This place is hands down the best to fix your phone. The staff is very friendly and will actually communicate effectively to work with you. I had them fix my screen on my phone when another place had screwed it up and they fixed it like nothing with a very fast timeline. Price was almost doubled for iPhone 12 Pro screen replacement compared to the price bestbuy was asking. Strange part about it, the guy at bestbuy recommended me to this place and said it would be cheaper to get my phone fixed here than bestbuy........

These guys were a pure pleasure to deal with. I took in my IPhone 6 Plus for a battery replacement. Just a few months ago I had the battery replaced at a national chain store which supposedly specializes in batteries. When I got it back it didn’t work and the battery never performed to standards. At Mobile Phone Geeks when they looked at the phone they showed me that the built in Apple diagnostic indicated the battery was operating at 91% of original capacity. (All I have to say about that is 91% of almost nothing is still just about nothing.). I appreciated the fact they were trying to protect me from myself. They took the phone in and gave me a reasonable time to pick it up. They performed exactly as they promised and the price was less than the national chain store. The new battery holds a charge just like the OEM battery. I highly recommend this business to anyone with a iPhone battery issue.

I went there to see if they could fix my Samsung. He said he thought it was the battery and they ordered it most. He put play in the new one. Apparently thats what was wrong with it because it works fine now. And he only charged me $65. That was awesome!

Mobile Phone Geeks replaced the screen on Note 10+ for us. They did a good job and accommodated our needs. They also have warranty on the screen and their work. Hopefully we wont have to replace another screen but if we do we would use them again.

Despite difficulties inherent to the business of delicate work with delicate parts, despite the added difficulty of the craziness of Corona Covid 19 making getting the screen extra challenging, these guys persisted, met the challenge & now my iPad is as good as new! Im pleased and satisfied; how much better is it to spend $178 rather than $1,234? And despite setbacks of receiving defective screens, they didnt charge me another cent! Even when I offered to pay. Gotta admire that.The business is easy to get to, just off the interstate feed ramp, plainly marked & with parking that is easy to get to and easy to get out of. The store is clean and tidy, as youd expect a business run by professionals to be.

The guys and gals from this shop have repaired everything I have given to them. No job is too difficult for them. Trust me!

Charging port worked loose and phone would not charge. Took it to the shop shortly after noon. They soldered it in place and I picked it up just prior to closing at 5:00. Many thanks to the patient tech who answered many questions I had and for advising on next phone purchase. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.

When I arrived, I was treated with respect and recognized although the guys were busy with other customers. When one of them was available, he looked and said, Ill help whos next. I really appreciated that. Also, they have good eye contact. Very important, also, is that they seem to be very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced. Refused to sell a battery for my older phone to me until he was very sure it worked well and offered to order a new one for me. While I was there, I also had an opportunity to see very satisfied customers.

I went in today after I went to the place, in the mall to get the audio reconnect after if was disconnect while getting a crystal replaced at the same location. Place in the mall was supposed to be open. I stood there for 20 min. No one around. Jordan, at Mobile Phone Geeks was AWESOME. He had me all fixed in minutes. And the price was right. This will be my phone repair place from here forward. Dont waste your time in the mall.

Ive gave this place multiple chances to earn my business. At this point, Id rather drive an hour away to get my phone fixed than go here. The first time I brought an iPhone 6 to have the screen replaced, I got it back and the fingerprint home button didnt work when I got it back. They told me that they ran out of the replacement part they needed and they would call me when it came in and then they would put a new screen on it to fix it. My biggest mistake was paying them in good faith that they would actually do what they promised. I brought it back a couple weeks later (after never getting a call back from them) because my screen had already broken again. Then they told me that they couldnt do anything because I broke the screen....awesome. I ended up upgrading my phone because it was time anyway and kept the broken screen as a backup. I went back there again last week to fix the screen on my old phone for one of my kids and told them about the home button. The guy at the counter told me that they fired the guy that told me to bring it back because he wasnt following company policy by verifying that all parts of the phone work upon taking possession of them. Then told me that he saw the $110+ that I paid but there was no ticket or notes. He said they would *try* to fix the home button. When I picked it up he said that he couldnt fix the home button - it was broken and since theres no notes in their computer theres nothing they could do. So annoying - I paid the $100+ for a new screen and left. When I got home, I noticed the screen wasnt level and one side was sticking up higher than the other. Here we go again...I took it back the next day and told them, the guy at the counter told me that I probably bent the phone. When I told him that it hadnt even left my purse since I picked it up the day before he agreed to take it and try to fix it. They called the next day to say it was finished so I picked it up again and no...the phone wasnt bent - the screen wasnt secured straight, this time I didnt have to pay anything. Now I have the phone and none of the 3D screen options work...which must mean that these are knock off screens. If they arent using genuine Apple parts, this should be disclosed and you certainly shouldnt be paying full price as if they are genuine replacement parts!DO NOT waste your time and money here! Not only does this company not stand by their word, but you get knock off parts which will not enable you to use all the features of your phone.

