Waited an hour to be started on even though I made an appointment, my nails came out horrible, clunky and my pinky nail was bleeding. I asked for a discount and I was instantly given a attitude when I asked for the manager he was extremely rude and only offered me $5 off. I refused to pay $45 for these very ugly nails that look nothing like the picture I showed him. He refused to go any lower and threatened to call the police on me so I left without paying. One of the employees chased me outside and took pictures of the car I left in. She proceeded to send me confidential information and threaten me over text until I came back to pay. The police were contacted.

Ive been here before, but a long time ago. Its a clean facility and they are friendly. The gentleman that did my nails was named Michael. He took care not to cut my cuticles while using the drill. Also his English was decent which is a plus since you want to make sure the tech understands what youre requesting. Ill definitely come back. I always get glitter tips. He did a good job.

The man that did my nails, did not care at all, he rushed complained that it took an hour to do nails and it was only the French dip, every time I told him that there is something he needs to fix he kept saying ok but he didn’t care nails came out way to thick clumpy uneven. And now I member why I stopped coming here for my nails ! I was just wanting something nice and clean for my family’s funeral and now 40 dollars gone to waste never never never COMING BACK AGAIN NEVER! They need better people if they don’t like taking the time to do nails which is the job they signed up for then they need to find something else to do for a living

This is the BEYOND THE WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to I got my nails done by the Male owner 2 times In a row where he soaked my previous set off and re-did my nails how I asked ! However the 3rd set I received was for One not what o asked for for Number Two this set was rushed !!!! I wore this set for about a month ! At this time I had no problems accept for minor soreness on my nails ( which is normal when you don’t let your nails breath after each new set ) my problem came when it came time for me to remove my nails ! I then noticed that the False acrylic nail was glued firmly down on the skin part of my fingers . I soaked my nails in 100%acetone for about an Hour to and hour and a half and still nothing . I then clipped the nails to as short as I could so I wouldn’t continue to hit them on things because it hurt so bad !!! After about a month of trying to remove whatever this was on my finger nails I then tried to return to Diamond nail spa where I tried to speak to the owner about this problem . At first he said that he could not do anything for me then he comes back to tell me he can help me in “ 10 days “ !! Keep in mind I had already been dealing with this for going on a month now !! After trying to at least get this manager to soak my nails (even though i had already done so about 3 times in acetone ) the temple police department ended up getting called because there was no way I was walking away like this ! My fingers were purple to the point I thought I was going to lose the tip of my finger . Here we are 3 months later and my fingers are just now healing up and still occur a horrible pain if I hit them on something!!! Do not go here lady’s !!!! I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Was told the wait would be 20 minutes, ended up being an hour and a half. Employees were just chatting with each other and rarely acknowledged the other people waiting. All I needed was a polish change and it ended up being horrible. Polish had bubbles in it and they didn’t even put the top coat on correctly, it doesn’t cover the whole nail. Will not be returning. Estelle is much better.

My daughter-in-law brought me here with her mom a little over a month ago after I had a bad experience at a nail spa in my town. It was such a good experience for the 3 of us at Diamond Spa Bar. We had an appointment and they seated us together. Margaritas, wine, and water were offered and we all had a margarita which was super fun.My technician did a beautiful job on my poor pandemic feet that were badly in need of attention even after I had the one spa experience where they did not do a good job. She was friendly and asked questions and checked with me every step of the way to see if I was happy. I wish I had gotten her name! She took such care and attention with a damaged nail that never looks nice that I tipped $15 because she went above and beyond to tend to it.We all went back a second time last week, and this time had an appointment for 5 of us as two more family members joined us. Again, they sat us all together, and offered us drinks plus refills. Even though our techs couldnt all start at the same time, we still enjoyed our experience. I looked for my previous tech but didnt see her. I will continue to go here and look for her and learn her name. This second tech also did a very nice job and I told her so and tipped well.The spa is clean and all techs were using PPE and had partitions between tech and client in the manicure area.I may look into getting lash extensions and this will be my go-to nail spa!

I would never go to this place again, I had an appointment with LIZ which I had scheduled days in advance. So I get to my appointment and she says in front of everyone in the shop that she is not going to do my nails because I’m picky but I have not had my nails done by her and I tried to tell her that but she would not listen and the owner just laughed. They are extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

The perfect spot for mommy and daughter day. Me and my 9 yrs old daughter got a pedicure. I think my daughters nail tech was Jon. He took his time and washed my daughters feet. He went the extra mile. I cant remember the lady name but she did the design on both my feet and my daughters. She did an amazing job. I will be back even though I live in Waco.

