Excellent job! Removed spots from carpet areas - looks like new. Also cleaned some upholstery and area rug. Will definitely use again.

As soon as the technician arrived he started being rude. He let me know he didn’t want to waste any time. I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned. One of them had some ink stains which he assured me could not be removed. I agree to have him clean the carpet anyway. I told him that I was going to move my things out of my bedroom while he was cleaning the carpets upstairs. I went upstairs to wait for him and when I didn’t see him for a long time, I went downstairs and saw that he had just finished spraying my bedroom! I was shocked because I had thousands of dollars worth of equipment and my bedding and my clothes were all exposed to the chemicals. I am more sensitive to chemicals than other people are so I started coughing as well before I even entered the room. I asked him why he was spraying my room when I told him that I wanted to move my stuff first. He got very confrontational with me and left without cleaning off the chemicals. When I called customer service, at first they tried to make me wait until the following day but I insisted that I could not wait that long because I wouldn’t be able to walk on the carpet or sleep in my bed or anything until the chemicals were cleaned off. He finally got somebody else to clean off the carpet. He told me that it would be free but that if I wanted to go ahead and get the service that I had ordered he would give me a discount. When they arrived they did a good job and they were nice, but when I mention the discount, he didn’t know what I was talking about. So then when he offered me a discount it was literally exactly the same price as the normal price. When I confronted him about that, he finally offered a $37 discount. At this point, I had already spent an hour or so scrubbing the ink stains with grandma’s stain remover by hand so I declined that insult of a discount considering what I had experienced. If I had been the manager, I would’ve offered the customer the entire ordered service for free. Especially considering what a huge company they are and how long they’ve been around. This guy wasn’t a young guy, he was at least in his 60s and I am 100% sure I’m not the first person that he treated this way. I’m only giving Stanley Steamer 2 stars because they did send somebody out the same day and the people they sent were nice enough and did the job properly.

The technician was at my home before the expected time, but let me know he was coming by text. The job was done in a proficient and timely manner. The technician was friendly but professional, and knew what he was doing carpet cleaning wise. I definitely will use Stanley Steamer again in the future.

The crew that came to my home were awesome. I asked questions before, during and after my service and they answered each one right there on the spot. They were respectful of my home. Once complete they asked if everything was to my satisfaction, which it was. They will continue to get my business.

They showed up an hour early(out of the given time range) with no notification, then tried to cancel on me. They legit power washed the inside of my house. Left dirt around appliances and walls. My counters, appliances, and carpets, in other rooms, were soaking wet. Wouldn’t use them again. It’d be cheaper just to buy a power washer and do it myself.

I am very disappointed at the service I received of having my tile and grout cleaned along with the sealing. I called the Temple location about a month ago to get a quote and information. The lady I spoke with was very nice and informed me of the quote and told me once the tile is cleaned and sealed it would need to sit at least 4 hours before it was walked on etc. I also researched the website and learned about the cleaning and sealant before scheduling my appointment. Today they came to do the services and their “sealing” DOES NOT match the pictures of what they show sealing to be on their website. They basically use a towel to spread the sealant around on the tile and grout (which you would do as if your using a mop and glow or something to shine your floors) which in turn if it’s on the surface of the tile how does it ever reach the grout when the grout is down in a crack? Needless to say before the the tech left I asked about walking on it and being able to put things back. He told me to wait a hour minimum but 2 hours preferably if I could before walking on it. So I’ve definitely been told two different things. Therefore the office, techs and website are all not on the same page.*UPDATE: I woke up this morning and now notice that 2 chunks of grout are completely missing and will need to be repaired!

Arrived on time and the gentleman was very friendly. The price was a little high, $113.66 to be exact, but it was worth it. Last thing, I called Monday and they made an appointment for me on Tuesday between 12 and 3. I was so happy someone answered because other cleaning companies would not pick up or were focused on helping people who were affected by the storm? Anyways, it smells ten times better in my room, thank you Stanley Steamer.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning. My carpets still look the same as before the cleaning. I didn’t expect the carpet to look brand new again but did expect some of the high traffic areas to be cleaner. I will not use this company ever again and would definitely not recommend them.*UPDATE* They sent different technicians out the next day to re-clean the carpets again. This technician took his time and did a more thorough job. The carpets do look a lot better this time. Still not as clean as I have seen other companies do but a vast improvement from the first cleaning.

The tech, Lewis, was professional and responsive. Quite capable. He even took a minute to say hi to my puppy. Well where do I start? First they came out, took our payment before even inspecting the furniture...didnt even offer military discount. Then we were not aware that they were going to use our water to clean. They went in and sprayed something (maybe a cleaner) on the furniture, then proceeded to clean. Furniture wasnt that bad in first place but some cleaning needed to be done. There are high traffic areas on the armrest areas that needed extra attention and also our ottoman needed a lil TLC. TWO hours and 270 dollars later the arm rest and ottoman still look like when they started. The furniture was soaking wet and they just piled all the pillows on top of one another where they couldnt dry. 8 Hours later the pillows are still wet (We separated them to dry). I went in with my personal stem cleaner on ONE of the high traffic areas and put a lil cleaner in it...and it came clean with a couple of strokes.. Highly disappointed with the service will not be calling again for service!

