Savage Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I have used their service twice so far, and both times they have been able to get someone out on the very same day (in July in AZ!) and repairs were very quick. Both of the technicians that have done repairs were very friendly and also informative and explained things thoroughly with me. And each time Ive called into their office, Ive spoken with Pat who has been very helpful and nice as well. I hope I dont need any repairs for awhile, but if I do I know Ill be calling Savage back!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. They responded quickly - even though our A/C went out late in the afternoon on the Friday of the July 4th weekend. Our unit was almost 20 years old, and it made sense to replace it. They gave great advice, were super-professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Id give 6 stars if I could.

We were without any air conditioning on Easterweekend.April 3-4, 2021.I called on a Sat morning and someone answered and scheduled an appointment and A technician named Jackson calledto say he would arrive in 10 mins!Upon arrival he found 2 wires that had been leftdisconnected by a previous big name company’s technician who had been here onMarch 11 for my annual service maintenance.That company had been extremely “pushy” intrying to sell me a new unit for $15,000!Jackson immediately saw the 2 wires, reconnected them, took a picture for me and wehad a perfectly operating air conditioner!He then went further and explained the costof replacing other things that might be necessary in the future and what to expect!We are elderly and I’m sure many service peoplethink they can take advantage of our age, Jackson was just the opposite! Savage has mybusiness for as long as I’m around and I hopethis review will steer other customers in theirdirection!! A heaven sent experience!Thank you Jackson and Savage Air!

I was referred to Savage more than 10 years ago. In the early days, it did seem like a quality family business. Subsequently, 9 years ago we purchased a new unit (TRANE) from Savage. Luckily we PAID extra for a 10 year warranty. Within months it wasnt cooling. They claimed there were plastic screws that allowed the coolant to leak out. I cant count the service calls Ive had to make on this unit. If David doesnt show up, Im terrified at what will transpire!There was a recent storm that seemed to induce an outage. The technician that showed up (two hours later than the window) had no idea what he was doing. He literally obtained instructions on how to rig up the piggy-back wiring on the phone from Dave as a temporary fix. I was just hoping there wasnt an electrical fire overnight!Im due to get a new unit. After so many incompetent techs, poor communication with Pat, their joke of an answering service, and an overall feeling the the technicians dont have a clue what theyre doing, we will NOT be purchasing a new unit from Savage. Super disappointed for so many years now! Their communication is not professional. Period.

I was referred to Savage by a coworker. The compressor in my 30 year old unit went and my warranty company wanted to band aide it which was not acceptable to me. So I contacted Savage on a Friday afternoon. By the next Thursday I had a new unit installed. Between the Friday and Thursday, they came out to get all the information and measurements of my home, provided me with a quote and discussed the different options on the quote to help me choose the best one for me.But it didnt end there. I had a Nest installed when I bought the house and it wasnt working properly after the new unit was installed. They came out three times before Nest admitted there was an issue with the unit. Without Savage, I probably would have been buying a different thermostat, but they were able to track down the problem, even though they did not install the Nest themselves.I cant say enough about this company and how quickly and efficiently they work. They also seem to be a company that cares about their customers from the first phone call to post-work support (even when it wasnt there problem). You cant go wrong with a company like this.

I have personally used Savage Air Condition for preventive maintenance on my home. So when the A/C went out on our office, I was quick to dial their number again. Pat made me feel quite at ease letting me know that someone would be at our place shortly. Their experienced technicians diagnosed the issue and the work was completed in a timely manner. The owner, Tom Savage, was even up on our roof. It was a nice cool day again.

Savage Air is awesome. I was doing a home remodel and ended up having to do some ductwork changes due. I am so glad I contacted Savage Air. They came out after my demolition and made some recommendations that saved me several thousand dollars. When I was finally ready for the new ducts, they showed up promptly and installed them. Their knowledge of home construction was invaluable. I get really irritated by companies that always put their interests before the customer. Savage air listens carefully, inspects thoroughly, and installs precisely. You cannot go wrong using these guys.