Liked my nails it was quick the woman was sweet.. but my nails where 50.00. Later that night I had a transaction for 60.00? They charged my card a extra 10 dollars i didnt approve of.. really liked this place but over charging my card is a no go. Will be in contact with my bank in the morning.

Fantastic service and great experience every time. Ive tried several places in Temple since we moved here last July and they were hit and miss. Then I found Diamond. Its not fancy, no big aquariums or glitzy decor, but they care about their cistomers, are friendly, and do a great job with my nails, and after all, isnt that why we go to a nail salon?

This is my husbands go to gift place for our anniversary or mothers day. So in December this is what I got so I decided to get the dip nail the first time it lasted until January 12 I went in the thickness wasnt the same and they kept chipping and breaking. Danny kept repairing bless his heart and then her reinforced them and then a few more broke so the owner told him to use something else and we did the one had well the other hand started so I went in and we took them off started over and did them better. In other words in a weeks time he made it right so many times I wanted to hug him.

I signed in at 1130 A.M. and did not leave there until 3 PM. All I asked for was a manicure with Dipped nails, the owner who was doing my nails pushed for me to get solar instead. He then stopped working on my nails all together three times. The first time was to fold towels, he left me sitting with one hand half way done. The second time, was so he could talk to a customer who was in his salon the day before. The third he just got bored and stopped doing my nails to just walk around.

Hadnt been here since the pandemic started but before that I would go here all the time I really like the vibe

Had a 3pm appt. got there lady said she called me to cancel appt. who calls you 5 min before appt to cancel. got put in a chair sat for 20 min. no one never showed up to give me a mani-ped. so I just walked out. Bad service. other ppl were being waited on before me and I had a appt.

$40 total for getting my manicure and pedicure! Rose was sweet and did well, was very careful to makesure I did not mess up my new polish. Told me how pretty the colors I picked were. I had a drink in my hand within the first few minutes of sitting down. I wish there had been more massaging during the mani/pedi but for a $40combo--Ill take it!!I saw Rose open a whole new pack of utensils for use on my hands- which I have never seen happen at any other spa. There is a plexiglas divider between the employees and customers. Im impressed by their cleanliness and care for customers!

Was not happy with my nails. They looked very messie. They looked like my grandaughter painted them for me.

They rushed me and didn’t offer me any beverages or anything. They lady who did my feet was horrible she rushed and when I asked about a design she said no and didn’t even think to ask anyone else if they could do it. Then they charged me 48.00 for pretty much nothing and when I addressed the issue the manager caught and attitude and said you still have to pay without even offering empathy or a slight discount. I Won’t ever go back. They aren’t that clean and they’re rude as hell! Then they charged me 10 dollars to soak off nails.

I had a pedicure done, the lady who assisted me did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate with her what I wanted! The cost was high, in my opinion, for the little that was done! Spa Bar also did not have 3 different shades I picked!

I went in for a full set I wanted just the tips colored done in a French tip style and was not listened to. The did the whole nail a solid color and then my middle finger nail is crooked and my middle finger on the other side is lop sided when spoke to the manager (who did my nails) argued with me about and told me that I would have to pay extra for him to fix the issues I had with them.... am not pleased

I got my toes done here for the 1st time 2 weeks ago just for a color change and to clean up my toe nails. I just took off my polish and I see that a fungus has grown on my toes and it was never THERE. I called and manager said I don’t know what you want us to do. USE NEW TOOLS FOR EACH CUSTOMER AND CLEAN BETTER. I’m very disappointed and I will NEVER use yalls services EVER again.

Ann did an excellent job on this old guys toes!!! I highly recommend this lady to everyone. A true professional and very gentle on tender feet.

I got there at 12:40 and they tell me a 45 minute wait, so I waited 45 minutes, 2:00 comes still nothing me and my daughter waited, and they never said anything to us, 3:00 came still nothing and they finally get to my daughter and waited another 30 minutes until they started on hers, and I was still waiting to get my nails done, and now its after 4 and they forgot about me so I left after they got done with my daughter, never again will I go back, second bad experience from them, not getting my business ANYMORE.

I have been to a lot of salons but none of them are as good as this nail salon. Its a great place to go relax for a bit away from the kiddos. Never stressed about picking a color on my nails either, Its quiet, clean and the staff is always friendly. I will definitely come back here often!

