Please do not get your lashes done here. I came here twice for lash extensions. The girl is not a certified lash tech and I suffered multiple issues with my lashes after they were done. She glued multiple lashes together and they would twist and turn sideways. This irritated my eyes and the lids and my eyelids began to become infected. Tbey would fall out in sections leaving patchy bald spots after one week of the application. It took a lash tech at a different salon 2 hours to safely remove them for me and thankfully was able to save my natural lashes. Also she got the glue in my hair and did not even offer to remove it for me, I had to cut my hair to get it out. Very disappointed and best decision I made was NOT to come back.

I have had previous good experiences here, but today I came in to get a set done, and there was only one nail tech doing manicures and sets. She didn’t warn me that there would be a wait just asked what I wanted to get done. Then I had to leave because I waited for 40 minutes for her to finish this girl’s set in front of me. Meanwhile there was more than five or six employees in the back doing pedicures and when they finished they did not come up and assist or help with manicures or sets. It’s ridiculous that you only have one employee doing manicures and making people wait for over 30 minutes when there’s employees in the back who just finished pedicures.

I have been a nail biter for most of my life, stopped a year ago and have been to visit Tim at Nail Spa Allure 3 times the past few months. He is very professional, personable and detailed. The products used in this salon are durable and my gel manicures last weeks past my friends’ who go elsewhere! I am not easy on them either. I’d recommend Nail Spa Allure to anyone!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I had a pretty horrible nail when I came in and explained how sensitive it was to Lyna. She was super careful the whole time, asking me if I felt okay or if it hurt too much. Just constant communication. She was extremely understanding and tried her best to make sure I had a wonderful experience. She even hand painted a design on my nails and it turned out better than I had ever expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nice wonderful people. Went well above to ensure I was happy in my service. Small things like offering a beverage, double checking the nail polish color. Making sure Im happy with choice and color by asking me after applying if its the color I still wanted. Also engaging/ with daughter and I. It made us feel completely comfortable. I went with my 9 y/o brother to get pedicures for his last day of school with no appointment. This was the days leading up to high school graduation so I didn’t expect to get in that day but the both of us were seen quickly and taken good care of by the technicians. The value is always great, the shop is clean, and anyone I see getting their nails done there is a regular who is loyal to this business.

They were prompt in their service. It was very busy but I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. My pedicure was done with care and I got everything in the package I paid for. The prices are in line with other places. The employees seemed happy and were friendly. My feet look and feel wonderful!!

Do NOT get waxed here. Please see my picture.. this is from a lip wax.. she went over the area 2x for absolutely no reason. The strip they use to remove the hair is like paper. Its painful. Im not a mean person and I dont like to be negative but cmon.The pedicure was okay. Manicure was rushed. I had bits of gel from a previous manicure on, and its still there. No clear polish was applied.

I went to get a pedicure it turned out fine but when she did my nails she didnt even soak my nails to take all the polish off and then she used the drill underneath them and one of my nails bleed that it hurt and then she put some clear polish stuff underneath it so I couldnt wash it out to clean the wound. This is unacceptable and I wont be going back 😔 I liked this place at one time.

I went there for the first time ever and I was wowed by how amazing my nails turned out. I got Jenny as my nail tech and she took her time doing my nails and made sure everything was absolutely perfect... probably one of the best acrylic sets I’ve ever gotten! Will absolutely be going back!

They use to provide excellent service. I pay too much for sloppy and shity service, employees are constantly on their mobile phone while working on their customers nails. It’s always crowded, nowhere to sit etc

Love my nails. Super fast service. Very friendly staff. Understanding of what I want. Didnt experience any pain or being rushed. This is my 4th visit and I have had 4 different nail techs. Everyone is pretty talented here.

Hi, would like to say maybe you shouldPut the names of the techs under the pictures so we know who does the work good & therefore make an appt with that person because so far I only got what I wanted once and I’ve been at this location 3 times already.It’s hard to find someone who does the shape good.I like going with Noah but he’s barely at this location

I have been to this salon several times and never experienced this before today. I was charged for the service but as the transaction was being completed the machine went offline. The lady that did my nails said there was no receipt and assumed the transaction did not go through. I showed her from my bank account my card was charged but she was not convinced. She tells me that she can either run my card again or take a picture of my card in case it was not charged. I told her no to both options and she seemed surprised. At this time, the manager and another staff come over to assist and the male staff asked if the pending charge was from another Spa Allure and asked the address!! A third staff comes over after the manager grabs her to call the manufacturer of the machine and verifies indeed my card was chargedWhile on the phone they gave her step by step on how to get the receipt and it was printed no problem. The lady who did my nails, the manager and the male staff all walk away with no apology! The lady who called the manufacturer apologized and thanked me for my patience. The manager comes back and speaks her language and makes sure I had a receipt! I have never experienced this before and was treated poorly. I have been here several times and always pay with tip. Today though they assumed I was trying to get out of paying for my service and its just not right.

