Lakewood Dental Trails did an amazing job fixing my broken front tooth. Megan did a great job making sure my crown matches perfectly, and that I was comfortable and pain free. Amber at the front desk was professional and friendly. Overall a great experience at a nice office that was super clean and had cool features, like video games in the lobby and netflix over the exam chairs. Highly recommend!

Established dental care with this office this year after moving to central Texas 3 years ago. I had not been in to see a General Dentist since moving. The Dr. Sura and her staff were superb and took really good care of my dental needs from the front desk to the procedure chair. Mrs. Kim cleaned my teeth with gentle care! For a very long time I opted out of dental cleanings because I was angry and felt it was a waste of insurance funds when I didnt feel satisfied with prior cleanings I received. Cleanings and check-ups were always rushed and not done very thoroughly, leaving them feeling like an in-and-out nail or spa appointment! I always felt like I could do the same job at home I was receiving at the dentists office. But Mrs. Kim totally changed my attitude during my cleaning and exam with her. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth and made the visit comfortable!This office has very good rates for dental services with or without dental insurance. Ive had a lot of dental work done over the years and I would say that the costs are very affordable in the times we live! Thanks Lakewood Dental Trails for changing my attitude towards seeing the dentist again!

I took my 4 year old son in for a check up/ cleaning. He does not like me to help him clean his teeth at home, so I was a little worried how things would work out at the dentist. The staff was warm and friendly. My son was nervous but interested at the same time. The staff was so sweet and patient with him and took the time to answer his questions. Highly Highly Highly recommend Lakewood Dental Trails. The entire staff from front desk to hygienist, to dentist, to check out was extremely friendly and welcoming to us as new patients. They handled my 2 small kiddos so well when they came together for their first appointment. The office is easy to get to, 5 minutes from home in a beautiful area and the office was extremely clean and well maintained. My kids were impressed with the TV to watch while getting their teach cleaned. They give the kids coins to redeem for their toys out of toy machines and the toys were awesome! It’s always a relief to find your healthcare home after moving to a new area. Can’t say enough good about this office.

This place is truly amazing! I am deathly afraid of the dentist due to many, many bad experiences. Even the smell of the office rises my anxiety, but these people are so warm and friendly. I dont know if it was the obvious shaking anxiety radiating off of me or the deer in headlights look but everyone I met took things slow. They explained what were doing and how this is going to be done, all in soft, kind, and understanding words. My point is I had some work done 😒(a lot) and not one time did I feel judged. Now my whole family goes here!

This place is awesome! They always make me feel welcomed and well taken care of! I love the extra comforts like the neck pillow & blankets, but most of all the caring people.

The waiting room is nicely appointed and decorated to convey tranquility. That was nice since I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled time to be escorted back to the treatment room. The treated room lost the tranquil feeling as the front and overview televisions were loud which competed with the piped in music.I had to complete the new patient paperwork online and then again the morning of the appointment via their text system. On the paperwork was asked what would make my visit more comfortable for which I replied a warm neck wrap. Either no one read it or it didn’t matter. I should have asked for sunglasses to block the hygienist’s headlight.Kim, the dental hygienist, was nice and made up for lost time when I explained I had booked another appointment for an hour and a half after my dental visit. She was a little rough bumping my lips but my teeth were clean.Dr. Sura came in. said hi, looked around my mouth with a probe and said things looked great. I had requested on my paperwork a full mouth and neck exam be done. Dentists find most oral cancers and thyroid nodules. Her gloved fingers never touched my mouth or throat. I was grateful to have my teeth cleaned during the pandemic. Not certain I will keep this as my dental office.

Dr. Sura was able to get me in with 24 hours making a call for a tooth in pain. Once there, she pinpointed the problem and her office referred me to a second dentist, same day, for the procedure. I am so thankful to be pain-free. I will be back in 2 days (Monday) for the final work and a cleaning!

Ok I don’t usually do reviews. I went to Lakewood dental trails to have 2 teeth pulled. I have bad teeth and very self conscious. I’ve had bad experience with dentist in the past and tend to put off any kind of dental treatment. The dentist and the techs were amazingly kind and gentle. I wish I had come to them sooner. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a dental issue. I felt no pain during the extractions and didn’t need any pain medication afterwards. Lakewood Dental Trails is a must for anyone and everyone.

Absolutely 10/10 experience every time I go in. Theyre frank, comforting, and accommodating. I cannot recommend a better dentist/orthodonist. I have massive pain in my jaw from previous issues and instead of going ahead with braces that MAY or may not help they offered great alternative and worked with me to figure out the best plan to alleviate my symptoms. I was very pleased with my first experience with Dr Sura and her staff. All were very professional and friendly. I have always been intimidated when going to a dentist because of the condition of my teeth. After my visit, I felt secure and confident that I had found the right place. I thank you all!

No complaints about the service or pricing, but they could improve on their appointment scheduling. Several times the time was changed without consulting me first. Today I showed up for my 8AM appointment that she had no record of when I got there. As for the service, Ive had 3 crowns put in and they all went quite well. One temporary had to be replaced, but that wasnt a big deal.

This place is magical. Not only is everyone super nice but every procedure is quite pleasant. It’s odd saying that about a dentist visit, I know. They’re all just so gentle and comforting it’s hard not to enjoy it. I would recommend this to everyone!
