First of all Karly is the greatest! I love love love coming here. The atmosphere is always positive and chill. I bring my laptop in and work from there most days. The music is always 🔥 which is big for me. The drinks are delicious and healthy! I dont know of many or any healthy spots in the valley where I can come get a healthy snack, drink & get my work done. Personal favorites teas, Black Cherry bomb & Chais before guys. Shakes I love are citrus explosion and snickers. But seriously Ive tried almost all and theyre really good just depends on your personal tastes. She has protein donuts and bites. The flavors switch out almost weekly so youll always find something new to try.

This place is amazing!!! I literally come here everyday for all my drinks and it helps me get through the day with no crash ! Also, the community that supports this local business is also incredible!! And definitely a place to go for good vibes and delicious drinks! They also have protein donuts, soooo good !! THE BEST!! This place has the most amazing menu and every item is delicious. Their teas are so yummy and a great addition to their protein shakes. The protein shakes are all so good and you cant leave without a protein donut or protein bite. BEST protein donuts I have ever had and I have tried so many protein donuts in my life haha. Dont forget how sweet and kind Karly is. Such a genuine soul and cares about each one of her customers.

I was introduced to the Energy House by a good friend of mine who then introduced me to the owner, Carly, what a sweetheart. I ordered the Sun Devil, an energy drink made with mango and pineapple flavors along with a sprinkle of Tajìn to add a bit of spicy zest to it. It was absolutely delicious and was exactly that, an Energy Drink that left me feeling great without the crash. Shes come up with an incredible menu of all these amazing drinks with her own imagination and uses natural ingredients. I cant wait to go back again and try something else!

Super friendly staff thats more than willing to explain their products. Had the Aztec which is a Cherry Limeade like drink and it was pretty good. Will definitely make this a normal place to pick up a drink.

Highly recommended! They have a lot of great flavors for the meal replacement shakes which are filling and delicious at just 200 calories. Have a sweet or unsweetened tea energy drink with it and that burns off 130 calories. I had the banana cream pie shake and the gummy bear tea. I would have both again. Customer service is pleasant and positive.

This place has the best meal replacement shakes and energy teas you wouldn’t believe they are even good for you! My all time favorite shake would have to be the Fried Ice Cream. Mouth watering and filling! You can pair it with a super tea that’s jam packed with energy. I normally drink half the first day and save the other half for the following day. If you are into Protein bars, I highly recommend you buy one to try! I’ve tried so many different protein bars over the years but nothing beats these. They can even add a protein bar to your shake which is absolutely amazing! They normally have a special going on where checking in on social media while there, can get you a free donut hole shot that’s actually a fat burning shot! Tastes just like horchata! Overall, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so nice. Karly owns Energy House and is the sweetest person and so knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness.

I really love going to the energy house, every time I go in there I always receive a friendly smile and genuine welcome. I texted my orders when Im in a rush. Pick up is fast and are always ready to go, so it makes a quick and easy stop on my way to work. The shakes are always amazing, my favorites right now are cookie dough and fried Ice cream. First time going to this place. Having a coupon that says free energy tea and buy a shake for $5. You would think that a tea and a shake would be $5. Owner very nice but needs to learn to tell people prices when she says Ill add this for you since you just worked out my total ended up being $14. For something that should have been $5. When I asked her to break down the cost for me she didnt even know how. I guess BCAAs added to a tea are $5 and the shake I got since she added something to it it wasnt $5 it was 7:50. and she said they tax really high so my order added $2 tax. I was told there would be an upcharge but never thought the upcharge for an add in would be the cost of an entire drink. So just beware when the owner says she will add stuff to ask how much it will add to your cost. Was not offered or given a receipt either.Taste-wise I did not like the tea didnt want to tell her that as she insisted I tried it right then but figured since it was free I could just throw it away, but the oatmeal cookie shake was good.I addressed my concerns BEFORE paying and she just said come by tomorrow and we will make it good I guess after seeing her response that meant she was offering me a free one. Why not just fix the issue the same day since I had not paid yet?