Very nice nail salon. The staff is friendly. The wait time is a bit much but I did go on a Saturday morning and a birthday party was there lol. Definitely my new home for pedicures! Love how my feet looked and felt when I left and pricing isnt bad either.

I went and got ny nails done yesterday, but did not like the design, so I went back in first thing this morning and explained this to them. They did the design change and did not charge me, which was greatly appreciated!!!

I took my daughter and her friend here tonight and we had a great time. We got pedicures and our nails done with dip. They did exactly what we asked. The price was pretty normal. They did get a little crazy with the drill but other then that it was great. We had a appointment and they were right on time.

I really wanted to like Allure! But my toes look better when I paint my own nails. Smudges, bits of polish on my skin, spots missed.I got dip nails & had similar issues. The edges are not smooth, my nails are bumpy, & I left with dip all over my hands. I had to come home and clean up my edges myself with acetone and an orange stick.It’s not enough that I’d go back in and complain, just not what I expect when I get my nails professionally done. The nail tech taking care of the lady next to me did amazing work on her, so maybe I just had bad luck today.

Decided to try this place because my usual place cancelled on me. David was so nice and did an amazing job on my feet. I will most definitely be coming back and the price was great

Tim was my tech. I appreciate how he kept my appt time, MY appt time. I came in for my appt and Tim had just completed his last customer.I was able to sit right down in his chair. He also did my daughters nails on a whim. The service was quality yet efficient with the service lasting and 1hr and 10 mins. Toe nail painting was also included in this service. So I appreciate him for keeping our slotted time and taking care of me and my daughters nails.

First time here and I loved my experience. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. The lady named Be did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I had requested to have her help me with my ingrown toenails and she knew exactly what to do. Her massage felt amazing! I will be back.

Somebody did my nails and it didn’t turn out what I was expecting. I showed her the picture of what I wanted still.. no attention paid. The person treated me like nuisance. The person could not focus on doing their job properly instead they were focused in their phone.. awful experience.. never gonna come back. I think I will tell my friends about it too.

LOVED IT!! Took my Mother in for her 84th Birthday to get a Full Set of Nails, Pedicure, and her eyebrows arched. She hasnt been in a spa in 23 yrs. Tina did an AWESOME job on her feet and brows and Tim did an Awesome job on her nails. She was so Happy when she left and she was showing everyone that would look. They did a wonderful job! staff was nice and friendly, they even have pedi chairs for the little ones. they did a fantastic job taking care of my four year old little toes!

So I really enjoyed my experience here, and my nails looked good and tech was very nice. However, my dip nails started cracking and chipping after 1 week of being on, which I have literally never had happen before! They usually are on for 3-4 weeks and they still are never chipped I just get them taken off bc of how grown out they are. Not sure if this a fluke or not but disappointed they didnt last longer than old school polish

The Technician dropped the instrument on the floor and began to use the instrument on my feet to perform my pedicure. I had to ask her to get a clean instrument.

This was my time going, the place was nice, a little cramped, a nice place to get basic nails done. If youre looking to get any Pinterest type of nails be ready to be outrageously over charged. My service was subpar I felt this was because im a teenager and they think I dont know any better. I really wanted to like this place but Ive been let down.

I had been looking for a new place to get a pedicure from. A friend of mine told me about this place. I had been to all the others and the came up short for one reason or another. I was walk in and got seated right away. I was given several options on what kind of pedicure I wanted. I was even asked if I wanted a drink. I wS thoroughly pleased about the service and the time spent on my feet. I have no complaints and will be visiting again

I’ve been here about 3 times the first two times were great no issues my nails looked amazing but the third time i went it was awful. I went in for a refill on my acrylic nails which they paint in gel the gel chipped the next day after I just got them done. So I go back to get them fixed and the employees send me back to the same person who messed them up the first time. I’ve had gel nails so many times in my lifetime and not once has it ever chipped. I’m not sure if it was the polish I chose or the nail tech but I’m never coming back. Also during this two weeks I’ve had these nails they have started to chip even more.

