Dr. White has changed my whole view on dental care! I am TERRIFIED of needles and the dentist experience period due to an incident that took place 19 years ago. Dr. White was patient, gentle and very reassuring during the whole process. It 30 mins she did 3 filling and 2 top wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Whit’s assistant Ms Jackie had me calm and held my hands 😂 because at the site of the needle I would have been out the door. The front desk ladies was also encouraging.

Dr. White and her team off awesome professional gals took this last minute personal emergency and got me squared away.

Everyone was super nice and everything went really fast! I highly recommend to anyone interested going there. I’m someone who’s terrified of the dentist and even I enjoyed my visit.

Everyones personality just shined which made me feel comfortable and the place was clean. I dont have nothing bad to complain about..

The new patient process was very so so. Once i was able to schedule an apt. for work was awesome. Apt was at 11 and was seen at 1045. Dr. White was the best. If you dont want a tooth in your mouth anymore she is your gal.

Beware of Aspen Dental in Temple, Texas. If I could go back in time and go anywhere else I would. The owner of the company, who was also my child’s dentist, stated he did not need his wisdom teeth removed on April 2, 2021. My child has had to wear braces twice and I wanted to make sure his wisdom teeth would not mess up his teeth when they came in. The oral surgeon called me once and I missed his call. After trying for over a month the secretary from Aspen Dental finally got a hold of the oral surgeon who informed her my child did need his wisdom teeth removed. So now I am confused on what my child needs. I then tried to make an appointment to have his wisdom teeth removed only to be told that my insurance would not cover anything. Since I was billed incorrectly on our dental cleaning visits and it took over a month and a half to refund me my money I am worried that he may never get an appointment. I called on Thursday and it is now Tuesday and the persons who was supposed to contact the billing department hasn’t even contacted them yet. I was also told the oral surgeon only works in that office every other Wednesday and his availability is even more limited over the summer. I am very worried that my child will not be seen and damage will be done to his teeth since I am having to wait months to address this issue. I wouldn’t wish this type of treatment on any child or parent.

I absolutely love Aspen in Temple! Dr. Delaney and her team are fantastic! I’ve been going to Aspen for the last 2 years and have received the most exceptional customer service. Erika at the front desk is always so patient and caring when checking in patients. Also, Stevie, she is so sweet and always makes sure i’m comfortable during my visits! These girls are absolutely wonderful. Aspen goes above and beyond for their patients. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Delaney and her amazing team.

Id already had one bad experience with Aspen Dental in Killeen, but, I needed an emergency appointment so I thought I would try the office in Temple. All in all, the visit was OK. However, some things were not OK. I arrived 15 minutes early, but, was not called back for almost an hour after my appointment time. The XRay machine was missing an important part and Im not sure it was cleaned properly. The lined apron they gave me to wear was stained and had not been cleaned. When I went to the exam room the computer was not working and we had to move to a different one. Then they had to track down some things that were in another exam room. The hygienist came in and made her assessment and left, never actually speaking with me. When the Dr. came in I didnt feel she understood what it was I was wanting. She made a comment that i felt was unprofessional and then called out a bunch of numbers. She then told me what she thought about my teeth and how she was going to fix it. I didnt understand at all what she was talking about. Later I asked the Nurse what she was talking about. Thats when I found out she wanted to pull 11 top teeth and 4 bottom all at once under local anesthesia only and then create a full set of dentures taking a year to get it all done. Costing a whopping $14,000.00. Which I could pay in installments. Well, No. Thats more than a years income for me. I only came in to see about a temporary flipper tooth for the one in the front I had accidentally knocked out. That would have only been $695.00. But, I was talked out of it. So, I left. Unsatisfied and disappointed in Aspen Dental again.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I visited this circus. Absolutely the most unorganized, unprofessional, incompetent dental staff I have ever encountered. Once, they have your payment, they do not follow thru or finish the work. The lab sends the wrong crown says Dr. White. The assistant cant make a temp crown that lasts over 8 hours. They cant get you back in to fix their mistakes. I received a mouth full of one dental assistants long hair. Excuse after excuse and mistake after mistake is all you will get from this location. Dr. White literally argued with me about my care. Then, she went back and read her notes. No apology when she realized she was wrong. This was my first time at Aspen dental today it was a great experience everyone was so kind all the staff Dr Delaney is a wonderful dentist I still have to go back three more times and on the third time I will have my dentures I cannot wait.