Came in for a pedicure with my mother. I liked my nail techs work so much I ended up getting dip too! My nail tech was wonderful! Super gentle & really nice. She even offered me a drink. I have NEVER gone into a salon and gotten my finger nails done this well! I have crooked finger tips and my nail tech navigated my fingers quite well! The shape is perfection even though I have super short nails. Will definitely return! ❤ This is the only nail salon I trust to do eyebrows and nails. Im super picky and am pleased. 😊

Had cluster extensions lashes done...im not to experienced with them,but had them removed the next day...not even, to much glue, to full, and not to mention how dirty those back rooms are....I will step foot in that place again

I will never go to another salon in Temple. The techs are so talented and make sure you are comfortable and happy! I always get shellac on my toes and the organic dipping powder for my nails. They make you feel like you are apart of their family. They even gave me a Christmas gift. Love being apart of this great spa.

Never go here! I got my nails done for prom and the nail tech completely did the opposite of what I wanted and tried to say it was fault. They do not listen and the Manager is so rude he claimed theyre policy is if they do the nail you have to pay whether you like the nail or not I wouldnt recommend going here

The man was so rude to me, he left super glue all over my fingers, was constantly pulling and throwing my fingers, I feel like he was filling my skin way more than my nails,it’s still burning, (and we all know how uncomfortable that is) he was being so rough and not understanding what I wanted, he didn’t blend my nails right I’m so unhappy and dissatisfied with my experience, he also charged me 73$ for a job not well done, I definitely deserve a refund for the way I was treated, very unprofessional.

Went to this place and a guy there cut my finger and it would not stop bleeding. I asked them if I get a discount for the horrible experience and I was told I have thin skin! I’ve never had a nail salon cut me before so I come to them and my skin is too thin is why I was bleeding non stop for 10 minutes! The guy was extremely unsanitary, had no gloves and repeatedly wiped my fingers with the same bloody napkin. NEVER going there again!

The men and women doing nails and stuff are always so sweet and very friendly. One of the people they have in the front not so friendly. I would reccomend this place.

This place does not follow instructions..I went in yesterday for a full set. Told the guy I dont like thin nails because they break easy.. He did them thin as hell..I told him they were too thin.. He didnt make them thicker for me..I chose colored solar acrylic.. My nails literaly have spots missing color..I hate it here

Then he wanted to add free stuff. Worst place ever. Dirty tools and people who obviously don’t know how to clean or even do a simple pedicure.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I gave this place a chance because of a recommendation from a shop near by, when I first pulled in a woman was outside talking very loudly about her personal life cursing and being aggressive. I walk in and realize she’s the front desk person. She asks what I want and I tell her I want my SNS removed and just regular nail polish. She tells me to pick a color( you have like 3 shades to choose from) then she tells me to sit at table whatever. She didn’t show me where that was nor give me a general idea where to sit. So I walked around lost looking for that number when finally the nail tech finds me and shows me where to sit. She starts working on my nails and filing them down with a old old nasty nail file once my SNS is soaked off she cuts my nails with old nail cutters and just slides my old nails onto the ground. She made me pay before she even did anything to my nails, telling me it was because my nails will be wet. She does my nails and sits me down to have them DRIED then leaves me there for almost 45 minutes. Never checked on me once, nobody offered me anything to drink as I’m sitting there I look around and there is old nails and trash on the ground used tissues by the pedicure chairs I hear a woman telling the nail tech over and over that she didn’t like the way her nails were being done and he didn’t listen. A woman getting her legs waxed with the door open. This place is awful and disgusting my nails look completely awful are trying to fold off my nail beds it’s so bad 😐

I went in on Tuesday to get a manicure, pedicure, and a full set. The window says you get a mani/pedi combo deal. So I decided to do that on top of getting a solar full set. I was given a lady named Kim for my services. I was very pleased with the pedicure. This is where it took a bad turn. She rushed through my nails. She puts white tips on prior to doing a solar set, which Ive never seen, but Im thinking maybe this is just how she does it? In the process she cut my thumb. (Didnt clean it off) she kept going with the blood going under the edge. After she gets done, she tried charging me an extra $5 dollars because she had to cut my cuticles? On top of the charge of a manicure. Um last time I checked, I can read, the book clearly states that a basic manicure comes with cuticle care. So at that point Im lost. And I ask her, What are you charging me with a manicure then? All because I got the manicure before the full set put on? She said yes. Which is confusing. She ended up not charging me the extra after I asked whats the manicure charge if youre going to charge me another 5 dollars for the same service? But this is where I get pissed, by that night my thumb nails were lifting. Which I took a photo for proof. No way after 4/5 hours should they be lifting. The tips werent even glued to my nails, so everything was getting between the solar tip and my nail. I went back the next day, and a different lady fixed my thumbs. Now here we are on Friday, and 3 other nails are lifting up. Im extremely frustrated. The bill was almost $160 (I treated my mom as well that night). Im not a bad person, Even left a $40 tip. Which is well over 20%. Im just extremely unsatisfied.

