Awesome work. I am so impressed. The three people I had were awesome they all spoke English and they were so nice, I will never go and look for another nail salon this is the spot to be if you really want a good job done on your nails for a really good price.

I only rated this place one star because I couldn’t go down to a zero. My husband and I just moved here we were looking for a nail salon, so on Thursday may 13 at 7:00 we decided to stop by at regal nails.. worst decision EVER. The two woman working there were terrible and just plain rude.. they couldn’t remove my powder nail they kept filing down the left over paint on my real nail I let it go on because I was embarrassed to say something I mean it’s there job they should know what they are doing right? NO. So I say something when I realize my nails were so paper thin compared to my other hand. So after I mentioned something one woman intervened and said that’s the way they do it everywhere. I’ve explained to her that I’ve been to many places and yes they do file the top coat to remove a layer but that they needed to soak them and and maybe use the buffer but these people were using the sharpest side of the file to take of pieces of paint on my nail they literally filed down the ENTIRE NAIL BED. The lady with attitude said “go where you’ve gone before then” they basically were kicking me out so I got up with my hands looking like they ran across a pavement. They still had the NERVE to charge me full price I would have payed if her attitude wasn’t so snobby and mean but after looking at my nails how messed up they were and 7 fingers weren’t finished I told her I was not paying full price for something they did not complete. It just wasn’t fair. They got angry and aggressive just because I asked them to not file down my nail beds, my nails are in so much pain because of this experience and to make it worse they were the mean asian kind.. they were waving there hands in my face telling me I had to pay full price and to get out I told them “no” although it was just $10 I wasn’t going to pay for a uncompleted job and seeing how evil they were I have never argued with anyone like this before they treated me like this in-front if there 2 customers. It was just embarrassing that two grown woman act like this just because they got offended by me telling them to please not file my nail all the way down . ive been to many places and never complained about the way they removed DIP powder let alone how I was treated.. I advice you to please not go here I didn’t get the name of the two women one was young and mean with orange hair the other woman was old and rude. SORRY for the rant but I am really upset and I want everyone to know my full experience my nail beds are paper thin and they are so sensitive I am in pain I hope they heal quickly..

I got my nails done 3 days ago and the paint is already coming off. I dont recommend this nail salon.

Ive been trying to grow my nails out, but with a nervous habit of biting them and add in anxiety, its been HARD. Well went in today to just have them painted, and I will be going back. Nina painted them and was so sweet. Definitely my choice from now on

Went in for a fill which is on the price list as $17. I also got gel polish which is extra. When I went to pay they tell me it’s $35, the price I paid for the full set. When I asked about the price he said because I got gel polish which I always do and normally it’s $10 extra not $18. Then the lady tells me it’s because my nails are long which they are not. I was just there and they put the full set on and I specifically said I did not want long nails, but now they are considered long. So I just paid them and left. I should have known not to come back here after the did my mother’s nails and the polish started coming off the next day, and when we went in for them to fix them the older lady was very rude and said they said they can’t guarantee polish, but since I had no issues with mine I did. However, I won’t be back. I’m leaving my review on goggle because I guess they review their Facebook page and only accept the good reviews because my mother’s experience has yet to be posted.

Great customer service! Everyone greets you as soon as you walk up! This time I got the “signature” pedicure, very comfortable massaging chair too!

Tracy is the best nail tech I have ever had. Any design you want bring the pictures with you and she can do it. Im never disappointed.

After having had my nails done a half dozen other places (all with problematic results), I finally found Regal Nails. They do excellent work and I finally have them done right. Ive gone maybe 5 times, getting SNS. Nails look beautiful.

Older lady turned me away, said she had appointments and that it would be an hour. I walked by about 20 minutes later after shopping in walmart and she wasnt even doing anyone.

OWNer very rude and unprofessional. Called to make a complaint and she over talks you. She though just because I am a hurricane Harvey evacuees, that I was from Houston TX. She also said she had a standard fee of 10 for eyebrows but she didnt shape my eyes. Never go here rob you blind!!!

Had a pedicure. Polish came off shortly after.
