I went here not really knowing what I was looking for. I was invited to a Military Ball, and had no idea what I should wear. I found the perfect Blue dress. I needed it in a week, though. Even though it was Prom season they promised me they could get the alterations done. They did not disappoint! I received soany compliments on the dress! I bought another dress the other day for a Masquerade Ball, again with very little time for it to be altered (4 days), and they again said it would be no problem! I cant wait to get my second dress and show it off!

Awesome service and super fast with alterations. I have a couple big football games coming up and they altered my pants the same day even though I left a week and half window available. I will definitely use them in the future.

My son was asked to fill in as a date for a friend last minute, after she was dumped by her boyfriend a few days before her senior prom. LA Boutique was a life-saver. They took care of my sons tux rental even with the extreme rush! They quoted its arrival in three days; however, had it in two. They were extremely helpful, talking my son through the entire process, allowing him make all the choices himself. They were patient and understanding! We had a summer wedding with only a few weeks to prepare. The Staff at LA Boutique were extremely helpful. They helped my wife find the perfect dress.. and helped us rent tuxedos with out a hitch. We came from out of state for the wedding, but even though, we had no issues with our rentals. I would recommend LA Boutique for their friendly staff, availability, and affordability.

Only did business here because I had to for a quincenera my kids were in, would never buy anything here because I chose to. Brand new dress was wrinkled and had to be taken to cleaners to be pressed. The vest we rented was also wrinkled and had to be ironed. They didnt seem to care much about either one when I brought it up, only to make sure I ironed the vest from the inside so I dont ruin it. Pfft.

I went to LA Boutique for both my senior prom & my wedding dress. Both times, I tried on 2 other dresses before trying on the 3rd one & absolutely falling in LOVE! & not only that, but both of the dresses were extremely cheap for their value. & the alterations only take 10 days, if that! Last minute decision to get married and needed a dress. Walked in to this store and its so pretty from the inside. Immediately someone offered help and listened to what i was looking for. She gave me a few options and pointers. Ended up falling in love with a dress and it was a great price. Had a few questions after I left and every time I called the store, they were so friendly and answered everything. Everyone is willing to help there with fittings, alterations, and they even have a small play area for kiddos and offered to play cartoons, which is great! My alterations were perfect and timely. We bought my granddaughter’s Prom dress from LA Boutique, they have a huge assortment of dresses. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and professional, from the fittings to the alterations. The dress is really good quality for a really good price. I needed the dress by the weekend after and it got here 6 days later before the event. It needed a little adjustment on the straps because it wasn’t perfect obviously but it was adjusted right away! They have a variety of dresses and I would 100% recommend!!

LIFE SAVER!!! We are over the moon happy with our daughters dress. We tried so hard to find her one that fits. Due to her slender and tall shape, we were not having any luck. I decided to check out LA Boutique in temple. Best decision I made. We found a beautiful dress in our price range and they altered it to fit her perfectly. Even when we were 3 days from homecoming. 10/10 on service and quality! Went in to get a suit fitted, was immediately helped by Leo and a young lady. He knew exactly what to check and adjust. My alterations were complete 5 days ahead of schedule and the suit fits and looks great now. $500 suit now fits like a custom tailored $1k suit. I will be making the trip here for all of my alterations.

I waited until the last possible minute to get my wedding dress hemmed. I visited five places before La Boutique and every person told me no they could not alter my dress. Within a week they made great huge changes to my dress. When there were still some issues with my dress they worked on it right then and there to help me.

I went to LA Boutique to get my wedding dress altered. Leo was extremely helpful and kind! Customer service was fantastic! I told him what my concerns were, and he made sure he addressed all my concerns and altered it exactly the way I wanted. He was honest and fair, and the price was extremely reasonable. I even got a lipstick stain on my dress and he took care of it without charging me. I highly recommend LA Boutique!

Wonderful service! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Tobby is super sweet too 😜. I dropped off a jacket to be altered for a wedding, it was done so quickly and looked so good, you couldn’t even tell it was altered. Plus he helped advise us on what would be best to alter which was a huge help. That and he tied the grooms tie for him since we couldn’t! I then returned with a bridesmaids dress 2 weeks before the big day and it was done within a week! Again you cannot tell it’s been altered but it now fits like a glove!The only thing I wasn’t happy about was not knowing about this place sooner! Had I known they sold jackets, wedding dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and bridesmaid dresses we would have came here first instead of driving all over Waco for wedding essentials.