The gentleman who came to complete my work order was on time, friendly and professional! I don’t have anything negative to say. From the online scheduling and the text messages letting me know when the technician was arriving the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. First time using them and not very impressed. Showed up before the time selected and didnt get a heads up like the reminder email said.. Didnt take there time went through 4 rooms and a rug in 20 minutes. The rooms look like what they did before and only one has the nice lineds others usually leave. Not worth the price

Was trusting the experts on a specific situation to make the right call. Turns out the solution they chose bonded the mess permanently.Was told originally they’d do tests to figure out the best solution. They just heat steamed and it made the problem worse. May need to look for a new sofa.

The two that came out were very nice and professional. The guy that cleaned the sofa did a wonderful job. He made sure to down in all the seams and the bottom of the cushions where the back and seat cushions meet.My only complaint was that my appointment was between 3-7. They showed up at 1:20 with no notice asking if it was ok that they showed up 2 hours early. A phone call saying they had cancelations would have been nice.

The carpet is now spotless. The room is now fresh smelling. I thought the condition was hopeless but decided to get Stanley Steamer to come in, knowing that if they couldnt help I would be paying for new carpet let alone losing my rental deposit. The problem was house-breaking not one but two new puppies. You can only imagine the stains and stink. If you ever need help with carpeting that you think is unsalvageable call Stanley Steamer, talk to them. They are honest, professional, experienced and very reasonably priced. Waited too long to have my carpet cleaned! The traffic paths came out clean considering the ground in dirt and wear. Stains that weve had for years actually came out! The service provider did a good job of explaining the process as he was doing it. We will definitely use them on a regular basis.

When I asked if they had spray treatment that could remove more from of dirty areas they said yes, but it might cost more. I said cleaning a carpet is more than running a machine over it, that it is getting the carpet clean. They used the spray without charging but wouldnt have done a good job if I hadnt kept asking them to do better.

They even cleaned the couch in our bedroom which was not something I had requested. I have a bottle of their cleaner and it is also the best spot remover! Timeliness on the job was very quick. They arrived within the time block. I called because of cat urine on my area rug. The products they used didnt get the ammonia smell out. If you cant get it out, dont advertise or say that can.

I originally scheduled later in the afternoon so when I received a call that they can get me in earlier I was very pleased. However, he didn’t do a great job and didn’t clean under my couches. When I scheduled online it said that they move furniture and put it back so I didn’t bother moving it out of the way. Had I known he wasn’t going to do it I would have moved it before hand. When I seen that he wasn’t going to move it I asked if he wanted my son and I to move it and he said that it wasn’t necessary to clean under there. He also said it wasn’t necessary to clean under my kids bed either. I was annoyed. But I was more annoyed when I went to go take a look at his work when he was done. There was hardly a difference. I had to go back and clean the spots myself to prove that he could have done a better job. There was a crayola marker stain right at the edge almost but not completely under the bed that he left there. He didn’t even try to get it out. I went with Stanley because I thought I was going to get quality service.EDIT!!!!The company reached out to me after hearing I was not pleased. They came back and redid the work and kept a wonderful attitude and were very nice about the whole situation. They went above and beyond to make me happy. My confidence in the company has been restored. Thank you

I have had Stanley Steemer come out several times to clean our carpets and they always do a professional job. They do their very best to get out even the most stubborn stains. We had a particularly bad stain in one of our rooms, and the technician spent a lot of time working to get it out. Although you can still see traces of the stain, it is only a small fraction of what the stain started as. The before and after is amazing! They made my carpets look new again. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.

Loved being able to book an appointment online vs. having to call someone on the phone and negotiate days/times. And they have a neat little price picker that lets you pick and choose which options you want. They were great at letting me know when they were coming (email the day before + a text 30 minutes out). My sectional now looks and smells great!

Great experience. Having undergone a repair of a water leak in the bathroom and adjoining bedroom, I was left with numerous carpet stains. The Stanley Steemer came to my rescue and within a few minutes successfully eradicated the stains and cleaned the affected areas, leaving the carpets looking great. And the explanation of how the deep cleaning process cleaned the carpet and exceeded personal carpet cleaning effort provided me left me with satisfied assurance that the job was done right.

The actual cleaning was great. The technicians were quick, efficient, professional and polite . However, I didnt appreciate having to go all the way to the owner to get the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. They claimed I never mentioned needing the hallway cleaned, which is barely a hallway, which increased the price, but Im positive I did. Regardless, when the customer service I spoke to first couldnt do anything for me and I asked for a supervisor, it shouldnt be had to go any further. Theres no reason the supervisor should have had to reach out to the owner. The supervisor should had have had the power to make the customer happy. I should not have had to fight so hard to get the price I agreed on when I made it the appointment. In the end, they did make it right, even though I had to fight for it. Although they did great job cleaning my carpet, I will think twice before I use them again. I will probably search around for a company with a more customer friendly policy.
