I needed a repair immediately. I cant say if theyd be able to do this every time however they were able to fit me in for a repair the same day. They provided a time. They were on-time. They provided me with the issue and repaired it. I really liked the total system assessment checklist. I also liked the text regarding who is coming and their bio and when they were on their way to my house. Great customer service and technical work.

A coworker recommended Bumble Bee AC to me after our previous AC company was unresponsive. I couldnt be happier with the service we received! Our unit had reached the end of its life in the middle of a week where temperatures were 115 degrees plus for 7 days in a row...coils were freezing up and no cold air was blowing anymore. Needless to say it was getting hot inside. Bumble Bee got Kris out to our house within a day and he assessed the damages. He did not push anything on us (which I love because I hate a salesman), but provided us with all of our options and educated us a bit as to what the pros and cons of each were. At the end of the day we decided to replace the unit with a brand new one - which he was able to get installed the VERY NEXT DAY. In these times where everything has long leads (a friend who just replaced their unit had to wait 2 MONTHS for a new one), we are extremely grateful that Kris and the Bumble Bee team were able to get us taken care of so quickly! All in all we had a new unit installed and cooling our house within 48 hours of my first phone call to the office. Their staff was able to get me scheduled for noon the same day and provided very timely and helpful text messages to keep me informed. This was such a positive experience with these folks. Lisa helped set us up and Craig Brindle was our AC wizard. We had a great experience with this company!We called them to inspect our AC unit, as we had a leak from the ceiling. Bumble bee was able to make it out to my house same day, just a couple hours after contacting them. I received a text informing me who my tech was and his contact info, awesome! Showed up in a brightly marked vehicle that screamed professionalism. After a quick greeting the tech was up on the roof and in no time had a diagnosis and solution for our subpar cooling. After verifying our cooling needs had been met he put the unit back together and gathered his tools...Thats when it happened... the tech vaulted off the top of the roof and did some sort of parkour! I immediately ran and hid out of fear from the absolute dominance on display... This guy shows up, fixes all my problems, complemented my dog then does a super hero move off the roof... Unbelievable!!! Lucky for me he only wanted to make me comfortable, happy and assured I made the correct choice in his company. So with a firm handshake and a west coast head nod he disappeared into the 5 oclock traffic to possibly help more people on his journey home :)

She was responsive, friendly and professional, saying she had a technician in the field at that time and that he could be over to the house between 11:00 and 1:00 and that he would text me when he was on his way. I received a text from Ron at 10:00 and he arrived shortly thereafter. This is truly a superior business!--not just among HVAC businesses, but among businesses generally: honest in what they do, personable, knowledgeable. They saved me over $4000 with their honesty. I had a significant leak in my evaporative cooler. Another business told me there was a hole in the pan, that pans are not lined, that evap coolers only last 5 years, and that I needed to replace the entire unit with an extraordinarily pricey one. None of that was true! Thankfully, I called Bumblebee for a second opinion. Their repair person immediately spotted the problem--a pvc drain pipe had come loose--and he did that minor repair. Since then Ive had them do a routine check of my regular AC and replace the motor and control board for my evap. Ive been super pleased with how efficient and friendly everyone is and with their not trying to push on my services or products that I didnt need. Im a fan!

I was very impressed with the expertise of my installer Adam and quick service. In my case, I was coordinating the installation of a roof package heat pump with the installation of a new shingled roof with a different company. Bumble Bee worked seamlessly in this installation in coordinating dates and otherwise doing the odd things that made this particular job unique. Also adding unusual problems with this installation of May 2021 was the fact that there was (due to the pandemic) a national shortage of heat pumps. While this added headaches to the staff at Bumble Bee, they located a heat pump for me at the SEER rating (etc.) I was asking for -- even though it meant stepping outside of their usual standardly-contracted supplied brands. I realize that this was much work for them, but they sure didnt complain. Their communicating and updating me as to progress along these lines was also appreciated. I could not be more happy with the service they provided -- especially because it was above and beyond the normal.
