I take my uniform pants and jacket here for dry cleaning and my uniform shirts for a launder and press. Im always impressed at how much effort they put into their cleaning. No double lines on my pants or shirts. Sometimes my shirts go in with some pretty gnarly stains on the collar (as seen in my pictures) and they always manage to get them out (my old cleaners in Dallas always left a little behind).I went over a few Sundays ago at 1:30 pm (not knowing that they close at 1:00 pm on Sundays). A man answered the door and said that the registers were closed for the day. I had to be at work in a few hours, so I almost had a heart attack! He recognized me though and said that I could take my things and pay over the phone on Monday no problem. Could you name another cleaner that would have even answered the door after closing time? I cant.This Comet Cleaners location is top notch. Great customer service and quality cleaning. They went above and beyond for me and have earned a customer for life.

I spoke to Wendy on the phone. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really took the time to help me with many questions. Because of that pleasant phone call, I am now on my way to take her my coat to clean! I think I have found a new cleaners! Super excited!

I have been a satisfied customer of Comet Cleaners since 2004. I have never had a problem with any of their services. I have used their dry cleaning and laundry services and my clothes look great every time. The staff have always been very friendly and courteous, as well.

Comet cleaners is so awesome they pressed out my graduation gown at the last minute and they took all my worries away! My gown looks so professional and brand new I recommend everybody come here if you have a special event and want your outfit to look great!

I still cant believe how wonderful my last experience at Comet cleaners actually turned out.I had a very expensive and rare shirt that was a favorite of mine. After getting the shirt back from Comet, I noticed a very large black stain on the shirt. I, nor the nice people at Comet could explain where the stain came from. Needless to say, I was quite unhappy that my favorite shirt was now ruined.After discussing my problem with the owner, he assured me that if the stain was removeable, he would certainly get the stain out. I received a text message from Comet to inform me that my order was ready for pick up.When I arrived, the owner came out with the shirt...no dice, my favorite shirt was totaled. He then reached from behind the register area and produced A BRAND NEW SHIRT.....JUST LIKE MINE!!!He and his staff actually got online and tracked down the shirt and bought me a new one...He even payed more for the shirt than I did.That is true service.

Wonderful customer service and extremely quick turnaround. I took my daughters flower girl dress into Comet the day before she was in the wedding. I was in a huge bind to get out some wrinkles that were not possible to get out with a home steamer. The owner took the dress and guaranteed they would be able to fix the problem and have the dress ready by that afternoon. Not only was the dress perfect and ready in time, it was also extremely affordable. I will definitely continue to go back here for any dry cleaning needs! Best in town by far!

Very disappointed in the customer service here, dropped off a set of clothes and came that afternoon, the woman working the counter couldnt find my account due to it being setup incorrectly, but when she was having trouble she looked at me, gave me the dirtiest look, then rolled her eyes, then went to look in the back, found my clothes almost immediately and her attitude changed, she blamed the other employees for setting up my account incorrectly, then complained about them. Then to top off the lack of customer service, I specifically asked for no crease on the pants, crease on every pair. I will take my business elsewhere.

The Caucasian lady who normally works at the front desk is the bright spot here. After that, it goes downhill.The boiler has been broken half of the trips I have made to this place. They regularly lose orders, which means that you may have to wait a couple of extra days. For one of my orders, they messed up buttons on two shirts, and ruined a pair of pants.Nice people, but not a well-run operation. I am going elsewhere.

They told me they’d keep my tag on my dress, then lost the tag. Owner very unprofessional and RUDE! Avoid this place at all costs

Twice Comet Cleaners lost shirts I left for cleaning, on over five occasions when I went to pick up my cleaning they were unable to find my pants and shirts. I continued to use Comet because the personal changed and I thought the service would be better. After 3 years, and the loss of a second shirt, and their inability to find my cleaning I decided to go elsewhere. Since they do the work there I cant understand how they can lose, and misplace my cleaning as often as they did.

Stayed open to press a few creases in a jacket at no charge. Very courteous and friendly.

Pick up service is amazing! Everyone should try

I used Comet Cleaners for years until they sold (changed management?). I asked for ALL garments to be dry cleaned and I paid for ALL garments to be dry cleaned. They repeatedly stained and crushed (broke) buttons on ALL my $100 shirts. They agreed to replace the buttons. I picked up the repaired shirts one week later. The $100 shirts had somewhat matched buttons and many of the buttons that should have been fastened with black thread were fastened with white thread. This place is a joke. Save your time, money, garments by going someplace else.

Did not stop here, just drove by.
