEM!!! I’ve been getting my nails done constantly for years and never came across a salon that has rewards. I’ve received discounts for my nails and if your nail chips or breaks within two weeks of your appointment they will fix it for free! The salon is beautiful inside and the nail techs have done excellent work on my nails. No complaints at all!

Didn’t like the service

The first couple of times that I got my nails done, I had no complaints, the customer service was very nice and welcoming that I was bring family members in so they can experience the great service. During one of the times that I was in there (a day before Easter) I wanted my nails dipped in two certain colors, when the technician didnt understand what I was saying, she turned to a male technician next to her, and said something chinese and the male technician said I hate when customers say base of the nail. So I turned to him and asked how would you explain it? He didnt answer my question but I thought it that rude on his part. Second incident, I went in for a fill and the technician that did my nails so narrow that you could see my real nails edges, when I brought it up to the girls in the front they said I couldnt get them redone. Third and final incident is when My daughter went to get her nails done and I told my daughter to get acrylic. After she got them done I asked if she got acrylic nails, which she told me no because they didnt have the color she wanted in polish, so they forced her to get dipped. When I brought that up to the girls in the front, all they offered was $5 dollars off. After my daughter got her nails done, I havent been back since and I stopped recommending people to this nail salon.

What a great find! Took clients there for pedicures and we all loved it! I dont know if my feet have ever been so pampered or felt so great! Excellent customer service, well definitely be back next month!

They always do an incredible job, which is why I have been going back for over two years now. Ella is my favorite, she is great! The only complaint I have is the past couple of times I’ve had appointments set, I’ve either had to wait at least 20 minutes (after the set time) or haven’t been able to see who I requested to have for the appointment.

Great place! Two of my colleagues recommended the salon. My daughter and I loved our pedicures and gel nail polish finish! We got the Honey and Milk pedicure which included their hot stones massage, feet dipped in wax etc. This was a nice treat for us. We will definitely go back.

Customer service here in the evening is completely different from in the early afternoon. I came here with my mom and sister, wanting to treat them to an early Mothers Day gift. They started on my sister as my mom and I just watched for nearly an hour. They never offered us a beverage. My mom and I waited an hour for them to start on me. A few more minutes passed when they finally noticed how irritated my mom was. She had waited long enough. Nobody asked how we were doing or even told us how much longer it would be for my mom. The girl in the front said that they took a while because they had to get to all of their appointments first and that my mom would be next but the two ladies after that got seen before her. The manager never apologized. This is absolutely ridiculous. We will definitely not be returning.

Prices are great and the staff is very professional. Hannah is my go to technician and her work is fenominal. Their pedicures are so relaxing you feel as if youre in a spa. Definitely worth a visit.
