I did not haggle on price, and so I felt it all went great. I personally had a positive experience. Once I start getting my priced possession serviced here, then I will come back and update this if it is negative in anyway. I am watching for now to see how I will be treated and how they communicate with me. So far so good. My wife and I stopped by over Memorial Day weekend to take a look at a 2017 Jaguar they had sitting in the corner. Very nice looking car and we were looking forward to talking a bit more about it. Their ASKING price I felt was a bit high compared to other year, make, and models in the area that were selling. I kindly asked about it and was met with a our pricing is super competitive which really meant we are not budging at all which is exactly what happened. Of course you dont just walk in and pay what theyre asking so I offered what I though was a reasonable number thinking wed negotiate a good deal for both of us. Chris couldnt have been more dismissive and said unfortunately that wont work, take care Little did Chris know, my wife and I were planning on purchasing a Mercedes she had her eye on when we first looked around. This was a perfect example of letting money slip out of your hands by piss poor customer service. I happily took my money somewhere else and just yesterday (9 June) finished a deal with another dealer in the area.

Took my 2009 Audi S5 in with a TPMS fault that Ive had for awhile now. Turned out both front sensors needed to be replaced. My service writer Jimi did a great job of communicating the issue with me and what to expect. He also sent me a full report for my vehicle via text message containing the shops findings and upcoming services.Unfortunately, less than 50 miles after getting my car back the fault code popped up again. The next business day I called the shop back and they had me bring it back in. They had the issue corrected that day at no additional cost. Great business, everyone in the office was friendly and took good care of my car. If you own a European Auto, i highly recommend this shop!!! Will return in the future!!!

I found my place! The facility was neat and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and the communications was great. They found the problem with my car and had it fixed in a couple of days even after having to get parts from the manufacturer. I’ll definitely go back for my car care needs!

My F-type was acting up and the jag dealership couldnt figure it out, and kept it for a month every time they touched it. These guys figured it out, got it done in a few days, and were responsive to my inquiries. They took good care of my car and returned it clean. I asked for them to keep the window shade in since May in AZ can be rough on a leather dash. There was a sticker on the driver window to remind any employee who touched it to put the shade back up. I will be returning to these guys for all my future needs.

Autohaus was excellent. Brought in our vehicle that the tire store couldnt deal with for an alignment. They did a great job. No attempt to upsell. Gave the car back washed and vacuumed. Pricing was more reasonable then dealership.

When the steering wheel lock malfunctioned on my Mercedes C300, they had me back on the road pretty quickly. The people in the Service Department were very attentive. Received my car fully detailed. That was a plus.. The only issue, not the fault of theirs, was the Uber not showing then canceling. I had to drive my other vehicle to pick it up, then call a Taxi to retrieve my other car. Otherwise I will be using them for service on my car.

They didnt treat me as a customer. They treated me as FAMILY. I was sooo welcomed. I purchased my second car and the experience was phenomenal. Once you take the customer out and treat someone as if they are your brother or nephew, the experience is a lot better. I took a 9 year old Land Rover LR4 I had just bought in for an oil change. I asked them to look over the car and let me know what needed to be addressed. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of their inspection and their customer service overall. Prices were way less than the dealer. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m at a loss to explain their good reviews. I contacted this dealer to purchase a car online as I’m out of state. The car pics online were beautiful - obviously professionally done, lovely filters, etc.The sales person had no patience as I explained I wanted additional photos. He just kept telling me how busy they are, the pics online are good enough, the car is flawless, another buyer is interested…I asked why he couldn’t simply use his phone and send some closeup pics. Again - he said the car is perfect (trust him) and that they aren’t allowed to take photos. But maybe - if they have the time and the car hasn’t sold - they could send photos in a few days. Jesus, whatever. The online photos were lacking - no closeup, just glamour shots. They only had a pic of one of four rims, no closeups of chip-prone areas like bumper and fenders.To top it off, I was told that they would not let me use (pre-approved) payment from my credit union as they had to finance the deal.Whatevs - they motivated me to immediately purchase from another out of state dealer that had taken the time to do a live walk around the car the day prior.The owner will no doubt reply that I’m lying, misinformed, difficult, etc. As for me, I feel like I need to shower this dealer sales stank off of me.

My SL55 AMG didn’t start all the sudden and the top didn’t go down. I towed it to Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and they wanted to charge me $570 just to diagnose each of the three faulty lights. I called Brandon at IAutoHause and he told me upfront that he will charge me $150 for diagnosing everything unless it requires more in depth. I felt good talking to him so I sent my AAA to pick up the car from Mercedes and dropped it off at iautohause. The next day they called me the car is running and they fixed the ignition issue for $150 without extra charges. They said it was already too easy to repair the wiring was loose in the trunk. They could have easily made up some expensive story that would have costed me much more but they were honest. Then they asked for another $150 to diagnose the top and that also fixed the problem. My total bill was $330 with tax where it could have been thousands at Mercedes. The man they helped me put the plastic panel back bolted that Mercedes took out. Thank you Brandon and iautohause for your honesty and professionalism. I will come back again!!

I was driving through town coming back from Mexico with my 2011 Range Rover and it started having some issues. I called and spoke with James and he was very polite and had me meet him when they opened at 07:30. In two days they had me back up and running to continue on my way to Missouri. There was even a parts delay due to the truck carrying the part from California broke down and James quickly called me and knocked off the price of my hotel room for staying an extra night! He quoted me straight prices and even gave me a little military discount to top everything else off. When I picked up the car, they had it washed before leaving! Brought my BMW428i back to iAutohaus for service after using the dealer since purchasing it. Had previously used them for my 2004 Porsche Boxster and 2004 Mercedes E400. They did not disappoint. Kyle got me in same day. They provided an Uber to allow me to make use of my time while the car was serviced. As usual they did a full inspection of the vehicle and only performed the necessary service that the car required rather than going down a mileage checklist that the dealer would have replacing parts whether they needed replacing or not. I actually really enjoyed these guys, had my car for a little longer than I first thought it would take. replaced something I had already replaced and I swore was fixed. guy let me drive my car around for 2 weeks before charging me to make sure everything was working good, Haven’t had problems since and if I do I’d come back Chris was very helpful and I feel his prices were reasonable for the fix.

Honest and extremely knowledgeable master technician based care. My car had consistent slow AC refrigerant loss. All the basic repair places kept trying to sell me recharge service. The iAutohaus team found a leak in the evap unit. It was a very involved repair that took multiple days. It was made longer by part delivery that got delayed for days beyond their control. They made things right on my end despite things not being their fault. The aspect that sold me completely on their level of care was the final day. I was supposed to pick my car up about a week in and they called me asking for another day because they noticed residue around some tubing and wanted to make sure the issue was fixed. They made nothing extra from doing that, every other repair place would have just got the car out of their hands. Would highly recommend for any work requiring technical knowledge. Very ethical and honest.

Took my car in for a diagnostic and would recommend anyone to take their to ¡Autohaus. They give you a detailed web link, so you can go back and visit it anytime. All the issues are laid out, with images of the issues. The office knows what they are talking about and, Brandon, even talked to me in detail about the issues. They know what they are talking about and will definitely bring my business back there. I do have a Mercedes and they specialize in luxury cars, so if thats the case, bring it there!
