Amazing service. The guys replaced a motor the same day, even driving up to Waco to get the right one. Honest and up front about pricing which was very fair. Never felt like I was being oversold. Will go with these guys again for sure.

After trying the diy route and finding I needed at least a new motor gave them a call and had fast friendly service at a great price. Even found another problem I missed but was easy and the new motor already came with the needed part. Fully suggest going with these guys Johnny was great and informative.

Great service. I called them out to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. The first company was only out for a few minutes and said it’d be a 2500 dollar fix. I called All Pro out and he found the real problem for a fifth of the cost.

Great service from making appointment for repairs to the actual repairs. Their guys came out found the problem and explained it so I could completely understand. Ordered the part I needed before they left the house had it ready for the next morning for installation which was done very promptly and professionally. These guys are the best!They came out in the middle of the summer when our old AC broke down and we had no cooling. Up and running in a couple of hours! No one else even bothered to return our call. Over a year later they installed a whole house brand new energy efficient system for our home. It works fantastic and cut our electric bills because it is so efficient! No high pressure sales job just honest answers and great service. Dont waste your time with anyone else.

I am impressed with everyone from the sweet lady who answers the phone to set up the appointment to the guys who come out. Ive had them out twice. Amazing job! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our AC kept freezing up, called on a Friday evening, had someone at our house by noon on Saturday. We ended up getting a new unit since ours had hit its lifespan and because of the ongoing problems we had been having with it...no pressure to buy, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. Had our new complete unit installed in about 5 hours, less than a week of them coming out. Explained everything very well...great group of people, Johnny and Valerie have exceptional customer service skills. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Our a/c wasnt cooling the house down last night so I called Temple All Pro Air Conditioning this morning and they were able to get a technician out to me by lunch. Jeff found the problem and fixed it very quickly for a very reasonable fee. Great people and excellent response time. I highly recommend Temple All Pro Air Conditioning.

These guys are awesome! I had them come out to check my unit, turned out it was nearly 20 years old. The unit was still working, I asked about a new air conditioner and I decided I should invest in a new system. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy a new system. I love my new American standard system that was installed. My old system had many problems that made the installation of the new system very trying. The system was installed professionally and they ended fixing more items to ensure our safety and that the new system performs at the peak performance. Thank you to bebe Temp all pro air conditioning! Save yourself some time, call these guys, and forget anyone else.

They came within 24 hours of contact to come and clean my A/C. The two gentlemen who came out were very nice and made every effort to not cause a mess while cleaning. They were very willing to answer questions and showed me what I can do to prevent A/C failures in the future. I highly recommend them and will use them in the again.

Had a couple leaks in our air handler coil. Our technician Johnny was very helpful and informative. He seemed happy to answer all of my questions, and explained all of the costs and procedures before taking action. I will definitely use All Pro for all of our future needs.

Today was a good day. The technician name Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He called me and let me know he was on the way and did not take him long to arrive at my house. Also, let me shadow him and was willing to teach me things that I need to know as home owner how to maintain my AC unit and what to look for in the future if I needed to call them again for repairs. This the second time I have use this company, and all I can say they are Great with reasonable cost, and the customer service on the phone was friendly. I would give them more than 5 stars and rate them above a 10 if I could. I would give them a call first if you need repairs and they give you an estimate before they work on the problems, so you can see what the cost is. Of course you will have to pay them going to your residence but All Pro is worth it.

So my 3 year old AC could only keep my house at 80 when set to 73 and the condensation was so bad out the drain line, my yard was like a swamp. Had a different company come out twice just to tell me they could not find anything wrong and they said its an insulation problem and charged me $125. Johnny from Temple All Pro came out and in less than 5 minutes, he told me the problem, the solution and was on the phone with the warranty folks getting the new part for free. Temple All Pro will be back to install the new part once it comes in, but with the professionalism and knowledge Johnny showed in the short time he was here, I have no doubt that next week my family will be much more comfortable as we finish out the Texas summer.

Was charged $55 and then an attempt to sell me equipment that was under warranty? Compressor went out and was told it wasn’t under warranty. Checked myself with original manufacturers and it was still under warranty. Don’t trust these guys they are price gouging and will take advantage of you at every turn. Got a second opinion and it will cost me $425 less to have the second repairman to fix the same compressor. SMH this is an example of the integrity of ALLPRO HEATING AND AIR of Temple.

They are booked until after tomorrow. They do not seem to have enough labor available. Called someone else and got it done today.

I could not have asked for better service. I had an ongoing issue with my HVAC system which the original installer and service provider was not fixing (and actually was responsible for, as I discovered). The technician came the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. The parts were ordered and he was here the next business day to install. I highly recommend All Pro.

Absolutely awesome A-plus service! My heating/AC wasnt working at all !! I called at 930 am and they showed up around 1100ish..diagnosed the issue, EVEN went back to the shop to get a part.. And wa-la...the system was working again.. All before 1230pm!!! They are very professional and efficient! From phone call to labor, very nice... They didnt pitch you have to get a new unit speech...They are reasonably priced... Definately will be sending out referrals and positive information.. Thank you so much!!
