The last few times I have come here over the past 2 years, they have added ADD-ONS to my plan that I specifically asked them to remove or not to put on. $50 worth of add-ons now an extra $25 the last month.I dont need need device protection, visual voicemail, roadside assistance.But yet again, here I am looking at my bill and they added it on despite me telling them NOT to. And when I see it is added on and I ask them to remove it, while I am still there in the store, they act as if they did and DO NOT.I would be very careful coming here from now on. After this happening multiple times over the years I wont be back. I would take a close look at your bills the month following your device add-on or opening a line.

I dont understandwhy Verizon would have a sub store like this open when you have a professionalstore on WinchesterSt. This store is totally unprofessional, I had an appt with the other store and was told it didnt exist. It sure does exist. I went back there last week. You dont need this store. It is in a drug dealing parking lot. Lots of crime in this shopping area. The so called manager acted as if she was on Crack. Tapping her nails & trying to push a tablet on me.

Dont recommend going here.I got new service about 3 days ago the sales person added a plan I did not want and added services I did not ask for she didnt even bother asking me what I wanted now Im stuck with a higher bill for my first month with verizon. I also notice extra charges on my receipt thankfully I called Verizon and they reimbursed me with credit to my account. Dont go here go to an actual Verizon store not an authorized retailer but if you do go here make sure you check your receipt before walking out the door.

This Verizon Store was the best customer service ever - we used all in Temecula and Murrieta, and no one was as helpful as Angel at this location. Being not very tech savvy, his help was so appreciated when upgrading to a new phone and doing all the many steps involved in getting it perfectly updated and in a very timely manner. I walked in to get an upgrade for a new phone and Lonnie was so much help and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and walk me through the process step by step. If you’re looking for good customer service ask for Lonnie. As for Rosie she was very rude and talked about me like I wasn’t even in the room, when it came to something about my account. Other than that I had a good experience.

Took a charger and box because it had stopped charging. Was exchanged without problem, since it has a lifetime warranty! I cheerfully purchased a second charger ! Very nice and professional associate. It was a bit of a wait, since both employees were already working for people, but the lady was at a stopping point and able to take care of me right away, and return to the other people when they were done with what they had to do. I dont even use Verizon. I went for my mom and got the chord since I was so pleased with the service !

The employees at this Verizon W are very friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I dont dread going there to make a purchase (seems like buying a phone takes almost as much time as buying a car these days) because they are super helpful. Justin, the manager, does a really good job.

Not going to lie almost a little uncomfortable that he searched my name based off my Google review via his database to call me and ask about my experience. Would suggest just just keeping it on Google our reaching out via email. My disappointment was more with the Verizon company than the actual store, for this reason I am changing my stars about this particular store.

Anthony “upgraded” me to the new iPhone with my iPhone 7 trade in. I’ve been with Verizon for years btw. To make a long story short, I had to add a line and was told to call 611 to deactivate the last line. This is confusing and also confused Apple. I now have to recover my account and it takes 3 days. Don’t get me wrong I like the phone but I can’t really use it since every time I click anything apple it doesn’t work(due to recovery process). I’m satisfied with the service and phone but I’ve been inconvenienced since going to this location.

I went in today to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 7. I was immediately greeted; and helped by employee named Jacob (younger male) which helped me with the phone that I wanted, also gave me thme the best price for the plan. I recommend Jacob to any guest!!

