Can I just say, WOW!? What an awesome experience at this place. Just leased a 2020 Tucson and the team at this dealership really made me feel special from beginning to end. Tony was our salesperson and was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Alex and Dean also helped ensure our experience was seamless.Even whats usually the worst part, closing things up with the finance person, was a lovely, fun, and zero pressure experience with Chris. I wish all the dealer finance folks were as cool as that guy.I cant wait until were ready to upgrade our second car because were definitely headed back to Temecula Hyundai for that. Even their waiting room was phenomenal with a tiny unmanned shop with as many snack options as a gas station!

Very nice and clean. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Was quoted two hours and after about 1 hour & 57 minutes my car was done. A little expensive (arent all dealers) but I am willing to pay for quality and experience. It is worth it to keep your car running correctly.Will definitely go back for service.

I arrived at Temecula Hyundai on Saturday looking for a Tucson and was greeted by a wonderful Sales Consultant named Rick. He asked what I was looking for and showed me a few options. He was such a great listener and very pleasant to work with. He made me feel comfortable with no pressure to buy. We later met Sales Manager Dean who was equally amazing and provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend and refer anyone to Rick and Dean. When an employee delivers value beyond the customers expectation, it can leave a positive impression and increase customer loyalty. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Literally the best car buying experience I have had in over 30 years. Pedro (manager), Ryan (Sales Rep) and Chris (Finance) all top notch! Ryan went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I with multiple test drives, answering all my wives questions and getting us a great deal on our trade in. Pedro was very attentive and assisted with the approvals on the trade in. Chris in Finance had us in and out of his office in 20 minutes, fastest signing of documents Ive ever had. Overall we were on the lot for 3 hours and most of it was test driving time. This is our 2nd. purchase from Temecula Hyundai and wont be our last!

I went in for a 15,000 mile check up. They changed the oil and checked everything put. They said it was all good. However two days later all the oil had leaked out and was completely out. The oil light came on and the engine stopped. I had to have the car towed to another dealer.

Okay. Picture this.. A 30 year old female walking into a car dealership by herself looking for a vehicle. The perfect prey for most car salespeople.. but not here! It was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had.First of all the vehicles are such good quality they sell themselves along with the added warrantee from the dealership. Second of all, the salesmen I worked with were extremely thorough in explaining ALL of my options, even the ones that wouldnt benefit them the most, and spoke to me from a perspective of whats best for me. They answered all of my questions without judgement and did not pressure me AT ALL towards any specific decision which is shocking. I have been cornered so many times in past dealerships.I specifically worked with Ryan as my salesman, and Chris in finance, and WOW. Just wow. I have never actually enjoyed my time at a dealership.. and yesterday I really did! They knew my situation and didnt just treat me like another sale. They all truly did everything in their power to get me the best and most reliable deal possible and I couldnt be more pleased. I highlyyyyyyy recommend this dealership. Temecula Hyundai service department has fallen from once was great to the worst nickel and dime you to death dealership in California. At one time customers came first, now its your money that comes first. Their over inflated pricing for simple tasks has become ridiculous! I will never purchase another Hyundai ever again, more so Ive been considering buying a Mercedes. Thanks to Eddie Flores in the service department and his poor customer skills and inability help, he helped me with my decision to get rid of my Hyundai. Dont buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you intend on being extremely disappointed in the future.

The computer system needs work. It kept putting things on the paperwork work that did not apply to myself or my sister. Then Troy would have to do the paperwork again. It took 3 tries before the paperwork was completed. Troy, Dean and Jay were wonderful.

We recently took our vehicle in for servicing and Travis was assigned to our car. He was fantastic at communicating with us, explaining what we needed, and providing excellent service. We highly recommend this dealership for both Sales and Service.

Took my son there to test drive a new Elantra. The salesman was very pushy and really didnt know anything about the car. Everytime I ask a question he had to look it up. He was more focused on being our friend then anything thing. Kept telling us how he is the 2nd top seller and he very experienced. Right after we started the test drive I noticed the gas was at zero miles and we just got on the freeway. No exit for 2 miles... so we had to nurse it and get gas at the exit. There was even old water bottles in the car where we were checking it out.....

While I was a bit surprised at the cost of a new key fob, Steve and the folks at Hyundai did a great job of getting me in and out on schedule. Steve even fixed the issue I had because I didnt request the physical key. I would have had a big hole in my key fob for dirt and grime. Steve found an unused (destined for scrap) key that fit my fob. It doesnt work for the car, but it covers the hole. Thats going above the required level of service. Thanks!

Im always treated with courtesy by everyone in the service department at Temecula Hyundai. Most recenly Carlos Velasco took extra care to see that a small issue was resolved fairly and quickly.

