The worst ever! Chat was 2 hours with NO help at all and total incompetence! Been with them for 30+ years previously Verizon and have never been treated so poorly! Dissappointed! 😪
If you have any other option than Frontier Communications you should take it! There is a difference between just being incompetent and being dishonest. This company is both. After working to solve our connectivity problems for several weeks with my kids missing large amounts of time in their online classes I decided the only option was to change companies. So I called to make the switch asking to port my phone number to the new company as well. Even though its a matter of clicking a button to allow the port to the new company Frontier claimed they were not available for this for seven days. Plus the fee for discontinuing service with them... ok whatever. But 4 days into the wait I called Frontier to ask a question and they said I didnt have a port scheduled. They said it had been cancelled. When I called Sp, er the new company to discuss what happened they explained its a frequent problem that Frontier accounts mysteriously get cancelled. In other words, Frontier doesnt easily allow people to go even though the law states they must allow us to port our number. I initiated the port again with the new company and it was cancelled by Frontier a second time. Now we are into a new month and Frontier has charged me another monthly fee not just for the phone but for the internet have already replaced. I reached out to Frontier on social media as well and basically got told they screwed things up but it was my tough luck and I would get no recourse. Of course, from their prospective when you already have the lowest review possible (1-star) with more than 100 customers, why should you bother trying to give good or fair customer service? I guess Frontier has nothing to lose lying, cheating, and treating customers poorly!
