I have never had dipped nails before, they turned out beautifully, I now have a standing appointment, friendly, and clean

Dip nails cracked after 3 days and they blame me. It’s very painful too and was not in a mood to be blamed.First I was told dipped nails are strong and more natural, now the woman wants to talk about me amongst other customers while I’m listening, that solar are better.Very rude and unprofessional!I came from Killeen, I called, still had to wait 40 minutes for someone to help.

Today was my first time here (1 June 2020) and William did an amazing job!! And I am extremely pickyyy.

I went here for a refill after having to pay $50 at other places in the area for a simple clear acrylic refill. The gentleman was older and very quiet, but polite. He did a really good job with my nails. Not cuts when filing down. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And the best part was they charged $20. I live 30 minutes away from the Temple area, but I may be willing to do the drive since their service is good and reasonably priced.

Very highly recommended!!!! Price is very good. For $40 pedicure, we got an hour of different treatments. The foot and leg massages were amazing!!! My feet and legs feel so relaxed

I got a manicure and gel nails done. Great service in the salon but the nails themselves started pealing after 3 or 4 days. I won’t be going back

I called and asked if they could fit in three for nail they said 20 mins thier work was great and plenty of seating.

Been going here for years went today the lady didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my finger nails cut down. She acted dumb and I was about to cry. My nails are round she cut them straight. Never go there again. April 22, 2021

Wonderful experience! Clean shop with talented nail technicians. Highly suggest to make an appointment because they are super busy.

Scheduled appointment just to wait over 2 hrs.

I went there to get dip polish, while their color selection was great, they were slow it took an hour and a half for them to finish my nails.When finished I noticed my nails were also cut unevenly and had very sharp edges instead of rounded edges.

The service was really good. I called last minute and they fit me in. I had Bob for my pedicure and he was fantastic. He took his time and was very detailed oriented. I will definitely be returning.

Made an appointment arrived and place was packed. No where to sit and all techs busy. Don’t make appointments if you clearly do not honor them.

This place is clean and everyone is very nice. William does amazing work with pedicures and manicures. It does tend to get busy at times so appointment is best but walk ins are still welcome.

Skill sets vary. Staff is not pleasant. Smile, be courteous, lose the tudes. Tammy learn to treat children with kindness and respect. My 9 yr old niece gave you more respect than you gave her. You werent doing her a favor, we paid for a service, minus the snarky comments. You were a perfect lesson on how not to treat people. So, for that reason only, money well spent.

They were so nice and attentive. Two of them worked with on me at once and they both did an amazing job. I got regular polish but I swear they look like gel. Definitely will be back all the way from Austin.

-1 STAR!!! Worst ever. Went in less than a week ago and got my nails done how I ALWAYS get them (long) and it ended up breaking a couple days later. they are way too thin. So I just left the shop to see what they can do and she blames ME for the guy taking too long on my nails. I told her that I wanted my money back and she said “well we’re not giving your money back because he spent a lot of time on your nails” NOT my fault. He should know what he’s doing and they shouldn’t blame the customer. I spent $60 for what? For a set of nails that didn’t last more than a couple days? WAY too thin and for someone to blame me for my nails being too thin. I have NEVER had any issues with long nails before. They have never broken this easily. I’ll go to someone that actually knows what they are doing. NEVER going back.

Had a great experience! Went the day before Easter and everywhere else was packed or said they couldnt do the nails I wanted done. LA Nails immediate gave me and my bf a chair (he got pedicure). I showed a picture of the ombre nails I wanted and they came out exactly the same, if not better! Bf had a great experience with his pedi as well . I would highly recommend William and definitely will be going back!

Nail techs were okay I guess, they were all quiet, no one talked, and the lady that did my toes told me to stay seated in my chair to dry my toes with some kind of spray instead of putting them under an actual toe nail dryer smh....its clean, friendly, but odd place to be around...and the techs take a long time constantly cutting down cuticles for nearly an hour and getting out two hours really sleepy ugh

They do a good job but no matter if you walk in or make an appointment they take forever to get to you. I will see people come in after me and get seen before me because they made an appointment and so I tried making an appointment (a week in advance) and it still took over 30 minutes for me to get helpped.. I love the work they do but its inconsiderate to schedual an appointment and still have to wait a long time.

The person who did my nails was rude. She wouldnt do the design I wanted. I showed her a photo and she said no. Instead of asking for me to switch hands she kept slapping them away. Wouldnt talk to me or even smile. Fairly disappointed.

I am a retired nail tech, and therefore I am a hard person to please. They have done a great job, and I highly recommend them.

Did not do a very good job and way too expensive for a refill and two nails fixed, $45.00. I PAY LESS THAN THAT FOR A FULL SET, WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

DO NOT GO HERE! the woman who was doing my nails today kept trying to find ingrown toenails that were not there. I felt like the entire time I was getting my nails done she was looking for what to cut and pull next. I asked her to stop many times but she continued. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Went in to get my nails and toes done, the lady was such in a rush, didnt even paint my toe nails all the way nor did she cut them, she was such in a rush to do another ladys toenails, which the ladys toenails she was doing got up and left because she was rushing on hers also, to do my fingernails. Which I did not like at all, my naila were super thick and werent even the same size as my nail and then she didnt even finish painting my nails she made me go put them under the dryer and had the guy that runs them all like slaves to come put the second coat on my glitter and the clear coat. ohhhh and at first he was putting a clear coat that had pink in it, my nails were white I told him it was making them a diffrent color he tells me itll dry clear but then gets up and goes to get a diffrent clear but doesnt fix the two nails he makes pink and thennnnnnn he wasnt even painting the clear right you could see where he put the clear like he didnt get the top of nail I was so mad and in a rush so I asked him if there were anyway I could get them half off bc I didnt like them he told me no that I had to pay for them and I told him no that I wasnt and he threatened to call the cops so I asked if they could just take them off, he said yeah but when I sat down all the lady did was clip them, and I was like so yall arent going to them off and the guys comes over and shows me the price of how much it was to get them off and oh dont forget I have all the employees there arguing with me telling me theyre pretty and that I just didnt want too pay. Money hungry ass people soooo rude never will I go back &&& I do not recommend!!

The manager did my nails. He was both rude and rough ..my nails were actually sore when i got home . the fill did not even cover the entire nail ..they wony be seeing me again ..the only reason i went there was because my regular girl at Expert nails was booked .

Worst experience. There was a young heavy set guy doing my friends nails. He was very rude, obnoxious,had a smart mouth. The owner could hear him and did not say any thing to stop him. I will never go back!