Went to get a pedi and the lady cut my cuticle. I asked her was I bleeding and she said no, uh Iooked closer and I was. Dont lie to me!!. I was not about to put my foot back in the water. I decided to leave and take care of my toe. It still hurts. Hope it doesnt get infected.

We went for an acrylic nail set and they attended us quickly and very polite

First the nail tech cut me. Then, she put on the wrong color (dipping powder). She only offered a $5 discount instead of changing it to the correct color. I wanted the color I came in for sinces it was supposed to match a shirt for a themed event Im attending. I wanted a bright orange and ended up with an ugly pink color. Ill never go there again. Thats horrible customer service.

My nails are beautiful and the moscato was Devine. Service was polite, courteous, and efficient.

POST UPDATEI recently had a bad experience here for the first time in years and got so upset made the post below. The manager Michael went out of his way to contact me and to get me to come back. On google, Facebook, and had his employees trying to contact me. He apologized for the bad nail tech and made sure I came back. I just left and love this place even more! My nails look AMAZING! Amy took her time on my toes and made sure my kids were happy. Michael even came up to me himself to apologize in person! And told me not to take the bad post down to help better their services!! Now that’s customer service!!!! This is why I’ll always come back! Thank you Amy and Michael for making this single mom very happy again!I’ve recently had a bad experience ve been going to this place since they moved out of the temple mall. I’ve always gone to Amy or Judy and never had an issue. I go in today because Amy is on vacation and they told me it would take 15 mins. I spilled my drink and had to clean the whole mess myself and had enough time to go next door to order food from wing stop and come back before they sat me down. I gave the lady at the front desk a picture and she told my nail lady what to do. At the end of me getting my nails done I kept noticing my nails were different sizes and filed completely different one hand from the other. I asked her to fix it and she got mad and vented to me about another lady trying to get a nail fixed within the week of getting it done for a week. She then told me how she has a bad attitude with “stupid” customers.After she vented to her friends that worked with her for another 15 mins she says “clear coat is what she said right” I looked at my hands and said they are supposed to look natural. She asked Henry another worker to come over and finish my nails and he started painting them clear even after what I said. At the end of them drying she asked me if they were ok. I said no and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said “oh it’s ok you can pay Amy to fix them when she gets back” seriously????I’ve been a long time customer. I was so upset. I’ll never return to this shop and will never send my customers there again. Horrible service and so rude. I posted the pictures on their Facebook and mind on another mad customers comments if anyone wants to see how bad their services are. My name is Kayla Wallace and I’m a manager of a bank and I CAN NOT have my hands looking this bad. Being a single mom and having to pay for my nails twice in one day is absolutely horrible of them.

Very clean and they serve snacks and drinks. However it seems like they dont listen to you when you tell them what you want - also I was there for 2 hours and when I left my toes still werent dry and they look horrible. $80 later and Ill have to fix this problem myself I guess.

My nails only lasted 2 days. I couldnt go back to get them fixed, because I flew the next day. Ill never go back, the nails were not put on right and the acrylic was too thin.

Poor service, Rush through your nails, Do not stop when they are hurting you and you say “Ow!”, front desk is rude. Overall just dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and outcome of my nails. Also, unlike most salons, they did not offer any drinks to us.

This is my go to nail spot. I have been seeing Liz for 6 years! Today I saw Wendy, because Liz is out of town, and was completely satisfied.

Been going to this place for a couple months.& everytime they do a great job & I leave satisfied each time.

Pedicure was ok I didnt get quite what I expected and not enough callus remved from one foot. I usually always choose this nail spot but it will be a lil bit before I return.

This is the second time I go in and get my eyebrows awfully done I thought perhaps a different technician would do a better job but I was wrong never going back again.

Went to wax my face, they left patches of visible hair. They also left wax on parts of my face, I wouldn’t wax my face again here.

If your body language is saying you are agitated and angry then to your customer (who does not understand what you are saying) your are agitated and angry.My sister and I had the same mani and pedi...and yet mine was $10 more. I called ahead of time and asked if we could get a mani and pedi at the same time and was told by a male that answered the phone that yes we could because they had plenty of staff that evening.....2 and a half hours later we were through...after setting at a station for an hour without service, i watched a young man walk out. NO i will not be back... Epic fail🙁
