Surprised there arent more 5 stars from Capstone people. Must be nice to have a job and not have to work. Of course us drivers are sitting here, Im going on 7+ hrs now, wishing we could get the hell out of here so we could make some money. This place is ridiculous. Been driving 15 yrs and absolutely worse place I e ever been!!

I dont know if been here before street looks familiar but, inside it doesnt. Hope dont have to come here again. 🙏I only had 3 -1/2 pallets an took to long to unload appt was for 5 didnt get out of there till 11:10pm 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ wall mart had more day before whole trailer showed up 1-1/2 got dock was out by 428pm still before my 5 appt example be quick get us in an out. Would have lost reload if had one booked. An put on black list. ⚫

I had two trucks at this location with 10pm appointments and they were both not received until after 3am. This company is not considerate of others time, as a small business owner it cost me more money than I made delivering these two loads. I wouldnt recommend taking loads to this company.Montee B

Not even 1 star worthy, too bad I have to give 1 - Driver has been waiting to be unloaded since Sunday at 1700 (its Tuesday at 1330).DONT GO HERE. AND DONT USE WAVEPOINT AS YOUR BROKER. They care less than the facility itself.

Poorly run operation. First time I was here with a load, it took 6 hours to unload which is unacceptable. Tonight Ive been waiting over 2 hrs so far. Doesnt matter when your appt time is, they are extremely slow and dont care about the drivers time.

Drivers please stay away from this mclane in temple tx. This is the worst place I have ever been to in 10 years of driving. You have workers that don’t want to work and don’t care about no one. They need to shut this place down. I have been to so many mclanes in 48 states and the managers there don’t play that. It’s seem the management here don’t care. The only people that know how to do there job is security. Please don’t come here they are very bad you will lose money coming here. Please read your comments before coming. As an inbound otr driver... McLane is truly a pain between the back pockets. My last appointment took 11 hours to unload and count. They reduced the toilet to one disgusting unkept outhouse. I wanted to vomit it was so bad. If you go here... Bring your own waste bucket and bags.

Loading and uploading are a nightmare. Five hours waiting at door G-33 to be unloaded and nothing happens, receiving door is locked, nobody answer the phone,I have lost my next load. Definitely if you dont want lo lose time and money, dont come.

This place is the biggest and absolute worst place I’ve ever been too. My appt was 5 pm I checked in 430 pm as they instructed me too. I’m still here 7 hours later and counting. Capstone the lumper service is the most useless organization I’ve seen as well. There’s no facilities for the driver at all. No care in the world for the driver. I will never return to this place. I’d steer clear of this place if you can. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This place is a disaster here at by 4pm appt time was 5pm hit the dock at 5pm its now almost 11pm and Im still waiting for capstone to unload me and then I will be waiting for McLanes to count and sign the bills everytime I come here its worst then the time before this is past bad its now way into the stupid stage especially at the prices capstone charges

Plain and simple ! If you dont have the time, then dont deliver here. Scheduled 9:00 pm appointment and checked in at 8:30 pm. Was asked to pull around the Distribution Center and wait to be called for a door which came at 11:30 pm. Its now 6:01 am and just got notified of Lumper amount. Currently waiting on paperwork...On the brighter side guards are cool and you can always arrive early and park on street that is East of Distribution Center...

My dry load del appt was 8 PM ..they took 11 hrs to unload....lumper fees was 355$ ..if u going this location make sure u got ur FOOD otherwise u will be hungry all night...

A lot of detention time, arriving on time with appointment, no parking area for trailers

Drivers steer clear. All night to get unloaded when they actually got to my trailer which only had about 15 pallets that took them 4 hours in itself. Appointment time was at 8 I was here at 740 didn’t leave till 5 am when they finally finished the paperwork. 4 hours on paperwork alone

Great place. I was sent off site to park then called to guard station for instructions to a dock. Great experience no hassle. Very efficient place. I will gladly return when necessary. Thanks

5 1/2 hours to unload. Arrived half hour early. $355 lumper.