A wonderful experience is all I can say. I am afraid of Dentists. Embarrassing as it may be but I am. I just wished that all Dentists take as much time and interest in their patients as Aspen does. Was given a price for 3400.00 for my wife to get some extractions and there top of the line dentures, for my wife. I paid for every thing up front, was told that a oral surgeon would do the extractions for her. It turned out it was the dentist who did it, not the oral surgeon. The dentist did not suctions her enough, and she ended up asperating on the blood from the extractions. Next day she was coughing up blood, went to the emergency room next she had aspirational pneumonia, from the blood from the extractions. She then spent the next 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics. When she got the temporary dentures the were the cheapest they had and was charge 1400.00 a piece. The dentures dont, even come close to fitting, they have yet to do any adjustments, and they sent me a 1500.00 bill on top of what I already paid. Worst dentist office I have ever seen with a terrible dentist, looking at possibly getting a lawyer. Do NOT go here. P.S. The 3400 they quoted was our share from after the insurance payments, I have federal Met Life. Will also talk to insurance for any fraudulent billing

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m very angry that I was referred to this dentist office. They had trouble because my insurance is new but they gave me no chance to get the information I needed. I could never talk to the staff when I called. They would answer the phone and immediately put me on hold. Sporadically they would pop in to put me back on hold. It felt like the run around. The actual dentist was nice and she did prescribe me some amoxicillin and I appreciate her for that. The X-ray lady was nice too. The billing department was trash. Thankfully I found another dentist and my insurance in fact checked out. If possible, go to another dentist unless you have the money to pay cash for your procedure💯

The absolute worst experience of my life! The dental personnel themselves are amazing but the billing department is horrible. Their prices are outrageous. I’m a middle class single mother & I don’t have money lying around so I would make a point to find out what my copay would be BEFORE my appointment and they would give me a price. But once I arrived to the appointment they would give me a different price that I hadn’t budgeted for! This happened on several occasions & was extremely embarrassing. They had a habit of ‘giving’ you things that would be helpful for your dental health & not tell you how much it cost until your next appointment. Overall, The billing department is so unorganized. I’ve never seen such unprofessional service in my entire life! & they don’t even attempt to try & fix the problem! And not to mention they would set me up for an 8’oclock appointment & tell me to be there 15 minutes before & when I would get there the doors would be locked until right at 8!!I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

The atmosphere was very relaxed, everyone was very busy, however still made me feel like a priority. While waiting in the room I was brought to, someone would check and make sure I was ok or if I needed anything. I never knew how important a smile would be to me until that smile brought me shame. I went with major dental issues and feeling majorly defeated.Dr. White looked into my mouth and came to me and stated, I am going to give you your smile back. The tears flowed instantly and all I could provide was my thanks.The plan is affordable compared to others I have sought for care.

To start I felt like I was at a car dealership. I was told I needed work done that was unnecessary to my visit. They just kept tacking stuff on to the bill. They wanted to charge me $2,400 for a cleaning and that was the price with my insurance. I was walked out of the examination room and right to the desk of their finance person who made me feel like a loser because I couldnt pay the $12,000 for the work they wanted to do. I went and got a second opinion and they came in at less than half than that without my insurance. Its kinda sad how many people that take advantage of there. Also that finance person i had mentioned was talking about a gentleman that couldnt meet their ridiculous prices loud enough for me to hear while getting my x rays. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The one star goes to the front desk women.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional a great atmosphere and I really enjoyed my first visit.

This was my first visit. I was impressed by the cleanliness practised by this Aspen Dental during the Covid 19 era. They had me wait in the car until they were ready for me, then had me use a mouth wash AND thoroughly wash my hands before proceeding. The staff were all very curteous, and concerned with my well being. My exam was thorough and Dr Delaney explained everything to my satisfaction, and the tech, Taylor, was very efficient and pleasant. FIRST IMPRESSION was an A+.

