You in fact did sell me a faulty ssd card It was diagnosed by a way more professional computer repair shop than yours. I have proof. You in fact did do a reinstall of windows which is my fault on my part. But even though you don’t have the right to speak to my grandmother in any sort of way like you did on her review. You also did scam me out of almost 400-500$ you don’t even deserve the title of a computer repairman same goes for your wife. Don’t spread false rumors online to make your repair shop look good. This gentleman has robbed my grandson of his hard earned money, he said he knew how to fix and install some parts that were brand new move that I ordered into the gaming system that my grandson had, I bought the SD card brand new he told me it was the wrong one so I returned it and we placed it with one of his that was not good at all, Ended up spending over $500 then the new person that’s a professional close to Belton high school has shown me and giving me proof of the roofing work that this man has done, another $338 beware he does not know what he’s doing and each time you have to take the system back to him regardless if it’s the next day he will still charge you because as his wife says they also have to make a living
