Cecilia was the agent spoke with today, she was considerate due to my injury and nice .I was able to speak over the phone to get insurance. My issue I was double charged than quoted one price stating fee was a little cheaper which was great . I called back just to verify price due to receipt was different from what was stated just to hear price went up little due to other fees. I understand mistakes happen but being charged double and having to wait or call back in couple hours. Ive been to this insurance company before with rating 5 plus stars its the best .

Teresa always calls me with a friendly reminder before my payment is due and is very professional. I have been a customer for a while and hope to continue to stay. Also has great policies with reasonable rates.