I enjoy the less pushy salesmen here compared to other dealerships in the area. I dont care to be cornered into a deal like 3 of 4 Temecula Valley Toyota salesmen have been. Not 5 stars because like 60% of their stock is at a lot 5 minutes away from the dealership so its a pain.

I really cant say enough good things about this dealership. I dealt with Cory, Noah and Chris. These guys are the exact opposite of what you think of when you think of Car Sales persons. He got us a price that was the actual price! Not the get you in the door then change the deal price, an actual price! I am very impressed with how Temecula Hyundai has taken care of me. To make the deal work, I had some odd finance requirements, but they worked with me to make it happen. I purchased a used 2015 Fiat 500e (an all electric EV) and outside of the limited travel range / miles it can support, even on a full charge, it is one great vehicle. It had some minor issues and James Creguer has worked with me on each and every one of them, and he still is assisting me with above and beyond effort. From when I first contacted James and I asked about the Fiats condition he went out of his way to create a video and send it to me very quickly, and I did not even request the video, he just did it for me. I live in Oceanside so I needed to discuss the vehicles condition remotely with someone I could quickly feel good enough about to trust, and that happened instantly with James. James also delivered the Fiat to me in Oceanside and the detailing / cleaning work was perfect, it looked like a new car. James is just a genuinely caring guy, who loves the work he does, and he enjoys working with his customers to help them achieve their goals. I just bought a 2021 Palisade Limited trim from James C. on 22 Aug 2020. I cannot say enough good things about James C. or the staff at Temecula Hyundai. Honest, friendly, professional, zero pressure,answered ALL of my questions over a week long period of communication. Incredibly patient as I did more research online and shot more questions to him. I had been to a few different Hyundai dealerships in San Diego county several times before heading North to Temecula Hyundai. I went with Temecula Hyundai because James C. was so professional & patient and went above and beyond to answer my questions. James C. broke down every cost and made sure I understood what I was buying. Chris R. in financing was very professional as well and walked me through the different warranties and service contracts, which I did not have to get. Chris R. does talk fast, but he is isnt pushy and is very patient. He will break things down and make sure you understand what you are getting. Even though I didnt finance through Hyundai, as my bank had a better rate for me, the team at Temecula Hyundai make you feel part of the family. They realize that a vehicle is an expensive investment and you have options when it comes to where you buy your vehicle.They truly want to earn your business. Fast and caring service.

Usually Im really happy with my visits to Temecula Hyundai, but this time around wasnt as great as in the past. Everything for the most part went smoothly, but the repairs. My primary repairs were completed, but the secondary repair, that I had noted, was not looked into though I did note it to my adviser. Temecula Hyundai was nice enough to not charge me a diagnostic charge since I did mention it prior to getting my vehicle back from the shop. I hope this repair and visit goes a lot more smoother. Well see?

I found a great looking car on their website that I wanted to test drive so I contacted them to set it up. The car had just came in and it wasn’t ready to be shown yet so a sales rep took my info to contact me when I could come in to see it. A few days later I received this text..“Hello Samantha, do you have some time this week to come in and test drive the Accent? -Grace Temecula Hyundai”“Yes I do, Im free today if its ready”“It should be ready tomorrow. However, I was just told that it already sold. Just was not updated in the system. Were you only looking into a pre-owned Accent or are you open to options? -Grace Temecula Hyundai”“I just got off the phone with the sales person who I spoke with a few days ago, and he told me the car was now sold to an employee. Im a little upset as I wasnt given a chance to see the car & I was waiting for it to be available to come test drive. Id like to talk to someone about this issue because Im pretty offended that I was put on the back burner like that over an employee..”... I am so beyond shocked and appalled that this happened. The car was not only listed on their website for sale but I had arranged with them to come see it and was excited about it, yet it was never even available for customers to view it before an employee was able to purchase it? I’ve never been treated so unwelcomed, so forgotten, so completely left out by any business ever? Who are they even serving, customers or themselves? I will be contacting their customer service about this issue.On their behalf, they did apologize and ask if a manager could call me regarding the issue. I spoke with the manager about the issue but he said since I made no deposit on the car there was no way they could “hold” it for me. I was never aware that I needed to put down a deposit just to come see a car - especially one that wasn’t ready to be shown yet - and no one offered me this option when I spoke with them previously.In all, the issue wasn’t resolved, but they did reach out to me to offer me other car options. I’m still left feeling left out and uncared for. Not sure if I will continue working with them.

Talk about amazing service. I absolutely hate going to dealerships but this place is a breeze to deal with. Ive serviced here for a few years and they have always been kind so.when it was time to buy my new Sonata I went there and once again they did not disappoint.