The online advertisement prices are false. Its just to get u in the door. They were like used car sales people couldnt explain costs. Wanted to change for things I didnt need. It took me two questions to get my price down by 2k and they were still 1.5k over affordable Dentures price.

Dr.White extracted my molor today doing a fantastic job along w/ staff from the front desk clerk to the dentist. During the tooth extraction I had no pain. Aspen Dental staff was professional, courteous and caring for all patients upon observation. Thank you Aspen Dental for pleasant visits👍

I am getting a new set of dentures. They were very kind and curious. I still have 3 more visits to go. I wanted to wait until the end, but, so far I have had great success.

Do not go here if you have insurance or they will repeatedly Bill your insurance including for things they did not do. My insurance is currently investing insurance fraud as we speak. I have paid by credit for things including a partial I didn’t receive and was told it would be taken off my bill and reimbursed. Horrific experience of having tooth extracted that was not supposed to be and my rights as a patient were violated. Being charged for extractions that were not done by this office. Crowns placed by dental assistant that the materials didn’t last 2 weeks. I had to take out another loan just to have another dentist office as well as an oral surgeon to correct the mistakes that were made here. For the extraction that was not supposed to be done, I was told the root wasn’t stable enough. After mistakes on appointment time on their part, I went for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. The root was left with no mention of it by Aspen Dental and no referral to have it removed which could have been more serious and lead to infection or sepsis had I not gone to someone else who found it. If I had looked further into this company, I would have realized they have open cases where this is not uncommon. I am still having to pay on a credit loan for procedures and a partial that I never received. The staff may be nice, but the billing leaves room for lots of concern. My only word of advice in regards to Aspen Dental is DO NOT pay up front as they lead you to believe that you have to. Only agree to pay for true services rendered AT TIME they are rendered if this is the only office you can go to. Temple Dental Trails has been extremely wonderful in taking care of the potentially dangerous mistake made as well as ensuring I had true sedation, which is what I was told would happen at Aspen Dental but before the procedure was told there was a lapse on their part which meant that I couldn’t have sedation if I kept the date I had planned previously with them and my employer. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist.

New to Texas and first visit to Aspen Dental of Temple. Dr. Martin (I believe that was her name) identified the problem I was having with a tooth and resolved it. Staff were courteous. Would definitely return.

A bit expensive with no insurance but they worked with what I had and helped me out the best they could. Also the staff was very friendly and Brittany did a very good job explaining and helped me out! I can’t appreciate her enough. The staff was amazing and all agreed to work with me with what they could do at the time. Edith did a great job at cleaning and the Doc did what she could for me as well to help me out. I appreciate her and the entire staff. The problem isn’t completely fixed and my plan isn’t finished but she reduced the main issue of concern. However I still need my glacier slide/chip filled with porcelain if that’s possible to fill in what’s left of the shoe on the inside of my front tooth. I highly recommend for service and the politeness of the staff and willing to work with you. Only downfall is their expensive but if you have insurance I highly recommend!

It was my first visit here. Very clean office and the staff was very friendly. I did wait for an hour and had gotten there early to do my paperwork. But everyone was so friendly, and made me feel comfortable as a first timer so that slightly balanced it. Will return for sure.

Unreliable were it counts. The staff here lost my records, duplicated my accounts and misplaced my information. They have a very poor communication system and unreliable time slots. This establishment is chaotic and disorderly to say the least. Wouldnt recommend.

Edith, the hygienist, is amazing! Dr. Delaney is heaven sent! Her hands are truly an extension of God’s. She talked through the procedure letting me know what to expect. I no longer fear going to the dentist. They are definitely non judgmental. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and encouraging. The only negative thing that I can say is that my appointments always get changed.

I am so beyond disappointed with this office. I have now have three appointments get scheduled and confirmed, and they the day if they call and say there was a mistake or today I show up and they aren’t open even though they confirmed over the phone that I had an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!