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. I was told there was no door available for me when I checked in and to wait on the street. The lumper service would call me when a door was available. I sat waiting for seven hours and ancient receive a call. I went back to the guard shack and was told that they called me several times and I didnt answer. I over to show them my call log and told them to call my phone and they wouldnt. I had to wait until 6 the next morning to be fit into the receiving schedule.

Check in with guards 15 minutes before delivery appointment.told to park on side street, will call you when they have a dock door open for me to unload. Never again coming here.

You wonder how much they pay for detention pay

One of the worst places ever to unload. They only open at 5pm for receiving. Once you get there, you be waiting in the street for about 45min to an hour. If you are one hour late for your appointment they will not take you and have you rescheduled the next day. And if you get there one hour before your appointment and you get in, they will still take 4-6 hours easily because they are touching each box. So good luck screwing up your life with this place. Btw, cops or the city should ticket them for the long line of truck thats blocking one lane everytime they open for receiving.

Had app for 5 pm. Came at 4:45 .... took till 6:00pm to get true the gate . 12 truck checking in only. Door at 6:20 and here I am 11:30pm still waiting for the unload . Spare your day don’t listen to the brokers . Appointment does not mean anything here . 6,7h is what you need to count for .

Street parking on elbheart str. Easy Backing. Spent 3hrs from check-in to check out. Checkin process took 10mins on a Sunday night. Will not receive more than 30mins from appointment Time. But will let you check in, then go park on the street, and call you at appointment Time

Got here at 4pm Easter 🐣 Sunday for my 5pm appointment 9:40pm and still waiting to unload me these people really suck big time.

This capstone lumper company is the worst. The driver check in at 4.08 pm and he got out at 2.45 am. Very rude staff. Do not recommend this place at all.

One of the worst place for Drivers to be at,slowest offload process,No bathroom .make sure you ask the broker if you are going to Mclane in Temple,TX becoz you are going to spend 7/8 hours in offload and No bathroom.

I arrived at 1923hrs for a 2000hrs appointment. I didnt get checked in at the gate until 2245hrs. Then they gave me a door with someone else already in it. 🤷‍♂️

2nd time here in 6 months very slow took 5 hours to get a door and then 4 1/2 to unload.

I would rate no star ... Be prepared to stay there all night ... No matter what time your app is lol ... Sad really

I want to say is very bad People The security guard and the receiver I waited over one hour and a half in a line and I’ll check in with the security guard they said you were late for one hour because my appointment at seven I arrive in the line at 6:25 I check with the security guard at eight they say you late for the appointment time and then I called the receiver I talk to him about my appointment time she said I don’t care and hang up the phone I don’t believe this people and this first time and last time I come to this The very bad Company

Doesnt seem to matter what time your appointment is. They seem to only work when they want to. Your time will be destroyed here. Dont expect a quick unload nor getting paperwork quickly either. Be sure to have plenty of food and drink when coming here. Lumpers only have one speed and thats slow. One or two pallets per thirty minutes it seems like. Take care when coming here. Guards were really nice and accommodating though. Lumpers dont seem to want to work.

Arrived at 4pm for my 5pm appointment. Got my paperwork at 10:03pm. And best part was the lumper fee. $354. Yes. Three hundreds and fifty four dollars. I’m glad I don’t pay that but if I did, I would never be delivering there again. For $354 at least get me out quickly.

Unloading using capstone Logitics is horrible

Ive been to this place a few times and discovered some insightful things. If you have an appointment it makes no sense to get there super early; youre going to sit. If you have an evening appointment pack your dinner and possibly breakfast. Whoever these drivers are talking about 1 and 2 hours getting unloaded are full of $h!t. Ive never gotten out of there that quick. I think the shortest time was at least 4 hours. The guards are super awesome as well as the receiving lady but when you get to the lumping service Capstone all bets are off. Dont book anything in the A.M. because if you run elogs you wont make it. Make sure you get them in and out times and check with your broker about how they pay out detention, my advice is to get as much as you can on the front end if you end up there.