Very unprofessional place, my mother and my sister and I went to go get a Manis and Pedis, We made an appointment for 530 so we wouldn’t have to wait, I waited 40 minutes before I got my nails done. And the man who did my nails was so rough he made three of my nails bleed, chipped one nail and didnt fix it, he just walked away after i looked at my nails after they dried. There is no communication whatsoever. They took walk ins before us when we made an appointment. I only got a Mani and my Mother and sister could only get a pedi because we had already een there For almost 2 hours and nobody would even say anything to us they would just walk away and we would just wait. I will never go back here again, very poor service

If you call to make an appointment and have it confirmed, they still require you to wait once you arrive. Wait time is unpredictable which is unfortunate because that is exactly why one sets an appointment. I’ve witnessed this with at least 2 other customers aside from myself. Due to lack of customer service at times, I’ve also witnessed very upset clients when I go which is conflicting because most of the staff is relatively friendly. I believe they lack some professionalism when it comes to resolving conflicts with customers. Pedicures here are neat and very clean, never experienced an issue there. They are very relaxing and do wonderful with massage! Time in between mani’s and pedi are often lengthy. Manicures are ok 75% of the time, nail techs varying. Cuticle treatment and removing excess product from underneath nails could be better.

I went in today with my mom and daughter and we all had a great experience! My daughter had a fun Halloween manicure done and all three of us got pedicures. The staff was friendly and really made sure we were getting what we wanted. We will be making this our go to spot for sure!

I went here today for a very basic acrylic nail set and ended with a TERRIBLE result. It looks nothing like the picture and anytime I tried to talk to the lady she had a terrible attitude. I used to go here frequently before covid but I will never be returning.

I went last month to get a pedicure. It was the first time in years since I had a professional one done. I feel like the guy rushed it. Not only that, but I ended up getting a nail fungus that I did not have when I went. At first I thought the Polish had stained my toe, but realized my nail looked funny, so I went to the doctor and sure enough...it is a nail fungus. Never again.

There were a couple of mistakes but T corrected it quickly and politely. I highly recommend this salon. Everyone friendly and polite. My nails look great!

Worst pedicure and dip ever. They didnt practice social distancing. They didnt wipedown anything in between clients. They were rushed and did missed the whole sides of my nails. My dip is two different shades because she didnt do enough on the other hand. Well never go back there.

I HATE the owner of this shop. She *requires* a face mask because she said it is state law to wear one. WRONG, but whatever. So she gives me a face mask. After my nails are done, I go to pay and there is a $1 mask charge for the mask she gave me. Are you #%^]ing kidding me? No mention of cost when the mask was given to me. Completely dishonest.

My (pregnant) daughter and I got there kind of late but it was the closest to her house. It was to be a treat for her before she was to have her baby. They got us in quickly. The lady that did my daughters pedicure took special care with her and it looked wonderful.The lady I got didnt seem all that thrilled to be there. She cut my cuticles on two different toes and they bled. When she did the nail polish it wasnt even. This trip was more for my daughter than me..so I am giving 4 stars since my daughter was treated so well.

Today was my first time getting my nails done here and it was wonderful! They were fast to get me in to a chair and the guy who did my pedicure almost put me to sleep it was so nice. Also very inexpensive! The only negative I saw was it didnt look like they had a lot of nail polish colors so may need to bring your own if your looking for something in particular. Over all very nice small quiet place and will be going again!

It’s busy but efficient

As a senior mail with back problems I need to have my toe nails trimmed every three to four weeks. My first visit I had to return and have big toe redone because it was not done right and was poking me and tender. I went today and the were pretty busy but I said I would come back later. When I returned they ignored me even waiting on someone who came in after me. Finally I got a quickie trim that took five minutes. Very poor quality and even sanded the top of my ones to were three toes were bleeding. I’m 71 and have never been in a service business where they totally acted like they were doing me a favor,Adding insult to real injury they charged me three dollars more! When made mention that they were over charging me the owner/manger insisted that was always the price. Obviously I would never recommend this place when there a other places that are more professional and better trained..1/10/20Poppie