They made sure we were taken care of and got everything we wanted. They exceeded our expectations and even followed up with us a few days after to ensure that we were happy with our news phones. Marlon and taelor were very helpful. They replaced my broken droid in a special warranty, and got me 12 extra data gigabytes. I bought a tablet as well. It is lovely. They were good people, straight forward and very helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! FRAUD Alert: Long story short, I bought 2 new phones for my kids because the sales representative said that I would get 2 for 1, a buy-one-get-one (BOGO). I wasnt even looking to buy phones but the deal was good and he assured me it was a no-brainer so my wife and I decided to do it. He did tell me that it would take a couple billing cycles to clear out and just be patient. Well, I have spent countless months, usually after getting my statements, talking to Verizon Corporate (Verizon number, not that store) on the phone trying to get credit for the second phones monthly payment installment; sometimes being on the phone for over an hour. For almost a year and a half! At times, they stated they didnt see any BOGO for that phone during that time frame and suspected that it may have been an in-store special. I went into the store and dealt with the manager, Alexander, and then later a lady manger, and then again Alexander, who all assured me that they or their district manager would call me, that night, to try and fix this. I never once received a call from ANYONE! NEVER! I finally went back to the store and gave Alexander 2 days to fix it or I would post my terrible experience with his store online and file formal complaints with the BBB and Verizon Corporate HQ. This is my first step in that direction. I will follow through with Yelp, the BBB, and Verizon HQ as people need to know that they can be scammed at this store. I warn you, dont believe what BS the sales rep might say. There is no follow through on their part. They tell you what sounds good while you are in the store, probably just to get you out the door. If you want a Verizon phone, and Verizon is the best cell carrier, Corporate Verizon is good to go; DO NOT go to this store or any re-seller like Go Wireless but rather ONLY go to an actual, real, Verizon store. I would have given No stars here if that was possible.

Very rude and deceitful practices. I went in to look at the iPhones on Saturday afternoon. The worker there was condescending the entire time, kept pushing for us to upgrade. Even going as far as telling me my current phone would cost 200 dollars, using asurion, to replace the screen and said we should just get new phones because its not worth it. He kept being completely rude to the point that I did not want to do business with him and left. I went over to another verizon and was actually helped by a wonderful lady. My deductible was a grand total on 26 dollars...

The customer service at this location is the best I have ever had. I would recommend that anyone who wants a low stress, positive experience purchasing a new device come to this location.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Lesson to all Verizon cell owners....GoWireless Verizon Authorized Retailer stores are not a part of corporate Verizon!!!! Youre better off going to Walmart or target who are GoWireless Verizon Authorized RetailersThey have their own rules and prices. The staff is trained to mislead and hussel customers. No accountability, no leadership. Went in looking for a tablet, the Manger Taylor informed us that we were eligible for a free upgrade and $99 for the phone. We were out of contract on our current S5 which was paid for upfront. They took our phones, and without my knowledge placed us on a 24 month payment plan and added the go advantage to our plan. Did not realize until out Bill came and it was $150 higher. Returned to the store and requested my phone back and plan changed. Said it couldnt be done and my phone.was a needle in a Hay stack!!!!Offered to reduce my data plan so my bill would lower. I threatened to call corporate when I was mockingly informed that they do not report to corporate. Horrible people doing horrible things to customers that are not aware. Fyi.. they rotate the staff every few weeks from store to store. The real Verizon store is in the promenade. Go there and youll see the difference.Please pass on to any Verizon customers you know.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. One of the associates named Jordan helped me get a replacement phone after the charger port in my previous one had gone out. Not only did she sell me a new phone while I was under warranty for the phone (I also have insurance on that particular phone as well), she added a phony line and a tablet (which I did not buy, might I add, nor do I have one in my possession), and also added another 5 gigs of data to my plan, causing my bill to go up to $300 a month. She did all of this claiming it would help me save money. What a joke. When I went down to the store to have it rectified, I was helped by the store manager who is a rather condescending woman, after I was promised to be helped by the district manager in person. The issue is still not resolved. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I will not go back to this place again and I regret going there at all.all they want to do is sell you more than you need and the turnover rate for employees is ridiculous.(update) So Verizon wireless theownerreplied to this post in an effort to address the issues I mentioned asking me to call or email them with more information I did.I was not able to reach anyone other than a recording and an email address to basically nowhere further frustrating me.i left my name and number and asked them to call me back regarding my post.It has been 2 days and i still have not heard from anyone.

All I can tell you is that they fixed my problem and that meant everything to me!
