The worst phone service experience. Do yourself a favor an dont try to call if you want to get a quote or speak with an agent. You will be immediately placed on hold for a long time and when an agent does answers, its to thank you for calling Acceptance and then they place you back on hold without getting a chance to speak.In attempt to improve the chances of getting someone on the phone, I had to use my cell phone and landline simultaneously. I was on hold for approximately 15 minutes when I finally got to speak to an agent. I have a policy through them, it was up for renewal and was attempting to find a better price on auto insurance. I called at 11am, hoping to catch someone before they headed to lunch; and this was my experience.With that said, the best approach is to visit their office. They do not employ a large staff and when you do get to meet with an agent they treat you in a professional manner. The quotes appear to be competitive. Its just a hassle to get someone over the phone.
