I like their plan of checking the heat unit in the fall & AC unit in the spring for a very reasonable price. If anything needs repairs, the repairman can have the part within 1or2 days.very good idea & good company.

They changed a Hose. Charged me $300. This seems to be the new template for service related businesses. Dont tell the price, till after the service has been provided, then take as much money as possible. I need to get into the fixing stuff business. That way I can commit legal theft.