The billing is horrible. I was charged with tooth filling service that wasnt provided. I was told that the the electric toothbrush given to me at deep cleaning appointment at no charge, but they billed me for 135 dollars for that. I have talked to them, but they still have not corrected the problem. Be careful about this dental office, the worst dental experience I have ever had

Dr Delaney is wonderful I felt no pain when she pulled 3 of my teeth out. Although she was busy that day she made me very comfortable during visits before during and follow up! I would recommend her any day to take care of anybody. Her assistant Taylor was awesome as well very attentive to me and my concerns!

From Temple TX was having problems with the Temple Aspen location but the Cedar park got me in the next day was so friendly, cheerful and caring . they called the next day to check on me as well.They took care of me with urgency and much thoughtfulness great place to go!!!!! The dental hygienist is great. I love her work ethic and attitude. She said her parents taught her to give 110%, and she does. Very professional and I trust her. She was able to identify a problem and I feel so much better now. I look forward to visiting with her in the future.

I was told over the phone that the initial exam was free. I made an appointment and when going in was greeted by rude staff behind the counter. I was then told to wait for the dentist, waited for a while hour before I was taken to the back for my exam. Told them about the pain in my teeth, and that it was really uncomfortable to eat sometimes and they told me I didn’t have any cavities, that it has to be sensitivity. After appointment, I had to make another appointment for a teeth cleaning, which isn’t included in your first “free” exam. I made the appointment and when I came in they insisted that I had to pay an obscene amount of money. They told me I didn’t have any insurance, which I did and told them that I had given them the information at the last appointment. They took forever to look for my information, ended up not having it, and never got my teeth cleaned. I decided to just leave, and go somewhere else for my dentist appointments. A few months later I received a letter in the mail from them telling me that my first exam wasn’t covered by my insurance, and that I had to pay a whopping $300 for them to just look at my teeth which they had previously told me over the phone and on their website that the first exam was free. The staff weren’t very organized at all, the front desk staff were absolutely rude and hardly ever have an answer for you. I won’t be going back ever again.

Dr. Delaneys bedside manner is beyond Impeccable. I never felt judge or uncomfortable. Not only does she know what shes doing she helped me to be able to smile again with the work she did for me. I will always go back to see her with any future issues I may happen to have.

This office is unacceptable. After trying to become a new patient. waiting over 3 hours for service to be told the service I wanted could not be done because of a diagnosis off of my x-rays, is crazy. My insurance was charged like I received service when I only had xrays done. False advertisement on free cleaning service cause you wont get it done unless you meet their requirements

Brittany was the first person to greet me. Even though we are experiencing new guidelines and safety with covid-19, I felt like I was welcome. She was very friendly, kind and helpful. Then Taylor helped me out with everything that I came into the office for. She was so friendly, patient and kind and helpful. I am so thankful for the ladies in this office and driving an hour was worth coming here and getting everything taken care of . Thank you so much ladies!

HORRIBLE. I came in for tooth pain due to wisdom teeth surfacing and the assistant was very nice and did a decent job, but when the doctor came in to give me a shot she was very rough and I’m assuming the shot was done incorrectly because not only my mouth but my left eye became almost completely numb and I could not blink it. Then the hygienist came in and straight up told me I had gingivitis and tried to sell me a $130 toothbrush, over $50 paste and mouthwash with out even asking.. they just put it on the bill and gave me a total for the next appointments without even breaking it down.It was so much less of an experience than I initially hoped for. I will not be returning.

This entire office is filled with nothing but the loveliest, friendly, considerate and fun people. The professionalism is top notch. Ive never been one to like the dentist, but I can truly say, with absolute sincerity, that I looked forward to seeing this great group every time I went. I moved and yet need to get back-I have missed my doctor and all the staff. There are plenty of Aspen Dental offices in Austin, but no thank you. They made a crown but had to 1. Redo the temp because it was too high and painful. 2. Redo the permanent crown because it did not turn out right. If I could rate a person, Taylor would get 5 stars. She has a level of professionalism a cut above the rest of the personnel I met there. I think they all try but it isnt the same experience with everybody.