I was having problems with the Developer settings in my phone. A very nice and patient associate helped me with getting it back to correct settings and told me with Apps I should uninstall. After we were done, i asked him how much and he said nothing. I couldnt do that so I gave him a tip for himselfAfter I left there, my phone was working as it should.I highly recommend this store!

Took my iphone to get a screen & battery replace after all my run arounds of back & forth them due to them not returning a call back. I understand they have a lot of customers. But there’s gotta be some kind of loyalty to your customer. Because of there employees faultiness they ended up losing my phone. They did give me another phone but the ear piece did not work. So I instead I just took it to a different place to get it fix. At the end of the day I lost a lot of my pics & videos that I didn’t have saved on my iCloud due to I would have to buy more memory for my icloud. Plus I could because of my screen breaking. (Thxs to that one Mexican dude in there) he was about the only one that stood by his word.!

Had a very good experience with Mobile Phone Geeks. They were very helpful and, even though the part for my phone had to be ordered, they fixed my phone as soon as they could. The phone was fixed, then had some issues, and I was able to bring the phone back, and instead of having them reorder the part, they just agreed to fix my iPhone instead, without any extra cost. I recommend Mobile Phone Geeks to anyone who needs glass repair, etc., as they are the most affordable around this area.

Last week I went Mobile Phone Geeks because of a cracked screen in my iPhone 6 Plus.When I got to the store they assisted me immediately asking me what I needed help with. No issues with multiple dealings with these guys. When one of my phones was unfixable, they made sure I was taken care of with another phone. Just bought another phone there today and got a great deal (way cheaper than online prices). I feel they were very personable and wont go anywhere else for my cell phone needs.

They did a great job replacing the rear camera and battery on my iPhone 6 Plus. Better prices and attitude than Batteries Plus across the street. I dropped my phone off in the early afternoon and was able to pick it up that evening.

I used to work at the Temple Best Buy as a member of their Geek Squad. One day during work, I dropped my phone and cracked it on the floor of the store.I knew that if I were to follow the standard procedure of repairing my phone through best buys protection plan, it would take at LEAST two weeks for me to get a working phone back.During my lunch break, I swung by the Mobile Phone Geeks office across the street and asked what they could do for me.I was delighted when I was told that not only could they fix my phone within the next few hours, they would also let me choose from a nice assortment of custom colored screens and back glasses. (my original iPhone 4 was black, I chose white front and back, but they let me keep the black home button for a more custom look)The best part was because I was wearing my Best Buy uniform and decided to come see them during a busy part of their day when a good number of other customers were in the store, I was only charged $65 for my front and back glass, a new case, and all of the labor associated with my repair.Moral of the story, these guys will treat you right, and do a good job of fixing your phone. Give them a look! You wont be disappointed!

My iPhone got wet on a fishing trip one week before iPhone 5 was released. I went in to see the geeks to see if there was a chance that they might be able to help my phone get me to Friday.They were extreemly helpful and opened up my phone ad fixed it in 5 minutes. I had my iphone go through washer cycle. They tried to fix but could not. Instead of charging me a service charge for tying they made nothing. Honest business hard to find now days!

Great place, friendly techs, and amazing service.My provider wanted to charge me $112.00 to wipe and replace my phone; a process which wouldve meant losing recent, precious pictures/videos that I hadnt yet had a chance to back up.Called M.F.Geeks and found that, for nearly half the cost, they could actually repair the phone and save my data. When I got there, I found out it was just a dirty charging port (something that my providers techs couldnt figure out), and they didnt even charge me. Im referring everyone I know to M.F.Geeks from now on.

Took my phone to my service provider because it wouldnt charge. They didnt even try to look at it to see if it was something basic. They only tried to sell me a new one or send it off. The Phone Geeks cleaned the port and in less than a minute I had a working phone, free of charge! I will go to them first for my next problem!

We went in to get our phone repaired. We were expecting to pay $60 for a new charging port. They wanted to clean the existing port before charging us for a new one, and Viola!!! It worked!!! They didnt even charge us!!! David couldve just replaced the port like we asked, but he took care of it!!! Hes the real MVP!!

Terrible service. Will definitely never return or refer to anyone. Took my tablet back twice and still ended up with the broken one. After they said it was fixed. Communication skills are terrible and time frame is not kept. Then when I call to ask a question the guy in the back is cussing when the employee on the phone asked him if he knew about my device. Very unprofessional business for sure.

Took my phone in to get a new screen, as I have done before. They took my information and told me itd be completed in two hours- I came back four hours later. My phone had not been fixed and on top of that they notified me they were out of the screens until Tuesday (its Saturday). Disappointed in the lack of communication, I was not notified of this and could of easily not wasted my driving time. I would of also been able to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.
