I have been using Keck Insurance for the past 18 months and am very pleased with the personalized service we have been given. We have had many changes over the past 18 months to our car insurance with new drivers and kids going off to college and we have always been given great service with a smile. Dan, Dodie, Teresa and Gaylene have treated my wife and I like family and we were looking for this kind of personalized service from an insurance agent. If you are looking for an agency that will know who you are when you call and always try and get you the best deal, I would recommend their agency.

I have been dealing with insurance agencies over the course of my lifetime (63 years) and I have never had as good of service as I have had with Keck Insurance. They even greet my by my first name when i call in while actually answering the call (I guess they saw my number on the caller id) which I still thought was very good personal customer service. Every single time I have needed ID cards or whatever (obtaining insurance on a cabin in the San Bernardino mountains which many insurance carriers I went to simply said no, cant insure it), they have come through. If you want great customer service and follow up, go with Keck. I have not been disappointed with anything I have asked of them.

No followup, No return Calls. Went to another agency. As a businessman it is amazing how many good potential customers slip through the the fingers of companies that depend on referrals to a great degree. Good luck with this crew.

I have been dealing with Keck Insurance for the past 10 years for my auto insurance. My teenage son was recently added to my policy. Teresa was very helpful with getting me the lowest possible rate (we all know how expensive insurance can be for teenagers). Whenever I have an accident (yes Ive had a few), they are on top of it! Keeping me informed of how my claim is moving along...body shop repair status and reminding me how much longer I have on my car rental. If my policy ever has a rate change, I get a phone call letting me know why and when it will take place. I refer my friends to this company because I know they will be taken care of for all their needs. Thank you Keck Insurance for always being so helpful and friendly!