Very professional and super friendly staff. Weve recently just moved to the area and had a bit of an emergency. My son had been in a lot of pain due to his wisdom teeth becoming inflamed two nights before.We were in and out in less than an hour with referral in hand. Aspen Dental and their entire team are absolutely amazing!!! My favorite part is they are so friendly, the drs are awesome and they are not money hungry like most dentists. I had another dentist try to tell me I needed unnecessary work done that would have cost me over 3000 dollars but when I went to Aspen for a second opinion they told me that all the stuff the other dentist told me I needed was MOST DEFINITELY not the case, and that they could do everything I actually needed for a little over $500. I was blown away by the honesty, transparency, and genuine folks at Aspen! They will be a life long dentist for myself and my family!! Keep up the good work Aspen! All other dentists need to take a page out of Aspen Dentals book and stay true to the patients, instead of to the almighty dollar bill!

I went to Aspen in Temple with a really bad tooth ache ( cavities ) in one tooth.I finally got see a dentist and was told she could not do anything for a week, and to make an appointment.I was given the appointment and informed it would cost $ 256.00 for ONE TOOTH.I left went home got a bottle of Oragel, a bottle of Advil, a pair of needle nose players ( sterilize ) and pulled it myself.Hurt YES, but not as bad as the tooth ach

The office was in complete chaos yesterday and it seemed TJ was the ONLY one who had her head on her shoulder and with a smile. office is a mess but i love seeing TJ every time i come in.

Aspen Dental took really good care of me. The hygienist was very friendly and helpful and gave me some great advice for better care. My dentist is great as well and quite helpful. They recommended a bit of work to be done but that was it. Got my free scan for invisaline and i am also super exited to be getting a new smile soon.

Very professional, fast, and efficient staff. Edith made me feel comfortable and eased my dental fear. She’s very honest about my treatment and detailed about how to take care of my oral hygiene. Definitely keeping her as my provider.

The staff there was super friendly! I’m terrified of the dentist and they definitely made me more comfortable. I believe Brittany and TJ were their names, and they were Great!

My experiences have been great, professional and caring staff. I have used only the office at South 31st Street, Temple, Texas which I highly recommend.

Both my spouse and I had a dental appointment with Aspen. We were both very surprised at the Dentists professionalism and demeanor. The Dentist shared information about our teeth that we have never had before. If you want the truth about your teeth, we recommend Aspen. Up front honesty and empathy. Second appointment upcoming so we can add to this review. Highly recommend the initial assessment to get he best treatment.

The entire staff is amazing. I have a fear of the dentist and they make me feel comfortable each time I come in. Dr. Delaney is amazing.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long while, and to say that being my first trip in a long time it was a very amazing experience!! The staff seemed to love what they did and were happy with there place of work, the treatment from both dr’s I was seen by was awesome. Also the way they set the apt wait that you sit in your personal vehicle until they call you was as well awesome with Covid virus going around so seeing the precautions taken let’s me know this place is the place for me to continue going.

Once again I am left waiting. I dont understand why this facility, with all the changes they have made with employees, still havent grasped the art of customer service. My original appointment was pushed out over a month. My dental hygienist was very professonial. My appointment was at 3. She finished at 3:25. She told me that my appointment for the filling was at 4. At 415 I decided that I was done waiting. At no time did anyone tell me that they were running behind and ask if I would mind the additional wait. I had stopped going to Aspen for this reason previously, but due to insurance, I had to come back. Upon returning I spoke with Valeria and expressed my discontent. She did her very best to be accommodating, but only so much is within her control. I paid $400 today for future work being done and I couldnt even get todays work complete.

The doctor and the staff were excellent. Great job Aspen Dental. Keep up the good work.

My initial appointment with the Temple Texas location was phenomenal. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner and between Dr McAnarney, Jane, Brittany and Taylor all my questions were answered and all my fears(to this point) soothed. I have more scheduled work to have done but they pass the test in my book as a place I would highly recommend.

Everyone was very pleasant. No complaints.