I would not reccomend this store to anyone bigger than I guess a size 12, if that. I was looking for dress ideas for my wedding, and decided to try a local shop. When I went in, the woman I initially dealt with was fine. I just wanted to try a few dresses on, see what I liked and what looked good on me in terms of the design and such. She asked questions and was so excited and happy for me. However, the man my parents and I were given to to help us? There isnt one word alone that can describe his demeanor. The moment we told him we were looking for wedding dress ideas for me, he gave me a look as if he couldnt believe someone wanted to marry me. Every dress I looked at, he had some kind of remark about how it wouldnt look good on me. I tried to disregard it, but even when I asked to try on a dress, he came off very displeased. It was as if I was wasting his time because I was heavy set. I gave up after trying on just one dress because I couldnt handle the way I was being treated. I left in tears and feeling so terrible for being plus size and I will never return or reccomend to anyone I know.

Great variety with good prices and layaway plan. They took their time in helping my daughter find the PERFECT Quinceanera dress. I have been there 2 other times for other events and I always find something that fits my figure, looks beautiful and feels great at a great price. Leo does a excellent job of making your clothes fit you the way you want them to fit you. Every piece of clothing Ive taken to him has come out excellent and he does a great job of working with your schedule. For example I bought a joke Christmas suit last minute for the company Christmas party, I knew it was short notice but Leo made sure it was ready to go for the occasion.

Love!I have a wedding to be in and I took my dress needing alterations in to this store just a few days before the wedding. Not only was the turn around time 3 days, but it was very affordable ($50 for some sleeve tightening, a lot of gemming, etc) and the dress fit perfectly after the alterations. 10/10 recommend. Not to mention, they have a ton of dresses for prom/weddings/balls you can rent out. We will be back!

My experience with LA Boutique unfortunately came in the midst of the COVID19 Pandemic. We visited LA Boutique to rent a tuxedo for my sons Senior Prom. We were all very excited about this as he was out of town for the Junior Prom, so this would be his one and only prom. My son picked out, in my opinion only, the most ridiculous looking tux! Lol. He loved it! The staff that was helping us were all awesome. The gave just enough professional opinion to help us choose accessories to the tux that would not look bad, but refrained from trying to sell us something different that what this crazy kid wanted. The week of his prom is when COVID hit. Obviously, LA Boutique was at the point that they already at least began, if not finished, altering clothes to my sons size. This means they were out some money. In spite of that, because prom was ultimately cancelled and my son never got to wear his dream tux, they provided us with a full refund! I was only expecting a partial refund, as I expected they would have to at least recuperate their costs. There are only two places that I know of in Temple to rent tuxes. I cant imagine the magnitude of the financial hit this business took with proms across the county all being cancelled this year. They did this to make sure their customers were taken care of first. I have the upmost respect for this kind of business practice & highly recommend them for your formal wear needs.

All around great experience! Went on a very busy day and they were amazing. They made sure I was completely taken care of. The dress I loved was a size to big. I had a really short window to have it altered so they called to see if we could get one that size. Unfortunately that particular size was unavailable in that same color. They made sure they took the time with all the people in the shop to get my measurements right and assured me that they would have it done by my two week deadline. I just picked it up today and it looks great. They even made an on the spot adjustment to the belt that goes on it. Of course I will shop here again. Another bonus they have the cutest shop dog to keep you company.

Such a great experience at this Botique! Im super iffy about ordering dresses online, but my daughter saw one on Amazon and HAD to have it! I ordered it and came to this boutique for additional accessories. We ended up returning the Amazon dress I ordered and purchased a stunning dress at this boutique. The quality of the dress at this boutique was so much better, many options to choose from, great prices and customer service was amazing! My daughter is so excited for her daddy/daughter dance in her absolutely beautiful dress from this boutique! Definitely recommend!

They are awesome! I was able to get my wedding dress taken in, shortened and bustled for a Reasonable price and the work he does is beautiful! He was able to remove lace, the most beautiful part of the dress, shorten the dress and then reattach it so that I wouldnt lose the lace! It was definitely labor intensive and great work! I would take anything from hemming of pants to wedding dress alterations here again! Thank you!