The one stars are correct. If you get delayed for your appointment you have to be rescheduled which could be a few days or a week out. The delays are true even if you are on time and honestly in the many years Ive been doing this has to be one of the worst receivers to deliver to - need to figure out why they are so disorganized.

Dont come to this place. Going on 7+ hours here. Just waiting on paper work. They definitely dont care about your hos, they also charge you a lot for the lumper fee. 12 mins on my 14. No overnight parking. If you ever receive a load coming here, do yourself a favor and reject it. Unbelievable.

Usually it takes forever, especially to get you bills after being unloaded!.....if, for some reason, truck has a minor [legitimate] breakdown (I.e., blowout, etc) with paperwork to prove it, completely unforgiving and extremely rude!

Got here at app time, sent back out,no doors available,wait for phone call, come back, took about 2 hrs to deliver, lumper paid by relay payments, make sure driver understands how to use it ...

Not sure why all the one star reviews as I had no issues other that checking in with Security at the guard shack took sometime. I had a 5pm appointment got there at 4:20 pm had to join a line of trucks took till 5pm to get to Security. Checking was a bit long but I was in my dock door by 5:20 pm and out the gate at 7pm. Over all 4 stars for me only because checking time took so long. Also for 30 skids was charged $100 and there is a new way you pay the lumper fee...they send you a message on your phone with the link to pay i then forwarded the text to my dispatcher with the link they payed them online. I then got a message saying my paperwork is all done shortly after the lumper came with it and I was out of there 7pm. No overnight parking.

Arrived early for a 1700 appt. Told to wait on the side street. After reading reviews I put myself on sleeper immediatly. Already had to drive 400 miles to get here. Called for door at 1630. Was out the gate at 1845 still had enough time to get to the flying j in Waco. Not sure if I got lucky but would come back.

Arrived 40 minutes prior to my appointment time. Was given a door right away. My lumper fee was prepaid. I was in and out in 2 and a half hours. Thats with a full load front to back. Everyone was great. No problem at all. I think some drivers need to check their own attitude before they go to some of these places and write all these negative reviews

Worst place in usa to deliver for sure . Took 10 hours to unload 4 pallets and lumber fees is so high 104 dollars for 4 pallets. Never will be back again here. Better than deliver here take day off stay home you wouldnt be stress.

My advise to all drivers dont go there its not worth your time or being away from your families first and last time delivering to this location. Seriously the worst of the worst places you can send your drivers to deliver.

No overnight parking. Sometimes hard to back depending on the trailers they have. I had checked in at 1700 and was done by 0130. Ido why they always take so long. Loves is 5 miles north on 35 and there is a shell or bucees about 1.5 miles south of 35. I suggest loves, they have a big dirt lot of loves is full

My delivery appointment was at 5:00 pm.I checked in at 4:40 pm. I got a door a door right away and I was done around 7:30 pm. I did not have to pay for the lumper, my load was prepaid.

One of the worst place i have ever come to deliver. Got here early, they told me receiving starts at 5.pm my appointment was at 8.pm. they have a lumper fee more than 300$ for that money they should move a little faster. Took them 7 fing hours to unload me. No restrooms or vending machines. They would tell you to park around the block and they will wall you. B.s park infront or other a- hole drivers wkll cut infront of you. I will refuse to come to this place again

Tight getting into docks. Lousy place to deliver to. They run drivers out of service hours on a continous basis. Management here doesnt care about safety. Just kick the drivers off the property with no regards to the driver being too tired to safely move the truck.

Had I known. This was an extra stop that was snuck in after I booked the load. Was only supposed to be wal mart. I will be over there tomorrow and if I have these problems I will be like you. Put out the word. Do not deliver anything to them at all. All of us.

The wait was long, like the longest I’ve ever experienced but the staff was understanding and able to explain the delay to me in layman’s terms even after having been there for 14 hours themselves. There were something like 20 trucks there for the same amount of time as me and I’m sure every one of us complained to some varying degrees. It’s was a learning experience non the less on how over booking can cause 50 or so ppl to work in 20 trucks in a 24 hour period😂