Dresses are beautiful however I ordered a dress for my daughter’s pageant and when I got it back in the store it was not the color I ordered. Since they get the dresses from their warehouse you would think easy fix. Nope. Took a week to get another when I found out my daughter’s pageant was canceled I called to explain I no longer needed the dress and they said I had to keep it once it came in. Mind you this is a dress that I still have not even received yet. The dress was ordered in a STANDARD size with NO alterations as well as my daughter has never worn the dress NOR even tried it on. When the gentlemen sold me the dress he never once said “All Sales are final” it’s not even on the receipt because they give you a handwritten receipt. They can easily sell the dress in their store or send it back to their warehouse. Let’s just say now I’m stuck with a $100 dress my 1 1/2 yr old will never wear. Won’t be shopping with them again. As well as won’t recommend and share my experience with the other military wives that were thinking or consider shopping with them for the upcoming military ball.

I think very highly of this place. They have a good selection and if you cant find anything in the store they are willing to order it with a fast turn around time.The only complaint I have is that the owners wife did not have good customer service skills!!!!! When I walked in she was at the register and I was not greeted at all!!!!! My daughter was already in the store, so I had to get all the way back to the dressing rooms before anyone ever acknowledged I was in the store.The lady that did end up helping us was very nice.

If i could give zero i would. As soon as we came in we saw an argument between an employee and a customer. Went to the back to see the wedding dresses, was approached by a woman to help us. We explained we were there to try on wedding dresses for my wedding. She immediately looked at us like we were stupid, because we were planning for a wedding that’s happening in a few years. Last time i checked you plan weddings BEFORE they happen. I need time to find one and get it altered. She said she suggested we just look through a magazine. You don’t want a sale?They had an ugly selection and it was either small or XXL. Not a proper dress shop. Absolutely ridiculous and her attitude ruined everything

I do not recommend getting alterations here. I dropped off my dress for my sons wedding to get the dress hemmed.I received a text telling me that the dress was ready for pickup. This was on Friday. I text back letting them know I was coming on Saturday to pick up the dress. I come on Saturday and the dress is not ready. It still has not been steamed. I look at the dress and the hem looks bunched up in a few spots. They tell me that its because the hem needs to be hemmed.I have to leave so I come back with my shoes to try on the dress. I put the dress on. The hem has three different lengths. The hem is longer in the back. The front is shorter with one side shorter than the other . They try to give me excuses as to why this happened. I didnt care. It looked awful. I took my dress and left. Im so upset. My sons wedding is in two weeks and I now have to find some place else to get my sons hemmed.

Found the absolute perfect dress! I went to G2 in Waco and fell in love with a dress but it was $850 (not including tax!) I came to LA Boutique and it was only $400, including tax. The people here are super sweet and just all around amazing place to go!

We came to the store in a desperate need for a Quinceanera dress, we needed it the very next day. We were greeted by mr. Leo, and he immediately showed us all they had available and was extremely helpful. The dress needed some minor alterations that were completed by LA Boutique in a timely manner. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL, for the great service and not only that, the beautiful dress my daughter got. They saved the day.

Not exactly a place i can recommend to buy from however i did get my wedding dress from here. They will sell you a ripped or messed up dress before they fix it. I got the dress out of layway a month after putting it in there and they still hadnt fixed the zipper on the dress. And it broke again right after they fixed it a week later. My mom finally fixed it herself. The woman who works in there is helpful and sweet but the man needs some work.

Ruined someones dress, steaming and dragging it across the floor, and didnt care to do anything about it. Told the bride she should have gone somewhere else over the phone. The bride has had terminal health issues and this should have been enough to make sure extra care was taken for her special day. Basically took her money and that was it. Shouldnt be in the wedding industry if stuff like this happens, even on one occurrence. Hope karma gets this place in a heap of trouble.

They dragged my dress across the floor in dirt and ruined my train after saying they steamed it. Me and my mother in law watched in total despair as the girl had it out the bag and took it to us. I told the owner he steamed the bottom and still the dress looks the same if not worse then when I brought it. It was clean I just wanted some wrinkles out. I still paid full price for the steaming and he never apologized. When I got home I discovered there is still dirt on the dress where she dragged the train on the floor. I called him and told him and he said he couldn’t do anything I should have took it somewhere else and hung up on me.
